Ran the internet speed test, speed is 40mb/s, no issues with any other website, cleaned the cache from google chrome, restart the router, no issues on my endBut for some reason only suddenly this week when I try to download images from Adobe Stock the speed is like 7kb/s, its like its being limited or somethingtaking up to 20 minutes to download 3 images, basically unusable, can you guys fix it? The website itself is already extremely slow to load images thumbnails by default, very frustrating to use already 

Hello there, I sometimes use the library function in Indesign to purchased stock image. But somehow one image cost me 67 credits. I admitted it had a notification but it wasn't clear as the webpage version. Can I unlincesed the image or lower the license tier?

I was looking over the insights page and from one of the top-listed contributors from last week I noticed that they had images #610033139 and #611036188 which appear to be the exact same image, uploaded by the same user, but with differing image numbers and image titles.

I have 2 questions...Say an image is licensed using an Extended License, can that stock image be placed into an asset library for the corporate licensee to access and allow their partnering advertising agencies to access for various projects?  Or, is this considered to be distributing it as a stand-alone file when placing it into a library?When an agency licenses a stock image on behalf of their sole client and the image is transferred to the sole client upon completion of the project, does the client need to have a subscription to Adobe Stock Images to use it for future projects?Thanks!

Hello, A few months ago, I purchased an Adobe Stock plan. However, I couldn't find the type of visual material I wanted. The other day, I accidentally noticed that this is a situation specific to Turkey. When I searched with the same keywords, selecting Germany as the location, I got 509,556 results, while the search from Turkey yielded only 492 results. Yes, you read it right, I was able to access 1,200 times more visuals from Germany than from Turkey. This difference is not an acceptable one. I urgently request a solution to be produced. I cannot find and use visuals as I wish, and my rights in the plan are waiting in vain...They provided me with additional rights to assist me from Adobe customer service, but what matters most is being able to access and license a significant number of visuals. When searching for images and using the Photos only filter, I"m getting compilation images,  for instance, #611532617  when searching laboratory.   How can I search for only photos that appear in the real world excluding the AI filter doesn't work.  Thank you.

This is probably a dumb question, but I want to make sure I understand. So I can't use a Standard License image on something I want to sale, like a bookmark or a book cover design, even if the said image is modified?

The adobe stock site has been incredibly glitchy and slow, specifically when I am looking at images in my library. I click on an image and it lags and most of the time does not open the correct image from my library or it skips all over the place.  I pay for a stock subscription but lately I have needed to go to other stock image sites of the issues. My assistant also uses adobe and has no issues at all when she is signed in under her account. Please advise how I can fix this. I have a screen recording but the file is too big to upload.

Can I edit the music once I purchase a license? I would like to rearrange intro / Mainpart/ Outro, so that it fits the structure of my video. This means I would cut peaces out of the song, so I won't add something new into it. Is it possible?

hello i purchased adobe cc for one year subscription last monthafter 1 free month usage of adobe stock. they withdraw another 1 year subscription cost without my permission. i have already cancelled my sub but is a refund possible or any possible way to contact help desk via email ?

I originally subscribed to Adobe Stock with the free trial. I immediately realized that this was not the product I would be able to use, so I canceled it before the free trial ended. For some reason it re-activated and I was charged $49.99, so I went back on the day I saw the charge and I canceled it again. This time I was told that I would receive a refund of $49.99 in 5-7 business days. After a week, I had not received the refund so I signed back into Adobe and it was active again. This time when I tried to cancel it I was told it would cost me $274 cancellation fee. I used the chat to talk to somebody and they told me the best they could do was refund me a prorated amount of $21 and change my account to the $19.99 plan. So I said fine because I figured I did something wrong when canceling. What they didn’t tell me was that in order to get the $21 refund they would charge me $19.99 for the first month of the new plan. Which is ridiculous. I was willing to accept some fault before, bu

Person "A" buys a stock image with standard license and uses it on his/her instagram page in a post. After a while if followers of that page shares a story which contains that stock asset with permission of person "A", does person "A" violate the rights of original copyright holder? Can person "A" give permission to his/her followers about sharing the post containing that asset in followers' story or post? 

Stock is so slow. Creating new library folders takes eons... saving to folders takes eons... missing images... and I can't cancel because I have too many credits that will go poof if I do.
