Hello adobe community,I want to know the specific reason for the rejection on this png file whice I attested. Please help.

I applied for payment in 15 oct but it been 11 days today is 26 oct. my payment status went from "pending" to " pending for payment " what should I do

Why can't I download photos from my Adobe account another region?

Hi!I am a Adobe stock contributor from Australia. On 25 October 2024 I tried to get a payout ($26.21) on PayPal, but the system said that the payout could not be completed. This is not my first payout and I did not get any email from Adobe related to this.Could you help me, please?I tried to write message to "Contact us", but the system said "We are sorry, there was an error submitting your case. Please post your question in the forum in the meantime, while we resolve this temporary issue."Thank you  

I am trying to upload some vector art, this is what i am gettingI tested with multiple assets, i get the same error.The last asset i tried was a simple SVG iconI also tested with a vector that is already in queu (that means it was accepted by the system) and now I get that upload errror.

Hace mas de 2 meses que no me revisan las fotos, alguien sabe que esta pasando. Segun Adobe revisan como maximo en 8 semanas. ???.

If some of my images have been in review for a week and I upload a new one, will each image have its own review time, or will the review time for all images reset to zero days?I currently have 475 images under review. Should I wait for them to be approved, or keep uploading new images until I reach my limit?

Hello, please critique my image of a "christmas Fox". It was recently rejected as a JPEG file. I'm not sure why. Perhaps too many details that are not consistent?

Please see your email for more information or Contact us. why I am getting this message ? i have not done anything suspicious.  (also I had a 200$ payout pending) also got a mail saying We are writing to let you know that your Adobe Stock contributor account has been deactivated for suspicious activity. For more information on why your account may have been blocked.Regards,Adobe Contributor Relations please explain why this is happening.​  

I made regular sales up until the end of september, then sales just completely stopped. Should I be concerned? Images are still being accepted, allbeit slowly, so my account is still open. I just think it's strange that sales just stopped completely? Thanks

I received a message that I was selected for AI training, and they added a task option to the list at the top, and I found a test that if I pass it I get a reward. What is the reason for selecting me and is this a good thing for me as a contributor?

Finally, I got something reviewed. The IA images that I've sent yesterday (I've some photos waiting for 4 months almost). I don't understand why these images have been denied for quality. Too much light? ThnksmJordi

I'm a little confused with the statement I now see when an image is rejected. The statement says: "We are looking for imagery intended to illustrate articles on current events and news, focused on conceptual imagery using real brands and products to convey strong ideas." The parts  above that says "Current events and news -- real bands and products" does that mean I can include products that has a company logo or a company brand? For example I can now include a drawing/illustration of brand name product like Mustang, McDonalds, Honda, an image of Pittsburgh Steelers Helmet, etc.I can include current events like images of the Presidential race, images of Trump, Images of Harris, etc If you are reading this and would like to give a few examples of how to  use the above statement, it might clarify things for me. I was under the impression that using company logos, brands, etc would be rejected. As well using images about news and current events. Sorry, I just find

I submitted a landscape photo I took that showed a mountain scene. There is a bridge crossing a river in the foreground. This photo was rejected because of intellectual property issues. The bridge is the only thing in the photo that could cause possible be the cause of the issue, however, there are other photos on Adobe Stock with the same subject matter, so I am confussed!   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hi,I have over a thousand !!! (1000) photos under review for more than 2 months. Every week I add 100 photos and Adobe approves 10 and the rest wait. I don't know who to turn to, can anyone help?https://mirekphoto.myportfolio.com/ Thanks

How do I delete files please?   On gettyimages.com/contribute/batches/xxxx , the "Delete" button is greyed out on files which are either "contains recognizable people that are not model released." or "upload failed". I want to delete the "upload failed" files so I can re-upload; surely there is a way to do this?!Thanks

Hi Everyone!Is it okay to create an another contributor account to upload diffrent file type? I'm currently uploading images as a contributor. I'm thinking about creating another account to upload vectors. How do i create an another account?can i use the same email?is ther any place in my account to create an another account?Thx!
