Subject: Payment "Pending" since Jan 28 / Tax Form W-8BEN Approved was approved on the same day. / Case # 00487209 / I am a contributor (ID:212015513 ) and I am facing a significant payment delay. My payout request has been in "Pending" status since January 28, 2026. My tax form W-8BEN was submitted and approved on the same day.I have already contacted support three times (Case # 00477511, 00480547, 00487209 ), but the fundshave not been debited and I haven't received a human response. I am actively participating in the AI training program and would like to resolve this technical issue to continue my work with Adobe Stock.Could a moderator please look into this or escalate my case to the billing department?Thank you!
I cropped the photo for this post because the file size is larger than 5mb
Maybe because not everything is exceptionally sharp? But some wors pictures made it through.
Hi Adobe team, I cannot add my Indonesian phone number (+62) to my Adobe Stock Contributor profile. When I try to contact support through Help Center, it redirects me back to the “Add mobile phone number” page, so I am stuck in a verification loop. Because of this, I cannot upload my designs. I already tried using +62 without the leading 0, different browsers, incognito mode, and different networks. Please help fix this issue or verify my number manually. Thank you.

No one at adobe is responding to my reports and questions regarding how to remove/report AI images that have not been marked as AI. The following image of a pickle is to me very obviously AI generated/manipulated. https://stock.adobe.com/images/glossy-juicy-dill-pickle-close-up/1489256671 I have never seen a pickle like this in all of my years art directing food. So I just wanted to make sure someone took a look at this artist’s work. Areas to note: Pickle lacks traditional shape and textures of other images populated in the search The highlight is reflecting nothing, and reflection locations do not make sense (the upper right and left side would never be lit this way in real life). The bumpy texture does not look natural. Real pickles have bumps that share the same darker color of the peel. These bumps are lighter and look more like “crisp” air pockets than texture on a vegetable. When reviewing this authors work, I feel they are not marking all of their images appropriately. I
I am i gallery owner. I sold thousands of photos as prints and many of them in really large sizez. your filter has removed more than half of my photos for the quality reason or even intelectual property reason (the photo of the sunny beach with a boat). I am uploading via lightroom but i definitely had better percentage when i uploaded jpg files. Besides if you already decide about a photo you dont want it shouldnt it be marked in lightroom so i dont have to manually check each photo? I am really dissapointed becouse i simply do not trust the artificial inteligency you use. check for example the photo. If not the fact i have seen most of those photos printed out, on liflets, albums, fineart prints i could consider they are not the highest quality but becouse i know those photos i am just simply grabing my head and thinking how can i upload the full set of 4 thousand photographs if it is going to be such a messy job. Seriously its not funny to manually check wich photos you already have
Can someone please tell me why these were rejected for quality issues?I am new to uploading stock photos. I followed the guidelines. I'm confused as to where I went wrong.
Hello,I submitted AI videos to Adobe Stock and they were rejected with "quality issues". I'm attaching a few examples. Can anyone help identify what might be the problem? Any feedback from experienced contributors is welcome. Thanks!
Photos are being rejected all due to quality issues. These photos are being excepted in all other 4 stockphoto platforms other than Adobe. They just give me quality issue but did not state out any reason.Out of 100 posted, only 1-2 accepted. Can anyone point out what’s wrong with the photo? It seems like wasting time contributing here.,,(I’ve minimized the photo though as the size exceeds the size allowed to be uploaded here)
The photos I submitted were rejected due to poor technical quality. The statement is rather general and doesn't provide any specifics (because there aren't any). I disagree. The photos were very good technically and compositionally; I'm not an amateur. Their acceptance by other photo agencies also confirms this. I believe Adobe is biased. I have reservations about the evaluation team.
Not sure why this photo was rejected. Any feedback would be helpful.

Hi everyone,I’m a bit stuck and was hoping to get some advice from the community.I recently uploaded some high-resolution PNG illustrations (8000x8000 px) created in Clip Studio Paint. However, they keep getting rejected for "Quality Issues" citing noise or artifacts.I'm a bit confused because I used an oil-paint style brush to give the lines some character, so there's intentional texture in the art. I’ve even tried uploading files where the edges are absolutely smooth and only the filled areas have textures, but the rejection reason remained exactly the same.I know as a raster file, it won't have the perfectly smooth edges of a vector, but I see a lot of other textured art on Adobe Stock. Is the system misidentifying hand-drawn textures as technical flaws? Or should I be prepping my files differently? Also, since these are just simple line art character sketches without any color fills, would it be better to just upload them as JPGs instead of PNGs? I’m wondering if the transparency mi
Recently, it seems that Adobe uses AI to speed up the review process. Though it has significantly reduced the review time, it has also rejected many very good photos for wrong reasons. For example, I took a few photos of building reflections in the water with a special ripple effect and very high quality. However, Adobe rejected them for quality reasons. Obviously, the AI couldn't tell whether the visual effect was a natural effect or bad photo quality. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Hello! You may have noticed in recent weeks more content being refused as “too similar.” This is part of our ongoing effort to maintain the relevancy and discoverability of content within the Adobe Stock collection. We understand that an increase in refusals can be discouraging, but this is an opportunity to refine your portfolio and submit your strongest content in future submissions. Hello everyone, My Adobe Stock contributor account has recently been deactivated, and I am trying to understand the reason behind this decision. I would like to clarify that I was not uploading any AI-generated content. My submissions mainly included original designs such as icons and graphic elements, and many of them were approved before the deactivation. At the moment, I have not received a clear explanation from Adobe regarding the exact cause. I would really appreciate guidance from experienced contributors or Adobe staff. Could this be related to: Similar or repetitive content? Style similarities with other contributors? Metadata or keyword issues? I want to understand what went wrong so I can avoid mistakes in the future. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
Hello everyone,I have uploaded 535 files (AI generated , vector, JPG & PNG), but only around 300–350 more or less files are visible on my public profile. Most AI-generated images are not showing. Also, my downloads are extremely low (0–4 per month) even though I've uploaded enough quality content. So my question is - Why all approved files are not visibleWhether my content is properly indexed and searchableIf there is any issue affecting my account visibility or downloads. If anyone knows about this issue please help me.
Hello, I would like to ask input on one more comparison. The bird on the left was rejected, but the bird on the right was accepted. Is the problem the slight part of the crest that is out of focus? When I do searches on the stock online, many photos seem to have much less technical quality, but I suppose they are just really cracking down now with a need for perfect shots? Thank you.
