Most of the photos taken with the same camera were allowed last year. However, since some time ago, all the photos I post are not allowed.

Hello everyone! I'm having trouble accepting my AI images on Adobe Contributor. Quality problem. Below are examples of my AI generations. Honestly, I don't understand the reason for the refusal, and it's even more insulting, because other photo stocks sell the same photos quite well. I'm using Adobe Stock potuguese version (Brazil), and I sent my official ID photo, in which is official, and it has been rejected.What should I do? The purpose of the ID is it not to prove that you are the actual person on your Adobe account? How can I prove that I am who I am, if my official ID has been rejected? Sorry, this is a bit frustrating.

I uploaded an image to adobe stocka and after few days I got an error that 'Unfortunately, this image doesn't meet our quality standards so we can’t accept it into our collection. Common issues that can impact the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise. ' the main reason of the error was quality issues.Will someone tell me clearly that what is the reason and how to solve it?

My contributor account was blocked, and says your account is in validation status issue. How much time it takes to resolve it

Nach den letzten Erfahrungen mit Ablehnungen von Adboe habe ich diesmal genau darauf geachtet, dass Schwarz- und Weißpunkt korrekt sind und die Nachbearbeitung normal ist. Der Focuspunkt sitzt auf dem Leuchtturm, Horizont ist gerade, keine Flecken. Wo liegt der Fehler bzw. was sind ejtzt noch Qualitätsprobleme??

How much time does the file store on the upload panel on Adobe stock contributors?   I upload my file 4 months ago. and I send some of my files In review section. My submission limit is over.   So, I can not send my file In review section.   Will be my file deleted after some time like 6 or 8 months later?   Now I want to know how much time my file will be stored on the upload panel on Adobe stock contributors?   Please explain to me in detail. Hello. I have 62 photos and 82 videos uploaded to Adobe stock and approved. I sell 185 media products in total. When I want to see my participant account, i.e. my portfolio, when I click on the "show public profile" button, only 2 videos and 3 photos, 5 media products in total.How can this problem be solved?

Hello, my name is Alex and I have a adobe stock contributor account.I take car photos a lot, so I have a whole library them.How can I upload these photos without violating any laws? If all the cars are mine, and I fill a property release form, is this ok?Or the property release must be signed by the manufacturer (eg. BMW, MERCEDES, AUDI? etc.?)Please help me or post a tutorial link-step how can I upload legally my car photos. Thank you.P.S. On other contributor accounts I upload them as editorial. Since I do not have this option in Adobe Stock, please help me and tell me how can I get the photos uploaded and approved for sale.

I just started using this as a place to submit pictures, I have a few that were rejected due to quality and such and just looking for feedback to help me improve so that future uploads won't be rejcted as well.  Thank you!

To Adobe experts.     I am a Fotolia stock photo contributor and I know my photos are being accepted and moved to Adobe stock. I am trying to sign into my adobe stock account but the first time I tried it said account already in use. I tried changing my password and logging in but then it gave an error for not matching. When I tried again I got an internal server error of code 500 and could not even get to the log in page.    I tried to do this from both Firefox and Opera browsers. I tried from the Fotolia page clicking links and from copying and pasting directly to the address bar. Nothing worked. Hallo, also auch hier wird seit vielen Monaten keine echte sachliche Prüfung der eingesandten Bilder mehr vorgenommen. Fast immer werden Bilder, die gleichzeitig eingereicht werden, entweder alle angenommen oder aber viel öfter alle abgelehnt mit teils fadenscheinigen Begründungen, meist artefakte. Das ist echt schade, denn offensichtlich arbeiten da mittlerweile keine Experten mehr an der Auswahl, sondern es geht vermutlich viel mehr um ergonomische oder nicht nachvollziehbare Gründe.Das gab es früher nicht, da wurde echt noch fachlich nach Qualität geprüft.

It's been a while since I opened my Adobe Stock account (about 5 years).That's why I don't know if my adobe account and my payoneer account are correctly matched.In my payoneer account, when I click on my bank account that I added there to receive money, shutterstock shows up as the source of money but not adobe stock.I've been having problems getting paid from adobe stock lately.My goal is to find and check the section where I linked my payoneer account with adobe stock. I've searched all over the site, every setting, but I can't find such a section. When I just want to receive payments, there are two options, payoneer and skrill. I choose payoneer, but I'm not sure if this payoneer account is connected correctly.When I contacted payoneer I was told that there is nothing wrong with my account.

Hi, I have two questions,   1 - If I create a photo, put it on Adobe Stock. Can I still then use it on my Facebook Page? I normally get 5-10 sales each and every day but for the last 3 days my portal shows NO sales.  I find this hard to believe.  I've signed out and back in and it still says that.  I can see my profile is still public.  I havent had a day with no sales in a VERY long time, let alone 3 days in a row.  I asked in a Facebook group and one other person says theirs is doing the same thing.  What can I check to make sure or could it be possible that out of no where I'm getting no sales?

Hi everyone,  I have uploaded around 500 video files to Adobe Stock which are almost all rejected. I have attached 3 examples of files with the titles and keywords to shows you what I did. The reason for rejection is for all the same, it's about the keywords, title or language. What do I do wrong? I have been sending in video files for a longer time and previously they where almost always good. Thanks for the help!
