I wanted to upload illustrative editorials today, but the selection box is grayed out. There is no indication of limits or anything similar; I just can't select the option. I could submit normal creative photos. What could be the reason for this?
I wrote a long message, explaining the issue in detail with a image that was removed in Audit, for infringment. It isn’t and there’s no infringment. But when I try to write Support of contact I get“We are sorry, there was an error submitting your case. Please post your question in the forum in the meantime, while we resolve this temporary issue.” OK here’s my question, in the forum. How do I contact support?
Rejected for Quality Issues (Created with Imagine 4 Ultra) – Need Detailed FeedbackHello everyone,I recently submitted an image that was created using Imagine 4 Ultra, and it was rejected for “Quality Issues.” I carefully reviewed the file at 100% zoom before uploading, and I’m trying to understand what specific technical issue may have caused the rejection. At normal view, the image looks properly exposed and clean. However, since it was AI-generated, I’m wondering if the rejection might be due to: Subtle AI artifacts (especially on faces, hands, or edges) Slight softness or lack of critical sharpness Over-smoothed skin or unnatural textures Compression artifacts Background noise or banding I would really appreciate it if experienced contributors could review it and point out the exact technical issue (sharpness, artifacts, lighting, etc.). I want to improve my future AI submissions and better meet Adobe Stock’s quality standards.Thank you very much for your help.

My first eBay sale was in 2021. Now, in 2026, I have $137.70. I must wait 45 days since my first sale and have $25 to request payout. Is anyone else facing this delay?
The photo taken in a tiny venetian island - BURANO ! It’s very known: all houses are small, colorful and decorated with flowers! So don’t agree about reason of rejection! It’s not AI ! The image's origin is clearly indicated: the location and the country! It's verifiable!ID de fichier : 1912286694 Nom d’origine : Venice Burano AF.jpgBestEva Kurkjian
Since using alot of stock images myself for years, about 10-20 per week, I decided I give it a try myself, regarding that I’ve been successfully experimenting with AI over the last months. Worth a shot.So over the weekend I generated 400 images and refined about 140 and uploaded them. Today I’ve seen that about 90% of them got rejected because of the infamous quality issues I’ve read a lot about here. But I can’t quite figure out what the problem is with my images? Especially since I believe the quality is better than most of the ai slop I downloaded myself only to find out the’yre unusable after viewing them at 100%… I’ve double checked for artifacts and inconsitencies. Resoluion is native 4k. Is overall sharpness the problem? Or do you guys see something i’ve missed? Thank you for any kind of feedback and critique!
Just starting out here so wanting to learn. Any thoughts on why this image was not accepted?
After uploading multiple photos with metadata already populated, I multiselect all images and update the "Recognizable people or property?" setting to "No" and Save. Most images stay red until you manually click on each one of them. THen after submission 90% of them will not be submitted and become red again with this setting not saved again. If you manually choose No and save each image chances are 50% after submission they will not be submitted and setting not saved again... THis is very annoying and I cant believe not yet fixed. Anyone had such problem? [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
Hi Adobe Staff & @MatHayward ,I am writing here to ask for help because I have received no human response from support for exactly 6 months. My Background: I have been a dedicated contributor for nearly 2 years with a portfolio of over 8,400 original assets. The Issue: Status: My contributor account was blocked on August 18, 2025. Old Ticket: #00430004 (No update/ignored for 6 months). New Ticket: #00477017 (Created today regarding unpaid earnings). Impact: Approximately $600 in unpaid earnings are currently locked in the account. I understand delays happen, but being silenced for half a year without a single update on my appeal or my hard-earned funds is extremely disheartening.Could you please help escalate this to the Contributor Relations team? I just want to know if my account can be reinstated or how I can withdraw my earnings.Thank you,A Dedicated Contributor :)

Hello, I wonder whether free 1-year subscription to Creative Cloud plans still available this year? I haven’t receive a code via a blue banner in the Adobe Stock Contributor portal. Normally it appears on late January.
Hello, Adobe Community.I can't see the account profile. I can't see all the files I uploaded, the files I'm reviewing, the files I'm repaid, etc. I modified my tax form a day before this happened, and it happened a day later.I've also tried regional changes. Also, I'm only using this account with one Google ID. I thought Adobe was reviewing my account, so I checked the progress and put in an inquiry on January 28. The results of the review of the uploaded file were received in the mail (probably my account was not suspended).Later, I asked Chat GPT and they told me not to make additional inquiries, so I'm currently waiting. But Adobe is so frustrated that he's not getting the mail. I have some questions.1. I don't have many approved images on my account, can I re-upload new images from my current account?2. Or can I contact Adobe to delete the account and re-create a new account?3. Keep waitingDoes anyone else have the same symptoms as me?
Bonjour, La photo en pièce jointe a été refusée au motif de problème de qualité. Pouvez-vous m’en dire un peu plus ?Trop d’ombre à droite ?Merci pour vos commentaires
This is not the first time this happened. A lot of my images are not accepted for Intellectual Property Refusal, but a few days before about 10 images from the same venue and with the same description were accepted. Can someone explain? These were accepted a few days ago: File # 1877433579 File # 1877433111 File # 1877433362 File # 1877432910 File # 1877432339 and about ten more. Then about 30 images from the same series at the same venue and the same description are not accepted. Who know the answer??Greetings from the Netherlands :-)Mies
I’m not really asking this question, I am sharing an incredible way to maximize adding great key words.USE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCEPersonally I use Grok, and anyone not using it is doing a disservice to themselves.I asked Grok: I shoot stock photography, if I give you a title for a photo or video can you give me key words I can use including commas in between? Yes, absolutely, with a long explanation on how it can help. Then I gave it this title: Solar panels installed on holding bracketsHere is a list ready to copy and paste:solar panels, photovoltaic panels, solar modules, holding brackets, mounting brackets, solar panel brackets, solar panel installation, mounted solar panels, roof mounting, solar racking system, metal brackets, aluminum brackets, solar panel mounts, renewable energy, green energy, sustainable energy, solar power system, photovoltaic installation, solar array, tilted solar panels, ground mount, roof brackets, solar panel hardware, installation detail, close-up sol
I click on the “see my public profile” I saw only featured collections.
I keep getting quality issues always and always, but there is no clear instructions what should I improve. Can anyone with the expert title explain more detailed?
Has anyone’s content been rejected for not tagging it as AI-generated, even though the asset was not created using AI?Is re-submitting the only option in this scenario?
So today I think I made a mistake . Initially I uploaded 33 images to my contributor account ( I haven't submitted the images yet ) . Then I deleted them all at once due to some formatting issue . When I tried to reupload them, only 25 were accepted and 8 were rejected saying I reached the limit . Now that was okay and I knew that the upload limit exists . But one guy , who is way more experienced than me, told me that what I did was a blunder and that now adobe stock thinks that my account is spammy and that i will never be able to get the limit increased , basically my account is rate limited forever . Now my question is how much of this is true ? I am new to adobe stock and my account is only a week old .
Hello everyone, some of my images of the Abu Dhabi Grand Mosque were recently rejected with the generic reason “Non-compliant image”, accompanied by the following possible causes:– improper use of another artist’s name– undeclared generative AI content– content not compliant with general guidelinesThis has left me quite puzzled, as all the images are my original work, personally created and still preserved in their original files. To be absolutely clear: these images are not generated by AI in any way. Some of them were taken in August 2018 using a Nikon camera with Nikon lenses, while others were captured with a smartphone, always by me personally. As a reference, one of the rejected files contains complete EXIF data (date: August 20, 2018, 09:50) and the original filename is still available.I would therefore appreciate insights from contributors who may have encountered similar cases, to understand which specific element might have triggered this type of rejection, considering that:– th
I’m usually fine if there is a rejection in any image stock selling, especially in quality issues, but this rejection is kind of weird. Because all of my uploaded illustration have the same resolution, same sizes, same brush preset (even the size of the brush), same export procedure, maybe not in some quality but overall its almost the same in every aspect. But today my uploaded batch is rejected and it was making me “whaaat???”, i’m really questioning about the consictency of your image stock reviewer team. because last month i have some illustrations that im really questioning it myself like “is this going to be accepted? i don’t think it will” but it’s was surprisingly accepted! lmao. same resolution, i’m also re-checked it and zoom it one byone and make sure it was all the same sharpness.even one of the accepted that im doubting myself because of “quality issue” is the one who get downloaded lmao
The weird thing is I had uploaded another photo from that set a few years ago and it was accepted. I'm not sure why this batch was rejected. Everything is in focus, there is minimal to no clipping, nothing really jumps out as “low quality”. The actual files are 4000x3000, 72 dpi. Thanks for the help!
