Good day!Why my completely different works are rejected, with the explanation that "a similar image has already been sent" - if they are different in color and structure. And the second question - many uploaded images have completely disappeared! They are not found in accepted or rejected ones! So where are they? They are simply deleted!?! Just the desire to do it at all is discouraged.Thank you very much for your reply.
Hi, can you please help me to understand why these photos have been rejected? Thanks for your help, regards
Hello, every time I upload an image, "Are you a robot?" pop-up appears. Is my account insecure? This pop-up appears every time I upload an image. I'm very worried something might happen to my account. Can you please help me? Will changing my password fix it?
More than 600 images were rejected and not even 1 of them were approved. I've emailed them and still no clear reason behind this. I don't even know if they're playing with us.
My photos were rejected in case of quality. What is wrong?
Sparkle Type Vector Designs or design elements that are typically created with gradients in a shiny or light effect style—do they need to be expanded before submitting? I’ve seen many people upload such designs without expanding them so that they remain editable. How is that even possible? If you save these kinds of designs in EPS 10 format without expanding them, the design does remain editable, but upon reopening, the design doesn’t maintain its original quality—it gets distorted or ruined! Is there any issue if I expand and upload these designs, making them non-editable? While I understand the designs will likely be approved, I’m wondering if there will be any problems in the future if I submit non-editable versions, even though many people keep such designs editable.
OK, just found some of my photos being sold as wall art / posters etc on sites such as www.ukposters.co.uk. The images are watermarked as Adobe Stock, and I assume Fotolia prior to the merge. My question is do such sites buy just one copy of the image and then on sell many times, or do they do the decent thing and buy a new licence for each poster they selljust curious Phil
Dear Adobe Stock Team and Forum Moderators, I would like to inquire about the current review process of Adobe Stock. Are the submitted images still being reviewed by humans, or has AI been introduced into the process? Recently, I submitted a set of images, all of which were rejected with a very general explanation: "Common issues that can impact the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise. Learn more about our technical requirements." Previously, I had submitted similar images — same angles or concepts, with only the elements within the scene being changed — and they were all approved without any issues. This leads me to question: What standards are currently used to evaluate submitted images? Has there been a recent change in the review criteria? The rejection reasons are too broad and make it difficult for contributors to identify the specific issues in their images. Is there a w
If my design is 'non-editable,' can I write the word 'non-editable' on the design itself and include it in the title?
Hello Everyone, I was wondering why my pictures got rejected. Can someone help me out? Best regards Chris
Grazie
I received an automated text response for my first submission - Common issues that can impact the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise. Any clues? Thank you!
Hello, community.Question about video files.I uploaded a 4k video with resolution 2160x2160 px in mp4.After submission in my dashboard the files are displayed with the same characteristics, but on AdobeStock they are with HD resolution 1080x1080 px in mov format.Any thoughts about this situation?
Hello,Can this image considered commercial or Illustrative Editorial?Thank you fro replying!
Hello fellow stock contributors, I am new to the Adobe Stock and have over 100 "Not Accepted" AI images. I carefully review the images before uploading and I am not sure why these were rejected. Can someone please help? What am I doing wrong?
hey everyone. i'm new here so i need some guidance please. i've had sevral images approved, and several others not, under the "quality issues/standards" clause.these images were accepted: these images were not accepted: here are a few samples, full frame: any ideas? i dont want this to be a hit and miss thing, uploading takes time and energy and i want to streamline the process and avoid my images not getting approved. thanks in advance for your help!

Hi, pls help me to understand what are the reason for this rejections. Thank You!
Hello, we, as a contributor, tried to create alternative images on the topic of TikTok using AI, since we found such an image on Adobe Stock that was not classified as editorial - specifically this one from the link.https://stock.adobe.com/images/tiktok-logo-glowing-brightly-over-a-dark-rocky-landscape-futuristic-digital-art/1105280385?prev_url=detailHowever, our images were not approved for two reasons (intellectual property (IP) law). Both the linked image and ours were marked as generated using AI and have "TikTok" in the title and keywords. They were visually similar. We don't think it's fair if someone has the opportunity and someone else doesn't. Please give a relevant assessment of this suggestion. Thank you.
Hello,I would like to confirm whether it's possible to upload AI-generated images in PNG format to Adobe Stock. I understand that certain file formats and guidelines apply to submissions, and I want to ensure that my work complies with the platform’s requirements.Could someone please clarify if PNG files are acceptable for AI-generated images or if there are specific format restrictions for AI-based artwork?Thank you in advance for your help!
Hey, so I'm uploading images in adobe stock for a long time. at first my content rejection was very low but suddenly for recent few weeks i'm having extreme amount of rejections. It discouraged me a lot and i did not expect this from adobe stock. It took a long time and good amount of hard work to process those images. can you inform me what's the issue here? There are lots of contributor who has got high amount of approval even though their images and files had some issues. I just a fair reason and fair solution that's all.
