This file was rejected because it did not meet quality standards.I always submitted files with this level of quality, but these days I'm suddenly getting rejected for poor quality.
Hey everyone, I'm really curious - what generative AI tools are you all using for Adobe Stock and general stock images? Since I'm not into a specific niche, I need a tool that can do everything well and I'm mostly using:Adobe FireflyMidJourneyStable Diffusion (which I find very difficult to work with and almost never provides what I'm looking for)I'd love to know what you're currently using, what you like about it, and which one you think gives the best quality images for stock.I'm looking to upgrade my toolkit and could use some real-world feedback! Thanks!
I just looked at the recent top sellers list today; there I found this portfolio. Syed photos, images, assets | Adobe Stock Oh my God, I was shocked for real! Those images, man! By what chance do those moderators accept that kind of image? I want you all to go check that portfolio fully. This is very serious because contributors like us, even after making high-quality images, get rejected with reasons like quality issues or something. And more surprising is how that account got 1,000 downloads with only 1,700 images also with new account. or he/she is different from all the other contributors out here?
This is the headline of this Adobe page:https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/updated-artist-name-guidelines.html But for me it is not clear if I can use my own name as reference. Of course I do not want to say I am a great artist, but just for curiosity 🙂
Dear Adobe Stock Contributor Team,I hope this message finds you well.Through considerable effort and dedication, I have generated a large number of high-quality images using generative AI tools. While uploading these images, I ensured that the "Created using generative AI tools" option was selected, and under "Recognisable people or property?" I appropriately chose "No."Creating such high-quality images is a challenging task, requiring meticulously crafted prompts and a high level of professionalism. Additionally, I ensured that all images meet or exceed expectations in terms of resolution and DPI.I also ensured that each image was accompanied by correct SEO-friendly titles and relevant keywords, designed to improve discoverability and align with your platform's requirements. However, over the past few days, I have noticed that many of my images have been rejected due to "Quality Issues." Unfortunately, th
I have a question about vector sets. I use Adobe Illustrator ..... should I leave them with a transparent background, or is it okay to use a white background? Or are both options acceptable? I plan to upload many files, so I want to be sure without increasing my rejection rate
The reason it was rejected was this:"Do not submit generative AI content with titles that imply an actual depiction of newsworthy events." But in the content requirements they ask to do this:"Include the main subject of your prompt in your title." And they also stated quality issues, which seemed general. The title is: Tamago Hash SlidersIt's and AI generated image.. Any advice? Much appreciated and thanks in advance.
Hello, I am currently a contributor with a regular Adobe Stock account, and I'm interested in transitioning to a template account. Could you kindly guide me through the process?
Привіт! Я видалив свій обліковий запис деякий час тому. Сьогодні я відновив його, і вгорі сторінки статистики продажів написано «доступні кошти $1». Хтось знає, що це? Бо не було продажів.
I would like to know what potential mistakes were in these photographs that led to their rejection. I'm a beginner. Thank you!
I have tried to contact them many times and they are not responding.Tell me if I can get this account backThis is my first time {Adobe ID or Member ID: 211892140}
I have not been to my Adobe stock contributor for awhile. Now I cannot find any of my images, they are all gone. How can I have all those images back or is this permanent?
Hi everyone, I’ve been a contributor since 2018, with nearly 10,000 videos and a total of almost 100,000 files uploaded. Unfortunately, my account was blocked on October 17, 2024 (likely due to duplicate files), and it has now been almost 4 months without resolution. During these 4 months, I’ve sent 30-40 emails, used the “Contact Us” form around 20 times, and have never received a single reply or update about my account status. I’ve also filled out the appeal form twice (the second time following advice from Adobe’s Facebook chat), called Adobe support over 10 times, and had 30+ live chats—still, no updates. Adobe phone support even took my number, asked for a convenient time to call, and promised a specific day to follow up few times. However, I never received any calls. I’m reaching out here to try to understand: is this the standard treatment for contributors? Can someone from the Adobe team please contact me and provide an update? Thank you.
Hello, my friend and I want to open a joint account on Adobe to work together, I have my own account and he doesn't. I'm wondering if I can log into that account on my computer where my account is, with the same IP address? The account will be created in his name. I don't want to risk getting banned if that's not allowed.
All of my items are being rejected all of a sudden. My guess is Adobe is getting fed up with AI. Anyone else having the same problem with Adobe rejecting AI? I spent days cleaning this up and it got rejected immediately. I spent days removing anomolies and it is still not acceptable. It is watercolor and I have similar items like this selling in my portforlio. Actually thinking of selling these on Etsy

On October 21, 2024, I withdrew The Payment From Adobe Stock. But I have not received the payment so far, why has no mail come?
Hi everyone,I hope you're doing well. I’ve been an Adobe Stock contributor for a while now and have uploaded around 10,000 images to my account. Despite this large portfolio, I’ve only managed to earn around $20 so far, which is quite disappointing.I was wondering if anyone else has faced a similar issue or if there might be something I’m doing wrong? Here are some specific questions I’d love insights on:Could there be a specific reason my sales are so low?Are there any tips or strategies that could help improve my sales and visibility?Does my portfolio look optimized for Adobe Stock's audience?Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and advice. Thanks in advance for your help!
Hello everyone. The other day, I found a lot of photos on my phone and decided to upload them to Adobe, but I noticed that some of them were smaller than the required size. I upscaled them twice using Topaz AI and submitted them for review, marking them as "photos." However, I recently read in a chat that if a photo is real but upscaled, it should be marked as AI. Is this true? Should I delete the photos, even though they are real? Or should I leave them as they are, and they’ll just get rejected? I’d really like them to be accepted as photos because friends told me that real photos sell better than AI-generated ones when marked as such.
Hi everyone. I am new to the site.I have submitted my first works, some got rejected, some got accepted around a week ago. Even though I can see accepted ones on my contributor dashboard, when I click on my portfolio that is public there are no pictures. How long it takes from approval decision till photos are getting online? I was not able to find any information other than it is instantaneous. But not in my case. Please advise what to do. Tax form is approved.
I'm reaching out to seek guidance on how to best comply with Adobe's contributor guidelines. I previously operated multiple accounts, which led to their deactivation. I'm committed to following the rules and would like to consolidate my work into a single, compliant account. Is it possible to delete my old accounts and re-upload my assets? Any advice on how to proceed would be very helpful.
Ich frag mich, warum meine KI generierte Bilder abglehnt wurden.
Hello Everyone,Does anyone have any information about the new mission? 11 series of photos and 10 different scene shots make 110 images. And time is limited for me. They gave me until February 3. I wonder if 11 image series of images will be enough for a single scene? Thanks#NewMission #Contributor #ForAI
An image of a Firework that was rejected.Files with such fireworks are sent in batches of 30-50 images for moderation. All of them are of relatively similar quality and content (the difference is in colors and shapes). But one batch is accepted almost completely, and another batch is rejected completely for some reason, although there is no difference in quality between the batches. Probably, different moderators evaluate the images with different strictness. What problems can a strict moderator have in such an image? Translucent smoke (fuzzy edges)? How can I improve such images, what do you recommend to improve on it? What should be avoided? Thanks!
