Hi! May I use Adobe Stock images for creating mockups and selling them? If yes, what kind of license do I need to purchase?

I am currently working on a project that involves integrating Adobe Stock assets, and I need clarification regarding the Adobe Stock API's capabilities. Specifically, I'm interested in understanding whether it's possible to access metadata that indicates if an asset is designated for "Editorial Use Only." This feature is crucial for our workflow, as we need to ensure that the assets we use comply with the relevant licensing terms.My research so far has not yielded clear information on whether the Adobe Stock API provides this specific type of metadata. I'm a Temple University (Philadelphia) student trying to License a song from Adobe in Premiere Pro for a video but I'm unable to. When I try to buy the song to have access to the License, it gives me an error message telling me to contact my school. Through my Adobe account registered with my school email I have access to Stock photos, etc. but apparently not music...Has this happened to anyone else?Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue and license the song? Or do I just have to find another song to use? 😕😕

I'm familar with downloading stock images and familiar with how purchased apps work within Adobe. But, my purchase of Adobe Stock has been a challenge these last two weeks!!! Our Admin purchased the Stock app for my Adobe login.  However, we were unable to figure how to access the paid versopm, we could only access the unpaid version.  I searched my Adobe login to figure out how to access the Stock addition assigned to my account. Our Admin reached back out to Adobe for additional support which didn't deliver us to the paid version. Hello - I am trying to filter images at stock.adobe.com with the terms "standard content" and "commercial use." However, if I try to make the search more specific, the "commercial use" option disappears from the filter. How can I make sure the images I am using are available for commercial use if this option keeps disappearing? Thank you. 

We have a shared library of bought images in our team plan. Lately the images will appear several times in the library, and sometimes the unlisenced images still stay there after purchase. The software used doesn't make difference, the same situation appears in whole team in all used softwares. Can this bug please be fixed? 

I might be misunderstanding this, but I pay $52.00 a month for CS. I thought you could download the free stock assets [photos; footage; etc.] for free as part of my $52 plan.   I went to the free stock section and downloaded a short 8 second clip. It went to my library. I then opened up the library and there it was. I then wanted to download it to my PC so I could then import it into Premiere. There was no download button, so I right-clicked on it to download it. It did but it's low res and watermarked.   So does this "free" stock come with my $52 plan? If so, can you tell me how to download the high-res version of the free stuff?   Thank you.

Was heißt "eigenständig" in diesem Sinne? Wäre es beispielsweise erlaubt, ein Werk als Hintergrundbild zu verwenden, wenn das Werk/Hintergrundbild von eigenen Portraitbildern und/oder Texten (jedenfalls teilweise) grafisch überlagert wird?

I cannot licence anything I want. What you are doing is against human rights. I am a graphic designer who lives in Turkey. I pay monthly payments as others. You say "I can see by your Adobe ID that you are located in Turkey. Users from Turkey have restricted access to Adobe Stock." I don't know where to object or complain. I just want you to cancel my subscription without paying a cancellation fee. I don't want to stay on such a discriminatory platform.

I've been putting together material for one company that I have been doing design work for over the last year. I only work for this one company, and don't do design in any capacity for anyone else.As such, I would like to transfer the licencing for the stock that I have been using to their account to ensure that all of the tax protocols for reimbursement are correct. I have downloaed several comp images, and they have been approved. Is there a way online to view all of the comps I have downloaded, so I can qucikly purcahse them? Thanks .

Yesterday my team was able to download images from Adobe Stock within our Pro team plan. This includes unlimited Adobe Stock images. Today, when I go to Adobe Stock I have to buy an image rather than having a download option. We have not changed our plan and each user is under the team organization. 

Hello, I'm trying to add a solid color background in Illustrator to image 541121258 – I have downloaded the transparent PNG but unfortunately the edges of the illustration are jagged. Why is this not available as vector? I may have to go back to the client and choose a different image. See screenshot attached.

My account includes ten free images per month. How do I get these? It seems like my only option is to buy images.

Hello - I have three $30 charges I did not authorize for "Adobe Stock" - whatever that is. One in August of this year. One in September of this year. And one in December of this year. I had the photography plan in 2021, but cancelled it pretty quickly and haven't had it personally for 2 years. I don't need a personal account because I'm added to my boss' business account, which I've been on for one year or more. Two of the charges were made after I'd lost one of my bank cards and while it was turned off. How they managed that, I'd like to know. This last charge is using a new bank card that I've NEVER given to Adobe, so I'm not even sure how they have the card information. I need Adobe to stop charging my card without permission. Like immediately.

Seulement, lorsque je souhaite télécharger des mockup via la licence sur Adobe Stock ils me disent que je ne peux pas les télécharger car ma licence ne me le permet pas alors que j'ai 25 crédits à utiliser.  Avez-vous une solution ?  Merci à vous. 

Ich hab die Lizenz für Datei Nr. 178849870 erworben. In der Bibliothek wird mir die richtige Datei angezeigt, sobald ich sie öffne, ist es eine komplett andere (siehe Bilder). 

I pay 19.99 for stock images but can't download any without paying more. I have 1500 credits. What am I doing wrong?

So I wil post this here , since my customer service client closed my chat, and made us not be able to chat.We have been paying customers for a long time... and I am not happy that Adobe just removes your credits if you downgrade from 40 to 10 , we had saved up over 300 credits, and on friday we lost them all.[abuse removed by moderator], and money is been taken out of our accounts. We decided to downgrade since my company wanted to pay less due to ressesion and struggle with todays economy.And as a customer, we feel violated, since we wanted to spend the rest of our credits and use it when we needed it.This is extremly bad customer service. and as a user of adobe for a long time,  this is everything wrong with the industry today, we use this everyday at work and we " was " happy with it until now.This is just not how to treat a customer for this long, and then we from what I know did not get any noticed when we downgraded saying " HEY! Licensed and used credits for a 30 second countdown video (as stated in the asset's details), but the download is only an 11 second video that appears to be the portion of the whole thing. How do I access and download the complete video? Confused
