I’m exploring AI-generated images for Adobe Stock and want to focus on creating commercially useful visuals rather than generic AI artwork. I’m particularly interested in understanding what types of images are most useful to brands, creators, businesses, and marketing teams, and what subjects or visual concepts have consistent demand. I’d also like to understand best practices for creating high-quality, original, commercially viable AI content that follows Adobe Stock’s requirements.
Hi all..I'm a beginner in adobe stock. I tried submitting a few AI generated videos and all the videos are getting rejected reasoning IP violation. I used Gemini Omni flash for video generation and herewith attached of the videos which were rejected. Can someone tell me what is the issue here? Thanks in advance.
My account was suspended in May, it took 6 weeks for the appeal to be looked at and it was then reinstated.Adobe made it clear that fraudulent downloads was the issue ($24 worth) which I had no involvement in, knowledge of or ability to prevent. So I lost 6 weeks of income because of someone else’s actions. My account has a perfect record over the last 6 years. My account has been live again for 3 weeks, I’ve been watching the downloads like a hawk and have seen nothing unusual. I received exactly the same ‘account blocked for suspicious activities’ this morning. Has anyone else had this happen?I’ve filed a support ticket and appeal form again but don’t know if I’ve got it in me to keep going round like this. It feels very helpless to have no control over why your account is blocked, especially when they made it clear I’d done nothing wrong. Mods, thanks for everything you do but I’m looking for other contributors who have had the same thing happen. I’ve filed a ticket and appeal throug
Hello everyone,I am a new Adobe Stock contributor, and this is my first upload. My assets were approved about two days ago and appear in my Contributor portfolio. However, when I click on any approved asset, I get a "Page not found" (404) error. The assets are approved, but they are still not publicly visible or searchable on Adobe Stock. Asset IDs:2124761694 2124779307
I have an Adobe Stock monthly subscription that includes 10 paid downloads per month (Standard licenses).I recently designed and typeset a book for a client. The book is not for commercial sale. I downloaded around 20 images from Adobe Stock for use in the book. Some of the images are from the Free Collection, but most of them are paid Standard assets. Now the client would like to obtain the rights to use the same collection of images in the future, for example on their website, social media, and other communications/marketing materials. In other words, they would like to pay me for the time and cost involved in finding and licensing these images, and then continue using the images themselves.I understand that Adobe's terms allow a Stock asset to be licensed on behalf of a client, but I am not completely sure how this works in practice when the images have already been licensed through my own subscription.Has anyone had a similar situation? What would be the correct way to handle this? Ca
Hi everyone,I'm an Adobe Stock Contributor mainly working with video content, and I'm hoping to get some advice from other contributors who may have experienced something similar. In July, something unusual happened on my account: approximately 85 of my video assets were custom-downloaded in a single day by one customer. This was far higher than my normal download activity.Shortly afterward, I requested a withdrawal. Then, on July 16, 2026, my Contributor account was suddenly blocked for a Suspicious activity.I submitted an appeal through Adobe's official contact form on July 17, 2026. Since I did not receive a response, I sent a follow-up message on August 4, 2026, to ask for an update and provide additional information.I received an automated confirmation that my follow-up message was received, with the following case number:Case ID: ADB-46478743-G7P8However, I still have not received any detailed explanation or final decision, and my Contributor account remains deactivated.I'm wonder
Hi All, What do you think of this photo? Not uploaded, yet. Just curious,if you think there is any room for it. Unusual angle may make it interesting for inclusion (?)Thanks a lot for commenting!A “newbie”.(thumbnail attached; original is 24MPx)
I recently took a photo of a Cal Fire Helicopter in action. Prior to publishing I reached out to Cal Fire and asked if they would be willing to sign a release of the photo. They told me that it was a photo I took and it was taken on public land therefore Cal Fire would not need to sign a release. I explained that Adobe Stock would not except it without the release and asked if they would please sign the release so I could publish my photo so I wouldn't risk losing my account. They said there was no need to and explained to me again. Obviously this person must not have known the legalities. So I published and it was rejected immediately. I wrote to Cal Fire again and the same thing with email stating I could publish the photo. Then I responded back to Adobe explaining the sitiuation and sent them the email with all of Cal Fires contact info. They still rejected the photo. Any of you ever gone through this before ?
I am unable to add my phone number to a contributor account.i have a UK number and once I have entered my number and selected UK on the dropdown menu I get an error message saying error occurred while performing this action. can anyone help Regards
Do you think this photo be accepted? Thank you kindly!
I just want to click on an image and have it extend a preview window like it used to - not open a whole other page. this is ridiculous. ai is trash and the resolution is trash and it always looks fake. turn this shit off ffs. so frustrating.
Hey vector contributors, Getting mass rejections for "raster in vector" and "low res JPG preview" even though my EPS is 100% vector and my JPG preview is 10k x 10k px, quality 12. Same settings as my approved files. Is Adobe's AI reviewer broken this week or did something change? Any fix?
Hello Adobe Support Team, I am writing to request assistance with a persistent phone verification failure on my account, which is preventing me from completing setup as an Adobe Stock Contributor. This issue has continued for over 5 days. When attempting to add and verify my Bangladesh mobile number under account security settings, the UI displays the error:"An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later." Upon inspecting the browser Developer Tools console, the request fails with the following specific API errors: GET /userdocs/account-management (404 Not Found) POST /credential/securityProfile/mfaFactor/enrollFactor (429 Too Many Requests) Because this HTTP 429 rate limit / SMS gateway routing failure on the enrollFactor endpoint has not cleared automatically after several days, there appears to be a backend lockout or carrier SMS routing issue for the +880 country code. Could you please investigate this issue on my account backend or assist in resetting/ov
what are the quality issues you all would identify ?
Dear Adobe Customer Support,I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding my Adobe Stock subscription and the substantial early cancellation fee that I have been told I must pay.At the time of purchase, I believed I was purchasing Adobe Stock credits. I did not understand that I was entering into a fixed annual commitment simply because payments were being taken monthly.More importantly, I do not believe that the annual contractual commitment or the potential charge of approximately 50% of the remaining annual subscription was presented to me in a sufficiently clear, prominent and transparent way before I completed my purchase.Had I clearly understood that I was committing to a full year and that cancelling early could result in such a substantial financial penalty, I would not have entered into the agreement.I therefore dispute the cancellation charge.Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumer contract terms are required to be fair and transparent. I understand that potentially
I want to know whether, if a vector file is rejected due to a quality issue, intellectual property, or similar content, I can modify the file—for example, by deleting some parts or adding something new—and then upload the revised version again.
I have a portfolio of over 23,000 assets, and my sales used to be very good. However, they have been declining day by day, and now I’m not even earning $25 per week. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue, or could there be a problem with my account or portfolio?
What is the official process for a Mis-sold editable vector that is clearly badly traced from a different source?Downloaded File #: 2108030438 which clearly says “Editable stroke” - opened the file and it’s a very bad trace and the lines are not editable as they say - it’s likely copied from another source. This is slop and it’s a disgrace to be up on Adobe - are files not verified to be what they say they are? There needs to be a direct “report quality issue” button on Stock.
It is REALLY a QUALITY issue with my submissions or is there just too much stuff submitted that they auto-reject nowadays? I’ve been an illustrator and painter for 35 years, I earned my living as it since 18. Vector graphics is just a small part of my work and these are for fun. I never got rejections before and I know how it works, Im sure I meet all standards and my submissions are definitely not low quality so question is….IS there a technical issue with my files or has time changed so this is no longer a viable option because they get so much ai crap and reject everything? Here are some low res raster versions of what I submitted.Attached is a single vector file with one of the submission just in case anyone could be kind enough to quickly check if there was anything wrong like open forms or something, im sure there’s not.
My Contributor account was recently blocked by Adobe for a "second confirmed instance of irregular sales activity." I discovered a shocking flaw in Adobe's automated system: they are flags my legitimate Payout/Withdrawal requests as "violations."Here is what actually happened:1st Payout Request: Adobe suddenly claimed "irregular sales activity" and forcefully deducted $2,200+ from my earnings, flatly refusing to provide any itemized statement or Asset IDs. 2nd Payout Request: Exactly when my second $600+ payment was due to arrive, Adobe completely suspended my account.I am strictly an independent contributor. I have never registered an Adobe buyer account, nor have I ever bought anything on this platform. I am the innocent victim of buyer-side fraud, yet Adobe chose to punish me and lock my cash assets instead of investigating the malicious buyers. On top of that, Adobe's support is a complete disaster. They completely ignored all my direct emails. They only issued this lazy, copy-paste
I make clipart for stock. Wreaths, pine borders, mistletoe, juniper. A few thousand images by now. Every one has to end up as a PNG with a transparent background. I used rembg for months. u2net first, then BiRefNet when that came out. Tried the web tools too. They all broke on the same thing and it drove me nuts. Take a wreath. There's a hole in the middle, and the background inside that hole has to go. What I kept getting was a grey-blue haze sitting in there. Looked fine as a thumbnail. Looked awful the second you put it on a colored card. Pine needles came out as mush. Thin stems either disappeared or came back with a blue edge burned into them that no amount of levels would take off. Then I actually read what rembg does. It shrinks your image to 1024x1024, asks the model where the subject is, gets a 1024x1024 mask back, and stretches that mask over your full size image. u2net is worse. That one works at 320x320. My renders are 4096. A needle two pixels wide doesn't exist at 320. So
Hello everyone,I’m new to this marketplace, although I have experience as a stock contributor on other platforms.Recently, I uploaded 10 letterhead designs with preview images, but all of them were rejected. The reasons provided were:• Intellectual Property Refusal for the design files• Technical Quality Issues for the preview images (exposure problems, soft focus, excessive filtering, artifacts, or noise)All designs are my original work. I would appreciate any guidance from experienced contributors on how to identify and fix these issues. Are there any common mistakes with letterhead templates or preview images that I should be aware of?Thank you for your help and suggestions!
