hello team adobestock contributors, why has it been almost 2 months since my photo has not been reviewed and approved, and I see that my friend has only been approved for 2 weeks
This photo was taken with my Z Fold 3 camera by hand. I'm a complete newbie, but ready to start a new hobby of posting stock photos. I read a couple of articles on editing stock photos before submission. I looked at using Canava free editor, and Adobe Photoshop Express but decided against doing edits, as I had no idea what I was doing. I'm looking to buy a new camera. I'm looking for a great online on-demand course. I usually take courses on udemy. Should I complete my photography masterclass before making another submission? This photo was rejected for quality issues: I'd like to know what the specific quality issues are, and how to fix them going forward. Thanks for taking the time to respond to this post,James
Hello, I'm Adobe stock contributor for few years now and with new AI image generators I got too excited and carried away by uploading multiple similar motifs which resulted in my account getting blocked. I've sent email response to requested email and I'm wondering if there is any hope for my account. I would've stopped spamming earlier, but I didn't realise that I was breaking the rules as I didn't get any warnings so far. I live in a country with low wages and contributing to Adobe Stock helps me alot. I understand now that I should focus more on quality and more different motifs over quantity. I apologise if I posted this in a wrong section as this is my first time using community forum.---Thank you, Tomislav V. (Hello,Your Adobe Stock/Fotolia account has been blocked because you have been sending content which is deemed to be spam/unnecessary.As a general rule, contributors should limit themselves to three significant versions of a single motif, unless the complexity
Hello community. Was refused for technical reasons in a series of photos. Thank you all in advance for your replies.
Recently, I have noticed that the review of my uploads seems to be paused. Typically, some of my uploads get accepted while others may not. However, in the recent past, there have been no changes in the status of my uploads. I am unsure of the reason behind this pause in the review process.I kindly request your assistance in understanding the cause of the pause and what steps I should take to have the review process resumed. Your insights on this matter would be greatly appreciated.Thank you for your attention and support.
Hi I'm new here and I would know what's wrong whit this image bcs it's saying bad quality.
Hi everyone! Is it worth to buy a canon D250 for shooting video on stocks [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
Hi Adobe and everyone. Can you please tell me what conditions are not met in these AI-generated images? They are rejected due to quality issues. I would appreciate your opinion
I've 17 photos to upload from a month in New Zealand, and 12 of them have people in them. Most of the photos were taken on different dates. Can I put a date 'range' on the model release forms or do they all have to have only one date on them? If so, then I've worked out I will need to create 22 model release forms to cover this. It seems a bit like hard work. I also submit to other stock libraries, so this will be multiplied.I realise I can 90% fill out the forms leaving the date blank and then photocopy, but it's still going to be 22 bits of paper to sort out.
I'm curious what changed with the approval process in the last month. I had no trouble uploading images on a regular basis these past few years, but this last month I now have an impressive 90-100% rejection rate on ALL commercial images. "Quality Issues" is all it ever says, so there's no input. All my Illustrative Editorials get approved no problem, but all commercial content has been denied for literally no reason whatsoever. I have tried every single edit I can think of, to cropping, to resizing, it just makes no difference. I have noticed Adobe rejects perfectly exposed images, to in recent years I have to raise the exposure slightly to get them accepted. Well, this past month that doesn't work either. I'm at an absolute loss at to why my commercial content is no longer accepted. Like I said, my editorials are accepted no problem, it's just affecting my commercial uploads. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Here is a recap of my recent experience. After moving to the US, as an Adobe Stock contributor, I attempted to update my region in Adobe Stock but found that the United States was not selectable and appeared in grey. I contacted support, and they advised me to cancel my Adobe plan to change my region. Without warning, they canceled my plan and I lost access to everything, including Stock (and the credit in it). They instructed me to start a new plan and then ended the chat suddenly.Unfortunately, I encountered errors and they were unable to assist me further. They also sent me a "quote" to buy a new plan, but when I click on it I get an HTTP ERROR 431.Every time I try to talk with a new representative, I had to repeat the same procedure and I get transferred to a different waiting line with an "expert," who never connected to the chat "Sorry for the delay".I am stuck.Never experienced worse customer care, before being an Adobe subscriber I always paid for their stand-alone software,
I see most of my photos getting rejected because of quality issues. Since I want to become a better photographer I want to ask you what is the 'problem' with this photo?I guess Adobe thinks it underexposed? Which is what I lked on the image, but a reviewer can have a different opinion. Or are there more things that could have been better?Thank you for helping me!
Hello, I have this problem for this message: "Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us."I sent a message to the "Contact us" link, but no answer. What I should do next ? What is wrong ? How can I validate and what to validate ?Regards !
I don't know why my uploaded photo got rejected. Rejection cause "QUALITY ISSUES".Could you please tell me how can i overcome from this?
I Uploaded some logos to Adobe Stock 17 days ago in EPS format. But all are in review. Can I know how long does it take normally? Thank You!
Hello! My account was blocked on May 26, 2023.I've sent a request using a form on Adobe Stock page the same day.The next month on June 19, 2023 I've sent another request to Contributor Support on email.Today I've got an answer on my second mail on the picture below. So, now I don't understand, where is the response on my first request, and why does Contributor Support can't help me and if they can't who can?
Hi it is now 24 days and my illustrations are still in the review pile...I have read a recent article on Adobe (and others) increasing their portfolios with AI creators and products and while this is part of the innovation of creativity (and future) monetization and market share where does this leave the illustrator who has contributed and sold their artistic works through this gateway? So a question - should I still remain loyal to my feeding the 'hungry beast' or migrate to other sites who do not keep me waiting above a week at most and are also developing AI for machine learning...there is a place for all but with a company as vast as Adobe would it seem too much of a stretch for their PR department to release a 'where do we go from here' statement to encourage us to stay...just a personal thought as a solo player trying to gain creative traction across the stock library board...thanks Matylda
My stocks are taking more than 2 months. What can I do? I uploaded more than 500 photos. And now, I can't add a new one. Also, reviewing isn't going anywhere. I am very much stuck. I can't do anything anymore....
