Hello, I have a problem with the Redeem code activation that we received from the Adobe stock site. When I try to enter the code it says "This code is from a country or region that does not match your Adobe ID." What should I do? 🙂 

Hi, I have a batch of 17 illustrations, can someone please suggest me the error in those files attached. In these images I created illustrations from original photographs and those illustrations rejected several times due to quality issues in adobe stock. I cant understand what is the error in those images. Those images are live and one of the most popular illustrations on my portfolio on other stock platforms like Shutterstock, Alamy, iStock, Freepik, Dreamstime, Depositphotos & 123RF etc. Can someone please help me to rectify those illustrations ? Thanks

Has anyone else experienced Adobe incorrectly calculating uploads? When I look at my upload activity, it shows 11, but in the downloads section, it displays only 6 items, and the payment is also half of what it should be. 

Could all you lovely adobe veterans and experts please spare a few minutes from your valuable time and help me understand what could be the reson behind rejection of this image and also donate some pointers  which I can use to improve upon pleaseee .Thank you sooo much. #contributorcritique #troubleshooting

Hello, I am selling my photos through Adobe Stock, and many of my photos have been accepted, but the photos do not appear in my profile. Can you please help me? I have sent many messages to customer service regarding this, but I have not received anything. Answer or help

Hallo liebe Community, ich habe heute meine erste Ablehnung eines Bildes von Adobe erhalten, bin mir aber nicht gänzlich sicher warum, da ich meine Bilder stets sehr gründlich auswähle. Daher würde ich euch gern um eure Einschätzung bitten. Ich vermute, dass es unter Umständen an der Tiefenunschärfe liegt, aber ebendiese war von mir genau so gewollt. I have sold my first video @ $79.99 or $199.99 and show an earnings of $4.20 and yes, my tax W9 (LLC) was submitted and validated. Should the earning not be:79.99 x 35% = $28   or$199.99 x 35% = $70 I'm can't even find which file size was downloaded..What am I missing?Thanks!

Hello everyone.This image was recently reject.I didn't use an AI to generate it. I used an independent photo conversion program to get this drawn look.Do you think this photo does not fit the general guidelines?If so, why do you think it was rejected.Thank you for spending a little time on my request which will allow me to do better next time.Good to you all

I just received the link to access the bonus program for my adobe stock contributions.  I don't have enough volume for the create cloud all access, But that's the tier I'm already subscribed to. The link i got was for the single apps, which obviously a downgrade. Is there anything else I can do with this link?  I don't want to downgrade.  Can I maybe use it for more cloud storage or something? Seems like this bonus program is leaving all-access cloud subscribers behind.

Hello!I generate my images in Midjourney and scale them with Topaz Photo AI, but recently (after a short creative break), I noticed that in the image properties after scaling, it writes the prompt indicating how the image was generated. I don’t remember this happening before my break. When uploaded to Adobe Stock, it retrieves the title from this data. I then write my description for the image and add my keywords, but I’m already tormented by paranoia that after 2-3 months (moderation time), I may encounter problems because of this.  What do you say about this, dear and experienced contributors? Should I revoke all assets and clean up the metadata?

Im (Adobe Case Update 00238345) Fall wurde kurzzeitig unser Konto deaktiviert.Leider ist einen Teammitglied eine Fehler unterlaufen und es wurde Inhalt hoch geladen der mit den Richtlinien nicht vereinbar ist.Wir haben den Inhalt gelöscht. Das gesamte Konto geprüft. Alles gut.Doch leider verkaufen wir keine AI Inhalt mehr. Die sperre ist aufgehoben, daß Konto aktiviert, doch wir verkaufen keinen KI Inhalt mehr.Wir laden fleißig hoch. Wir investieren viel Zeit und Geld für das erstellen und hochladen von KI Inhalt.Doch nach der Aktivierung sind wir anscheint als Anfänger eingestuft.Können sie bitte die Einstufung auf das vor(Deaktivierung) Niveau zurück stufen.Wie gesagt haben wir laufende kosten, die wir jetzt schlicht nicht decken können.Und das diverse Mitarbeiter einfach nicht auf unsere Anfragen reagieren kann ja auch nicht die Lösung sein ?Hochachtungsvollsnapshot
