Hello Adobe Community, I’m facing an urgent issue where two Adobe Stock Contributor accounts have been created under the **same email address [EMAIL REMOVED BY MODERATOR]**. As a result, I am now unable to access my original contributor account. Here are the details: [PERSONAL DETAILS REMOVED BY MODERATOR] This issue occurred after I linked my Behance account to my Adobe ID and clicked the “Display your Adobe Stock assets” option. That action automatically created a new contributor account, even though I already had an active one using the same email. Unaware of this at first, I uploaded 11 files to the new account, and only then realized I was no longer in my original contributor account. Since then, I haven’t been able to log into my main account at all — every login redirects me to the new one. I’ve already sent a detailed email to contributor-support@adobe.com but I’m posting here in hopes that someone from the community or an Adobe moderator can assist or escalate th

Hi Adobe Stock Community,I have a quick question regarding editing content details after an image has been approved and is live on Adobe Stock. Is it possible to edit the title, keywords, or category of an image after it’s been approved? If so, will these changes affect the image's visibility or search ranking in any way?I want to ensure that I’m optimizing my portfolio for better discoverability, but I’m also cautious about making changes that could unintentionally reduce exposure or reset its position in search results.Would really appreciate any insights or experiences anyone can share! Thanks in advance,Ashraful Alom

Greetings, I have a question about the video files I upload. I use a internet based editing program that once I edit and convert my files with it, it is blocked for security reasons. You know like when you right click to display the files properties and at the bottom it states "This file came from another computer and is blocked for your security". It's a result of using an internet based editing program. My question is should I unblock it prior too uploading it since it came from my computer and I am the one who made it, or should I leave it blocked when uploading so that the end user can do so if they feel the need? At first when I started uploading them they seemingly take much longer time than usual to upload and I thought it was a result of not unblocking them however, I've uploaded a few more and they all have been approved. So should I or shouldn't I? Many thanks for any help and have a great day!
I have an inventory of sports photos that I'd like to submit for stock. From what I've read, any public event does NOT require a model release. Some of these events I shot with a press pass, some were not. I'm trying to determine if these will be accepted. Some of the shots include: - Professional events (PGA, beach vollyball) - College football (faces obsured by facemasks, but college logos visible on the helments or uniforms) - High school sports (faces visible) - Polo matches Before I start submitting I'd like to get a temperature check on the need for model releases on these types of shots. Thanks for your input in advance! [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hi sir"May I know the reason why this image was rejected?"
Hi.I have recently noticed a huge increase in rejections due to similar images.Reading the posts here, it seems like it is not just me but also other people.I heard that a high rejection rate can have negative effects. Does this apply to my case?I can't check in advance how many similar images there are on Adobe Stock and filter them.

Hi.This image was refused. Can anyone help me understand what was wrong? It almost directly from camera with minimal adjustments. No filters, and I think it is focused. Maybe there are artifacts? Im not sure what that means, Best, Kenneth
