I just received notice that two images I recently submitted were rejected:  Hearts and Hearts 1.The reasons listed are as follows:- Non compliant use of another artist’s name.- Undeclared Generative AI Content.- Content not compliant with overall guidelines:  This thoroughly confused me.I am the artist who created these images.  There's no other "artist's name" for me to have not complied with.No Photoshop was used whatsoever--so no "Generative AI".  All edits were done in Lightroom.  As part of the edit, I deleted the staples which were originally visible on the paper hearts, using Lightroom's "heal" and "content aware remove" tools (the little eraser and band-aid toos).  The photos were captured using a real camera, lens, and studio strobe. Any ideas what Adobe is on about?

"My account was blocked, so I sent a complaint message to the Adobe Care team. Today, they sent me a link to open which redirected me to a website. After that, they asked me for my account ID, which I provided. Then, they asked for my Corporate Account Password, but when I entered my Adobe account password, I received an error message saying that I am unable to sign in." please tell me how to solve this issue [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

I'm a newbie. I'm withdrawing money for the first time. If I withdraw on Thursday, February 1, 2024, then count for another 7 - 10 days to get the money, does that include Saturday and Sunday or not? Thank you.

I made my first $25 as an Adobe Stock Contributor. I had this paid out to my PayPal account, but a week after the date I still have not received any money. When I try to contact customer service via chat, no one responds and if anyone responds, they transfer you to an Adobe Stock employee and then no one responds.

Buenas tardes, tengo muchas fotos de AI que realmente no sé porque Adobe me las echa para atrás. Os adjunto una prueba en este mensaje. ¿Una causa podría ser que no las he catalogado como ilustración? ¿Hay que  catalogar todas las imágenes generadas por AI como ilustración? ¿Si las mejoro, puedo volver a subirlas como ilustración? Hi, I have seen that my content which I uploaded to another stock site have been stolen and uploaded here by another person.  I've joined Adobe Stock not long ago and started submitting my content. Because some of my videos got stolen and have been uploaded here by someone else already, I can't submit them. The person have stolen my videos from another stock site and uploaded here and selling my content claiming as his own. What is the fastest way to remove these contents (approximately 50-60 videos) from that profile? Who can I talk to about this problem?

In Adobe's "10 tips for getting your generative AI images approved for sale on Adobe Stock." it states, 4 megapixels minimum, do not exceed 8 megapixels. However, Midjouney's latest version provides a 2x upscale option that will produce a file 14-16 megapixels (4928 x 3712). The question is, do I NOT submit MidJourney's upscales becaue they are too large? Midjourney's upscale is much better than PS, Lightroom, or Gigapixel upscale. Just use the Midjourney 1.5 upscale? I'm confused, thanks for any clarity.David

Hallo, 1/3 der Fotos werden bei mir abgelehnt. Ausschließlich wegen Qualitätsproblemen. Bei diesem Foto würde ich gerne wissen was ich falsch gemacht habe. Ich habe das Ziffernblatt gereinigt. Die Kanäle sehen sauber aus (in RGB). Danke für das Feedback, Doris

HiI received first rejection on first batch of eight images, all the same subject. There was a vague reason based on "Common issues that can impact the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise."Now my image: File ID: 704254191 And several others were rejected. I can't actually understand why?If anyone can shed any light so I know how to improve for future uploads.I use Topaz Gigapixel Ai to resize the image, so if anyone has any tips on correct settings, or other tools to make these images size compatible, then let me know. Hello All,I hope 2024 has been good to you so far!I am stumped as to why the attached image was refused. They gave me a general Quality refusal so I rechecked for EVERYTHING like 4 or 5 times. I was so exited when I saw what I had captured, but now I'm bummed. I've never seen a wave photograph this way. Please tell me if you see anything. Thanks in advance!

hello all... I have a question and where I have investigated they say one thing, but other parts say the opposite thing and others simply have no answer: To apply to Adobe templates I must send an email that Adobe provides on its page with a portfolio with my work on this subject and wait if it is approved or not or it is no longer possible?I am a regular contributor of images and video but I also like to make banners, flyers, infographics, visual representation of information and data, diagrams, graphs, posters, etc.  Thank for advance...If is posible sent this request by mail: How many assets would be appropriate to send for review?

Ok. There's a situation now where Adobe stock contributors are being double taxed, because not only does Adobe stock issue a 1099 to Adobe stock contributors but now PayPal does the same thing. I want to know what the solution to this double taxation scenario is , how to handle it and how to avoid paying income tax twice on Adobe stock contributor earnings. Please only respond if you actually know the answer and the method for taking care of this dilemma.
