Hi, I’m new to Adobe Stock and have received some rejections due to 'Quality Issues.' Since the feedback is very general I’m struggling to pinpoint the exact flaws so that I can improve my work for next time. Can someone experienced give me som feedback on my rejected pics? Thank in advance!

As-salamu alaykum guys, I need some guidance regarding certain type of fuzziness or shadowing in the image, introduced after upscaling. I attached two images, first one is the image which has that issue of fuzziness or shadowing, introduced after upscaling and the second one which is the enhanced version of first one, don't have that much issue left. I able to fix it by using pixel cut background remover, i just simply remove the background and then add white color again and this helps resolve the issue to some extent or may be all. My concern here is that even after doing this technique when I saw the second image, I feel some shadows or fuzziness inside the logo or main box or wall type structure, now is this my own feeling and image is fine or image itself is still not completely fine. Just see it and comment what you guys think of it as I am a new contributor and don't know much about such issues. Also now is it, valuable for the buyer to buy such an asset and ethical for me to se
Hello everyone,I have been uploading content to Adobe Stock for over a month and currently have around 50 videos in my portfolio. Most of my work consists of background videos.I would like to ask when new contributors’ content usually starts appearing to customers. Is there a certain review period or a minimum number of uploads required before the content becomes more visible in search results?Thank you in advance for your help.
I just registered on Adobe Stock Contributor and failed to add a mobile number. I have tried several times but still failed to add a mobile number
Just a little warning to contributors.I recently submitted a photo which was refused with a “quality” rejection. After examining the photo, I did find some issues that might have been the cause for the rejection so I corrected them and resubmitted. Unfortunately, the photo was once again rejected. I decided to replace the background which I now determined might have been too noisy. A sigh of relief, on the third submission the photo was accepted! Now, I have received an email that my account has been flagged as “spamming” and these three photos were given as the assets resulting in my warning. Was it wrong to try and correct my “quality” mistake? I don’t think so. However, it is obvious that all submissions (approved and rejected) are used when flagging “spamming”. When repeated, this will result in an account being deactivated.
I'm creating images with AI, and at first I thought the "quality issues" rejections were due to resolution (I was uploading at 4.2MP, 2K).Then I upscaled them to around 12-16MP, but they still got rejected for quality issues. The real problem is that some images get accepted while most don't, even though they all have exactly the same pixel count… and the same quality, i think. What's wrong with my images?(I can’t uploud the upscaled images here bc the file is too big).
I have been contributing AI-generated images to Adobe Stock for the past 3 years. I’ve noticed that some AI images from other contributors are marked as “Premium.”However, I don’t see any option in my contributor dashboard to select or mark my best AI images for Premium status. Is there a specific setting or process to designate images as Premium, or is there another way to get my content featured as Premium?Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

My work was rejected on the grounds that it was created using - Non compliant use of another artist’s name.- Undeclared Generative AI Content.- Content not compliant with overall guidelines:I affirm that I created the work myself, And I didn't use anyone's artist's name. This is the image title. ---- "Futuristic Synthwave Background with Retro Neon Grid and Starry Galaxy"and I have evidence. I would like you to review it again. If the quality is not satisfactory and you still reject it, I accept the decision.
So basically i got this message. Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image. Unfortunately, this image doesn't meet our quality standards so we can’t accept it into our collection.Common issues that can impact the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise. Learn more about our technical requirements here. Can anyone please tell me where is the problem ? I remember I did denoise i belive at the photo with an railroad brigde. The winter nigh landscape i think i did not do the denoise of sky. The auroa borealis i idid a very little of manual denoise. Thank you for any advice

Hello everyonedeleting my image after several sales, And I really don't know where the problem lies, is it in the title or in the image itself?
This is the picture. It’s a RGBSHO Image taken with a QHY268m and processed in Pixinsight and Photoshop. No genAi used - just denoise and deconvolution. Can someone help me understand why such a picture is rejected with the reason “intellectual property”?Thx SK PS: the uploaded Version to Adobe Stock is w/o the watersign (bottom left)
From a few hours my Adobe contributor portfolio homepage shows no report, no earnings, no assets. Just this message: “There was an issue loading the page. Please reload the page.”Of course reloading doesn’t help at all. It’s just me or a general error?
Hello,I currently have a contributor account where I upload AI-generated images. I am planning to close this account and create a new one using a different email address. Before doing so, I would like to know if it will be possible to use the same payout email and payout method for the new account after the first account is closed.Thank you for your assistance.
I uploaded and submitted about 50 landscape photos. They were all rejected within a few minutes, with little explanation as to why (you know - the usual generic quality issue note).Could you please tell me what I did wrong? I use Adobe Lightroom. No problems on other platforms.Thanks.
Hello! I’m new to Adobe Stock. My image was rejected because of “quality issues”, but I’m not sure what exactly caused the problem or how I can fix it. Could someone explain what might be wrong with the image? Is there anything specific I should pay attention to during post-processing? Thanks in advance!

Hello, My brother and I both have separate Adobe Stock contributor accounts where we sell our own vector illustrations. To avoid paying the $30 annual Payoneer fee twice, we are considering linking both of our Adobe Stock accounts to a single Payoneer account. Is this allowed under Adobe Stock's terms of service? Will it cause issues with the Tax Form (W-8BEN) verification since the accounts are in different names? Is there a risk of both accounts getting banned? Looking forward to expert advice. Thanks!
