Hello Everyone,I got an IP Refusal for an image of a neighborhood church (not a famous church) that was photographed from the outside, taken from the public sidewalk. Can someone explain this to me, please?Thank you so much! 😃
I've been contributor quite a while, but now I learned how to filter images from my own page by using" &filters[content_type%3Aphoto]=1 "That made me understand that I have some files that I have actually submitted accidentally to photo category, even when they are 3d-renders.I guess that's not a huge issue, since the categories are filled with such problematic images, but it also is not what I wanted to do, so I would like to fix it if possible, but how?Should I just delete the files and start their story over?
I possess an account housing approximately 500 generated images. Meanwhile, you have achieved roughly 300 sales. Recently, I have received this message "Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us." all of which have been generated by my person and are accompanied with an commercial license. In light of this situation, I am seeking guidance on the appropriate course of action to undertake.
I use to think that Shutterstock had a higher bar to get images accepted. Now I leaning toward Adobe Stock. All 3 of these images were accepted by SS and rejected by Adobe Stock. I would appreciate any insights you have so I can improve my postprocessing. Thanks, Rob
Hi, I have submitted files on my account but they are still in the review section. It is up to 26 days. Why it is taking so long to approve files? I have a lot of files for upcoming events but due to the long review time, I am not sure if my files will be approved before the events. Please reduce the review time to 1 to 2 days instead of 26 days or one month.

I submitted my logo 20 days ago but my logo has not been reviewed yet I really don't understand why it is taking so long (moderator cured topics, use only the relevant ones)
I just attempted to add new images to Adobe Stock for review. I use Lightroom for this purpose. I select the Publish button and the images start going through the upload process and then I get the notice that says something along the lines of, "Would you like to begin selling?" I click yes, and when it takes me to the page where I would enter titles, keywords, etc., no images appear. I have 498 assets awaiting review, so I apparently have two open spots.Even then, yesterday, I was able to upload images that would have been in excess of my limit, but they were still there and I could check the proper boxes, enter keyword, etc., and at least prepare them for later submission. Only a couple were allowed to be accepted for review, having reached the limit, while the rest remained for later submission once some images were accepted and spots opened up again. Which happend this morning and I was able to upload the six images that I could not submit yesterday. But now, as mentioned, nothing a
Hello. I have the following problem. I want to submit a photo for editorial use. While uploading, window appear where it says that I have to confirmthat my content does not contain logos, trademarks, etc. This is illogical, because editorial content does. What do I do with it?
Hi! I just uploaded this 3 images and were rejected for Technical Issues. I don't know what it's wrong.I also uploaded a lot of images of a Fender Telecaster. The logo isn't visible at all but they were rejected and yes, I know is a recognizable model but I searched the available stocks and there were a lot of Telecasters, even with the logo in it. So what the hell?
Hi guys, I had uploaded AI generated images 3 months back and they haven't been reviewed till date. Why is it taking so long for the review? [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
Sir, I apologize for my mistake, I was unaware about adobe submission rules and regulations. And I promise that I write ai generated and check ai generated checkbox then submit files, I will immediately rewrite all those files, and if possible kindly rewrite ai generated files from your side also. I strongly agree to follow the rules for adobe contributors in the future, and never disappoint again. I request you to please unblock my account as soon as possible, So I can correct my mistakes Thanks & Regards Baloch Contributor
I have been subscribed to microstockr yearly plan but cannot login into my Adobe Stock account. Then I sent my email to the microstockr develop team and they said it's the problem from Adobe.I have tried to contact Adobe support in chat for many times but they cannot find the professional one for me to solve my problem. Anyone here with the same problem?
Hello Team, I have personally created all the images myself, ensuring their high quality. I have submitted a total of 35 images, encompassing six distinct types. However, I received rejections for all of them due to what seemed to be quality issues. I am genuinely perplexed as to what might be causing these problems with my images. I assure you that they were all created manually, without the assistance of any AI. Furthermore, I have uploaded them in the highest possible quality and adhered to all required formats. I kindly request that you thoroughly review the images and provide assistance regarding this matter. Thank You Jaydip
Looking for kind and helpful feedback on a selection of photos
Does it happen to you too or am I wrong?
I successfully submitted my file two months ago with a smile 🙂. However, I'm currently unable to review it.
Hi, i had 4 vector images rejected for not having submitted a model release file, but these faces are fictional and generated with recraft.ai . I don't have an option for ai-generated when submitting a vector image, however, I did mention this in the title of each image. Can the AI generated content option also be integrated for vector images, please?
Good afternoon all,I am just checking on something: I know we can't use "filters" to improve our assets, but does that mean I cannot use PortraitPro? If I am allowed, must I stay clear of anything besides skin retouching, such as mascara addition, etc. I understand the goal is to keep pics as close to "real" as possible, so I'm thinking adding makeup or retouching hair might be frowned upon.Thank you all, in advance 😃Annette
I submitted a request to Adobe about their rejection of a minor amount of photos of mine due to needing a property release. It was quite amusing to me that they required this for these photos. They were not only AI generated, but they were not of any recognizable person, obviously artistic, and were tagged correctly as AI. I was very respectful in my contacting of them. When I got a response this was what it was:Dear Andrew, Any content created with generative AI tools that depict, is based on, or is intended to portray an identifiable person requires a model release. If the generative AI content is not based on a real person, but it visually appears to resemble a person, then you must submit a property release confirming that you have all property rights in the content. When I look at the property release link:https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/static/releases/property/Releases-en.0fc657ba4429206364e631d0849c4e75.pdf I find this quite amusing.Shall I in

Hello,I am very new this community and for the first time I have added 3 images to adobe stock and from 3 images only 1 image approved and 2 in pending since 12 days, after that I have uploaded 16 Images and only 1 approved and 15 are still pending since 6 days. please guide me how this process work I have lot's of stock to add but waiting for previous approvals.
I made a huge mistake – I was not familiar enough with the app I had been using and uploaded at least two images using auto-keywording; the keywords included the name of an artist whose style and lineweight I was trying to emulate, and thus the images were rejected. Additionally, a week or two later my account was suspended permanently for this gross violation of the upload rules. So – I just wanted to give a big thanks to the several people who had really helped me out here and given me very valuable advice and assisted my own troubleshooting on several occasions, and explain why I was no longer active in this forum. Be well, Joshua
