Hello! Have a problem - my vector rejected because of quality problems. I've got standart answer:- Your vector file contains a raster/bitmap image, and vector files must not contain raster elements.- Your JPEG preview file has been compressed too much, so textural problems have occurred in the file- Your JPEG preview resolution must not be less than 5,000 X 3,000 (15 million pixels) - mine is 4000x4000- You didn't use anti-aliasing when exporting your vector file to JPEG, so there are problems with lines on the JPEG file.As I understood from other discussions - the problem is the first issue (file contains a raster/bitmap image). But in my file, there are no such images (files added below). Sorry, but I can't find the reason of rejection, maybe someone will help me))) Thx!

Hi, I am having some problems with my payout. I requested payout on Sunday Sep 04,2023. It's been 10 business days and still the status is pending. I tried to contact support but never received a reply from them. The payout method was skrill.

Hello, community!I encountered a problem that was confusing for me and unexpected - I can't reach Adobe support. The situation is - last week I received a rejection of 26 vector files, quality issues, technical issues. I have double, triple, quadruple checked these files and found none of the technical issues mentioned in the rejection. Accordingly, I am forced to contact support to understand exactly what technical problems they found there and how to prevent this in the future. But - support has been ignoring request submitted through the online form since Friday, just no response at all. When trying to reach support via chat, it's almost the same - the agent forwards the question to a "specialist" who doesn't answer at all and quietly closes the chat after an hour. (or chat is simply empty more than hour).The question is - how can I get any contact to an adequate person in this "support" and, finally, solve this technical issue?

Recently, the question has been of great concern: will vector illustrators be in demand in the future? On many stocker forums they say that artificial intelligence will soon replace illustrators - they will no longer be needed and will lose their jobs. I want to know the opinions of people who understand this! Will Adobe Stock and other sites need illustrators in the future? Will it be possible to make money from vector illustration as before? I upload a picture and it doesn’t work for the reason; A vector file contains a raster/bitmap image, and vector files should not contain raster elements.The preview JPEG file had its compression ratio set too high, causing problems with the textures in the file.The resolution of the JPEG preview file must be at least 5000 X 3000 (15 million pixels)When exporting the vector file to JPEG, anti-aliasing was not used, so there were issues with the lines in the JPEG file.I can't find all these reasons and errors in my file...please help! I give up, I don’t know what to do next, And how can I draw if these files are not accepted?

Hello.I couldn't conclude this from on Adobe tips. This foto has been rejected due to quality issues. Changed the sky to dark and cast overall color on the image, however I still wonder why it would be rejected for quality... It seems to be in focus, and I couldn't see excessive artifacts, noise, lighting (too dark, maybe??), it's not been cropped too much (just some space on sides, to correct alignment), so it dosn't seem also pixelized.Could anyone gime me a clue for learning? Is changing some colors a reason for rejecting for quality?Also: Naming it using a monument name (in this case, Christ The Redeemer) would rise image rights issue, despite this being a landscape image taken from the street, being 99% sky, mountain clouds and vegetation?Thank you so much!

Hi, some of my submissions (made directly through Adobe stock) have 2.5 months old and it is not moving.I've heard there is a 50 max limit, is this true? and if it is, could it be that this is preventing images to be reviewed (since that limitation wasn't there when I first submitted the images).Thanks!All the best.

Hello,I have submitted files to Adobe for sale. Adobe states 4 weeks for the review of these files. Some files of mine have been submitted for review for more than 4 months now and are still not ready. What is the reason for this? Are the files still being reviewed?

Today all contributor gets some ammount. I want to know is this ammount for nomination file or other bonus. Bcz my file can not select but ammount add in my account. Very confusing moment. 

Since yesterday I cannot access my account. The message states "Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us." and doesn't give any clarification on what went wrong. The link leads to the email form and I don't receive any feedback from Adobe on the blocking. Would be great to at least know what was the reason for blocking.

Hi! I've been posting AI generated images for the past 3 months. Out of 200 pics that were reviewed so far, only 5-6 were rejected (quality issues). This time however, they rejected 5 images from the batch of 5, again stating Quality issues and I don't understand what is wrong with them. Can someone more experienced enlighten me what was done wrong on these photos ? Thank you.   

HI! I just submitted vector graphics and the colors in the thumbnails are very different than on my original .ai files. Is there a special way to save the file so the colors stay the same or is this just a weird quirk of the thumbnail and really the files are normal? Thank you!

Hi, I'm a new contributor and submitted two images where the only difference is the background color. I want to delete one of them so the reviewers don't think I'm spamming them. Is there a way to delete artwork after submitting it but before it has been reviewed?

Hi. This morning i checked my account and i see 'available earnings' went up, for a decent amount, but i can't figure out where this amount came from. I checked activities, top sellers - nothing, Earnings shows i had big 'sale' (or whatever that is) but nothing more than that. Any ideas?

Потім я завантажую цей файл для перевірки, і він відхиляється з такої причини: векторний файл містить растрове/растрове зображення, а векторні файли не повинні містити растрові елементи. Файл попереднього перегляду JPEG мав занадто високий ступінь стиснення, що спричиняло проблеми з текстурами у файлі. Роздільна здатність файлу попереднього перегляду JPEG має бути принаймні 5000 X 3000 (15 мільйонів пікселів). Під час експорту векторного файлу у формат JPEG не використовувалося згладжування, тому виникли проблеми з лініями у файлі JPEG. Я не можу зрозуміти, в чому проблема, тому що я перевірив файл 100 разів і не знайшов у ньому жодних проблем, можливо, у когось така ж проблема   [Модератор переніс тему до відповідного форуму]

I have contacted the team but have yet to hear anything back. Over 50 of my images have been mislabeled as generated with AI when in fact they are 3d illustrations of my own work. Hi everyone, I'm a reasonably new contributor on Adobe Stock uploading mostly AI-generated imagery. I was wondering, is imagery with recognizable real-world landmarks allowed to be uploaded to Adobe stock? For example, a realistic image of the Big Ben clock tower in London or the Eiffel Tower in Paris in various perspectives and lighting. I am mostly uploading imagery that is very safe for any stock agency, but I'm looking for new ideas and had this question for a while as I've seen such AI-generated content already on Adobe Stock, but felt hesitant to upload it myself. Please let me know if you've had any experience with such stock images or if you know if such AI-generated content is allowed on the platform. Thank you for your time!

I uploaded my designs to Adobe Stock, but I am afraid that my designs will take a long time. Will the review take a month?There are some people on YouTube who have problems with Adobe Stock saying that Adobe does not send money and that Adobe closes the account and that Adobe accepts any design, but I saw that the design may take a month to review.Is this true? Hi everyone. When I click the link to my portfolio, it gives me an error with the warning: "We couldn't find any all results for. Try your search outside of portfolios". I currently have an all-applications plan; and thus, I think I should be able to publicly display my portfolio. Why do you think I cannot do it?

Can anyone explain if Adobe's policy on image verification has changed? The quality of my photos used to be many times worse and primitive, and they were accepted. Now I submit exclusive content - exotic animals, reportage photos from military operations, landscape photos from extreme travels - and those photos are rejected with a note: QUALITY ISSUES. Whereas the quality of my photos, in my opinion, has gotten much better.

After uploading photos, and submitting them, I cannot upload more photos unless I run CCleaner to flush everything from my system first. This is very irritating and time consuming. The messages all indicate that the subsequent uploads are fine, but when you return to the page , nothing has been submitted.  

I am having trouble trying to upload my photos, the platform just says that there is an error, but it does not specify what, so I am very confused about what I am doing wrong. Could someone help me to figure what i can do to upload my files correctly please?
