Stock Contributors

Hello everyone,I just started with adobe stock and uploaded a 30 illustration 27 days ago. How does it usually take until a contribution is reviewed/approved? Please tell me how to solve this problem

Hello everyone, I started selling images and videos on Adobe Stock a few days ago. I came across a post from Adobe that said there was at least a fee. So I get at least 0.33 dollars per picture. Is that correct? It also says that "large Adobe Stock subscriptions (350 standard assets per month or more) are eligible for this fee. Can I get the same with 30 images? Why is adobe support so terrible, holy god i've sent 5 emails in the span of 2 months to understand what the issue of this validation status is? Everytime I try to get on live chat with an adobe representative they leave the chat after saying "I will connect you with another agent." THIS HAS HAPPENED 4 times!! These customer service employees just end the chat?? What is going on? Why does no one answer my emails and help me understand what this issue is asking for?

Hi, I've never had images be so long in the review queue. I'm not sure exactly how long it is since it only says that they were submitted last month but I remember some time ago it said 18 days. It's probably close to a month now. In that time I have submitted others that have already been reviewed and accepted.Any help is appreciated.   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hi, I've being waiting for the statement from adobetax for 10 days despite specifying that I have deadline to meet. I sent 3 emails and so far not even a acknowledgement. It's humiliating having to beg for something that should be readily available online

Hi there,Please could I get some feedback as to why images such as these are getting rejected? I initially thought it may be because of overexposure but after correcting that the images are still being rejected. Any feedback would be much appreciated. Many thanks

Let's say a Contributor submits a ton of garbage (AI or otherwise) that somehow gets approved.  Later, customers complain about quality issues and request refunds.   Does Adobe Stock remove the offending assets? Does Adobe Stock terminate the contributor account?    

Hello! House is not in focus. Adobe is accepting black and white pictures if they are quite artistic. Recently Adobe accepted 7 different french bulldog portraits black and white. And people are bying bw pictures too.   [User hijacked another discussion, moderator branched & moved his remarks to a new topic, as per forum guidelines.]

My photo was rejected and I don't understand why. It has a pixel size of 6000x4000 px and is sharp at 100% zoom. Uploaded as JPG. Am I doing something wrong? Or what is the reason?

I’m new to Adobe Stock. I uploaded a photo a week ago and it’s still waiting for review. How long does it normally take?

I uploaded 3 pix under the category landscapes and they were rejected for quality issues. Then I uplaoded the same images under the catergy of travel and the were accepted. So it was not a quality issue after all? This is not the first time that this happens. 

Hello,Could someone explain why was my submission rejected due to "Quality Issues"?In general, I can't get why Adobe doesn't provide more details on what exactly is wrong with image (as does Shutterstock), which will make our lives much easier and reduce questions like this in forums...Here they are:     

Hello! I have the same all february till now. I upload 50-100 photos a day and have accepted about 10% at Adobe. Before I had abot 80% accept. About 5 years it was ok. And vice versa with Shutterstock. They taking more than before. Today 100% were accepted. I`m not really worried or mad about that, but I intentionally uploaded a bunch of bad photos (out of focus, overprocessed etc.) in my son`s account, many of them were accepted. HelloI've noticed that adobe stock reviewing is taking alot of time than usual like i submitted an image 6 days ago ? Shall i continue to wait ? or do something?
