Stock Contributors

I'm working on my first contribution of footage shot in 4K. I've also rendered out the some clips as HD variants. Should I upload both versions or do I only need to upload the 4K version and you guys create an HD variant on your end?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Eu enviei imagens de IA para análise com desfoque para causar efeito de movimento, profundidade e etc... Mas elas foram recusadas por acharem que foi um erro de geração mesmo as imagens tento foco e qualidade. O que deve ter acontecido? Será que foi por outro motivo? Enviei uma das imagens abaixo:

Hello, I am sending several travel-themed photos and one of them was rejected even I thought it would be the most suitable due to its large size, sharp and good quality, please let me know why it was rejected because "Thank you for the opportunity to evaluate your image. Unfortunately, it does not meet our requirements. For this reason we cannot accept this work into our collection.The technical quality of images is usually affected by exposure problems, poor sharpness, excess filters, artifacts or noise. More information about technical requirements: here." This photo above was of the best quality taken with a camera, is this because of shadow and the contrast? Photo wasn't edited i thought it looks good as it was taken. The two photos below were taken with a phone and with them I was afraid of rejection due to the quality. I submitted two images to Adobe stock, and both were rejected. Upon looking for details as to why they were rejected I found the following comment, which I am sure is a standard reply. "Common issues that can impact the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise." While this information is informative. It is rather broad in it's definition. It would be nice if the reply as to why it was turned down was more specific to the issues of the image submitted. That would help those submitting image to be more aware of their mistakes. 

About the QR Code itself, I know that I have the right to sell my own generated QR Code. Also, I found many portfolios doing QR Codes but when scanned it will say "Happy New Year" for example... My question is can I sell a QR Code that will lead to a YouTube video? For example, I will put a description of the QR Code "Me at the zoo QR CODE" and when someone scans that code he will get the 1st YouTube video ever uploaded... I will make a PNG with a transparent background and colorful QR code... Also second question is this going to make any copyright issue? Thank you

For some reason this image and similar images dont get accepted and i dont understand why.

Hi, I requested for the payout on 12/02/24 and it has been more than 10 days and I still not recived the payout. Also I am from Japan so I chose the the payout method Payoneer as it was avaliable but later when I search about it it says I need premium paypal account to recive payouts in Japan is it correct ? 

After an examination, several photos from a photo shoot with 2 models were disqualified for a general claim regarding an improper model release form. Nothing specific, just a general description of problem types in model release form. I work with a popular application ("Easy Release") that generates a contract that Adobe has already accepted (and shutter stock and 500pixels). It's impossible to re-upload the model release file because "the system" marked it as incorrect.All detail fields in the form are present. nothing is missing.There is no way to talk to a representative for contributors.Who should be contacted to get some help?why should new contributors work with Adobe with this cooporate blindness approach? 

Hallo zusammen,es für ist für mich wirklich nicht nachvollziehbar welcher Art die Qualitätsprobleme bei der Serie der eingereichten Bildern sein soll... Unschärfe? Artefakte? Rauschen? Falsche Belichtung? Nein!!!Woran liegt es denn? Es kommt mir so vor, als ob hier manchmal reine Willkür am Werk ist, je nachdem wer die Bilder überprüft. Es ist nicht das erste Mal, dass wirklich gute Bilder wegen seltsamer Begründung abgelehnt wurden.

Hi, wondering if I can upload US state flags or regional flags of other countries? Videos made by software. Also wondering if I can upload sports team flags, etc. About country flags, everything is clear, the exception is the flag of Singapore.Thank you in advance for your reply 🙂

My account is behaving a bit strange since yesterday. For every new upload I'm asked to verify that I am a human, and then instead of the preview image there is just a blank box shown. This seems to be the case for all uploaded files since yesterday.  I logged into Adobe Stock from my work laptop in a shared office space (wework) yesterday, which I suspect may be related.  Is there anything that I can do so that my account behaving normal again? I want to upload Vectors on Adobe Stock, I will be glad if anyone gives me the correct answer to my questions. Here are the questions.   1. Can we outline the text or font in vector designs? or let them remain editable?   2. Do we need to upload the. JPG with Vector file while uploading? 3. What is the best artboard size for the vector files? On the uploading page of Adobe stock, they mentioned the minimum artboard resolution is 4MP but when I checked the vector requirements page, they mentioned that 15MP is recommended. So now I am confused about what artboard size will be perfect for the Vectors that I want to upload on Adobe Stock.   Kind Regards.   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hy there!I hope everyone is feeling well.. Problem.... I'm facing a problem in my adobe stock images submission as my all pictures are getting rejected by them in this month before this month everything was going good but in this motnh I'm facing rejection issues i create images through midjourny and upscale them in photoscape X usually from August 2023 to January 2024 but now adobe stock isn't accepting my images which I'm upscaling through photoscape X firstly i thought there's must some issues in my pocs but soon my one batch mate told me there's an issues in photoscape now as adobe stock bring some changes while update there's marketing or whatever you can say.... Suggest me any tool.....  Can anyone suggest me any good upscaler tool or website except photoshoot bcz it's images also getting rejected please guide me!!!!

  Why do I need a release form when this person can't be recognized?  He's a silhouette and his back is to the camera.  Any opinions?

What do I have to do to get my 1099 for 2020. I have e-mailed a request several times more than a month ago, without getting any response. I'm tempted to attach copies of those e-mails to my 1040 to explain the missing 1099.

Hi! I've tried  several times (days weeks...) to upload videos via sftp with no luck. I'm using FileZilla as client. I can access to the adobe server and upload the videos, however, when in my uploaded files webpage in my adobe stock user panel they never never show up I'm following all the instructions and technical requirement for the videos, so i simply don't understand what it's going on. I'll appreciate some help here!!!!
