Hello. When filling out the W-8BEN tax form, the Republic of Moldova is missing in the "Country of citizenship" and "Country" lines. The Republic of Moldova is present in the list of countries with tax agreements with the USA (https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/withholding-rates-country.html?cq_ck=1503513388328). What should I do if I can't fill out the form? Thank you. [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
Hi all, I'd appreciate your advice. I'm new to Adobe Stock and uploaded my first submissions last week. They were all not accepted citing "quality issues." I thought they were good technically and in terms of composition, and in line with things I've seen used in corporate presentations and other materials. Could you all shed some light on why these were rejected (not uploading all the stuff I submitted here, just a few examples)?
Hi thereI am uploading many files to my Adobe Stock account, why are the files not being approved?
I have some really cool pictures that have been taken by family memebrs over the last 50 years, some with me in them.I personally did not take them but have been given to me and are now under my ownership - am I able to upload them? If I scan and edit them? Or any ways to share credit?A lot of these photos were taken by my mother who is still living. Some photos were taken by my grandfather who is deceased.
Why moderation takes too much time for vector files. A year ago, vector moderation takes at least a week but now it is still pending for a month. Is there an issue which makes ve your files to take too much time ?
99% of my photo rejections is for the following reason: "Thanks for submitting your file for review.Unfortunately, during our review we found that this file does not meet the Adobe Stock’s Illustrative Editorial Guidelines. We are looking for imagery intended to illustrate articles on current events and news, focused on conceptual imagery using real brands and products to convey strong ideas. The most common cases for rejection from that collection are:- The file includes identifiable people.- The file is news or documentary editorial.- The file did not have a strong editorial concept." I spent hours trying to understand Adobe Stock’s Illustrative Editorial Guidelines but I can't wrap my head around it. Attached is the image they rejected 1. Can anyone tell me specifically what is lacking in the image that doesn't meet the Editorial Guidelines?2. If I redidd the shot, what could I change in the image to meet the Editorial Guidlines?3. In another post you all tried to expla
How to increase sell? please help. I have 20K files.

Hello, I have a question regarding file ID: 1084195045Original name: openart-e8ecb8bd0dc240478c266b7a5ee6f5a4_raw.png and jpg, issue with quality. I don’t understand where the issue lies. Is it about the quality of the background part of the depicted Hussite camp, or is it the type of images you don’t accept? This is not purely AI-generated; I spent over 4 hours correcting AI errors and refining the image based on historical information. Therefore, especially with this one, I’d like to know where the real issue is. Could I get a response from someone at Adobe Stock?
Hi sir can you tell me why my ai images rejected ,a lot of images rejected ,can you provide me issue
Вас не раздражает тот факт, что с развитием ИИ нужно больше времени для проверки работ реальных авторов? 2 месяца - это как-то слишком... Было бы не плохо, если бы сгенерированный контент проверяла отдельная группа людей, как мне кажется.
I want to ask the existing community, why is it that my file has been uploaded for almost 2 months and still hasn't been published, previously there was no problem like this, what do the seniors think?
I read the following but can't seem to find the About Me Page: "you can add a description to your portfolio on Adobe Stock as a contributor by accessing your profile page within the Contributor portal, where you can edit your "About Me" section to include a detailed description of your artistic style, expertise, and what kind of content you typically create"Tell me if I'm wrong or not to assume my dashboard is the same as my Contributor Portal. Othewise I can't find any About Me page.
Hi, Anyone can help regarding regarding Intellectual Property Refusal- i have lots of snap of ancient sculpture that comes from around 500BC ...it all are rejected under comment " Intellectual Property Refusal" while it all are avoilable free to click in India & not cover under Intellectual Property law.
Why are most of the photos I create with Adobe Firefly 3 not accepted?I spend a lot of effort, knowledge and time. However, there is a warning given under the name of quality problems. It is your company that offers us Adobe firefly. You do not accept the AI photos we created at other companies.I want these problems to not occur. It is truly sad that these images that we created with so much time, thought and patience were not accepted.
How many active assets do contributors have? Is it normal to submit 20-40 assets from the same photo set? Is it considered spam? Recently, I started posting more content on my page, and I’ve already had 1,500 AI-generated photos accepted in just one month. Now, I have a total of 3,516 approved assets, with another 413 currently under review. I don’t have many downloads yet, even though I believe my images are of decent quality, as there aren’t many similar photos available. However, I’m worried about the future and unsure how to avoid the risk of getting my account suddenly shut down after putting in so much effort to grow my portfolio. Should I be scared or concerned about this? Can I continue submitting assets without worrying about facing the same issues as other contributors? Or should I submit fewer assets? Generally, I upload a maximum of 20 images in the 2:3 aspect ratio and another 20 in the 3:2 aspect ratio, totaling 40 images from the same set (generated using
I have two contributor accounts on the platform, I upload AI images on both and I just knew it is not allowed to make two accounts for the same type of images. i misunderstood that point at first.I deserve the ban because I violated the terms, but now I want to start again and make a new account (just one).my question is,can I upload the same images that I uploaded before on my previous accounts or should I make new images?also, my accounts is deactivated not permanently banned, I contacted them asking to ban one account and re-activate the other, so should I wait for their response and there is a chance of getting one of my accounts back or is it done and I have lost both of them forever?
Hello Adobe Community, I am reaching out to share an issue I’ve encountered as a contributor to Adobe Stock. For the past seven months, I have been actively uploading over 87,500 high-quality AI-generated images designed to meet the platform's guidelines and standards.Recently, my account was deactivated without a clear explanation. This has been a major setback, as I have invested significant time and effort into creating and sharing my work on the platform.I am reaching out to seek advice from those who may have experienced a similar issue. Are there any steps I can take to appeal this decision or address any potential misunderstandings?Any guidance or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time and support.
Recently submitted a few photos that were rejected for quality issues. Any help or suggestions on why there were rejected woudl be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for the feedback!
Common issues that can impact the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise
Hi all, some help would be appreciated, I'm trying to learn what Adobe Stock is looking for. I am not new to photography, I have checked the photos in Lightroom for exposure issues and did not find any. Are they just not unique enough - there's already enough sunflowers and tree images going around? Maybe birch shot seems too crowded? All creative choices made were intentional. Thanks for your input.

so, These aare my pictures and i wanted to publish these but i think i'm not good at the presentation or in the act of publishing.
