My adobe stock payment is pending for 10 days, I request the payout on 4 November and today is 14th November, I used Skrill option. Can you tell me why didn’t I got the payment yet?

I received a rejection for a vector illustration but I don't see the problem.Hello, I received this rejection for a vector file uploaded as AI (Adobe Illustrator) with the following information from Adobe:Quality issues:The file has one or more of the following issues:- The vector file contains a raster image, and vector files must not contain raster elements.- The compression level in the JPEG preview file is too high, causing texture issues.- The JPEG preview resolution must be at least 5000 x 3000 pixels (15 MP).- Antialiasing was not used when exporting the vector to JPEG, so there are line issues in the JPEG.Can any expert please advise?I have checked this file many times, but I still cannot understand what the problem might be.Thank you.

Can someone please help me understand why this stadium at the University of Iowa is being rejected for Illustrative editorial? It follows all the rules, there are no people, and they're accepting ground photos but not drone photos and it's not making sense to me. I have other universities and professional sports stadiums in my portfolio so I don't understand why these specifically aren't making it through review. The photos turned out great and I know that they'd sell. There's nothing listed for this stadium in known image restrictions. Thanks!  

I am currently researching and noticing that my uploaded files are not properly optimized for SEO, and the keywords are not arranged in the correct order. So now I want to re-edit all my assets, reorder the keywords properly, and add new keywords if necessary.Does Adobe Stock allow this?Can I do it?Will this boost my SEO?Is there any chance this might negatively affect my profile?Thanks in advance

Hello. Im new to this community of creators. I uploaded my first image and it was rejected due to quality problems. Could someone explain to me why the photo was rejected? The moderators' message doesn't give a specific reason. Is it because of the haze in the photo? It was intended as an artistic effect. Adobe Stock doesn't tolerate such photos? Dear Adobe community, I would greatly appreciate your help in understanding what is happening with Adobe, as my contributor account has been restricted without any justification or reason. I have never violated any terms or conditions, and the content in my stock has always complied with your content policies. So, I do not understand. I would appreciate understanding what I can do to have this decision reversed.

I'm new to here. Uploaded 5 pictures first time and all accepted. Few days i uploaded other 2 pictures but they were rejected (seems for quality reasons).I don't understand why; the two pictures have a good quality, not different from the accepted ones. Someone could hel me to undestand to avoit furthers denies?

I genarate pictures using AI. Then I take those pictures, fix their flaws, and sometimes combine a few into a collection using Canva. Even then, do I still need to put the Adobe 'AI-generated' tick/mark on it?"

Of course, the AI doesn't give any further feedback than to recommend posting here.   These were all rejected for quality issues, but I can't figure out why.   I ran them through a few AI models, and those models didn't have any substantial recommendations for improvement.  Shot with a Sony A7RV.  Can you please offer some CC so I can improve my submissions? Here's a sample of what I uploaded.  I had 30 total submissions, 8 were accepted and the rest were not.   Thanks in advance.  Mike

I've uploaded a set of photos I took the other week to Adobe Stock, however it's flagged two as being too similar to other photos on the site. However this just isn't true whatsoever - I've attached both images. I can't figure out a way to get this reviewed manually or anything. What can I do? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

My account was deactivated due to suspicious activity. This is a mistake. I have never violated any laws. I filed an appeal. I wanted to know how long it takes to verify an account.

I’ve been submitting photos to Adobe Stock, but many of them keep getting rejected for quality issues.  Could someone help me figure out what might be causing these rejections?Are there specific things Adobe reviewers usually look for when flagging “quality issues”? I can share a few sample images if that helps. I don’t know what happened with the moderation lately, but I really don’t like how it’s been working since this summer (maybe it’s just me). It used to be fine, all my photos got reviewed within 2–3 weeks. Now, however, I have some photos that have been pending for over five months.I read here that some people recommend deleting and re-uploading photos, so I tried that, and while one or two images get reviewed after a couple of days, they’re always rejected for being “is similar”. As a result, I’ve just accumulated a bunch of photos that no one moderates.What’s even more frustrating is that beautiful and unique shots are being rejected for “similarity,” whereas before at least one or two would get accepted. Now it’s 100% refusals.Does anyone know what’s going on with the moderation system?

Why does Adobe Stock keep rejecting new AI submissions as “Similar content” when there is clearly no similar image in my portfolio or on the platform?I carefully checked using the Visual Search and manual keyword browsing — and found nothing even close in style, color, composition, or subject.❓ So here’s my direct question:Where can we see what Adobe considers “already existing” in the library?Where is the list of “overused themes or visuals”?How are we supposed to compare before uploading, if these resources are not public?I’m not talking about random gradients or textures. My content is well-styled, curated, and market-friendly. But I get rejected with “similar” without any actual references.If Adobe is moving toward exclusivity — fine, but authors need clarity. We are trying to work with the system, not against it.Please provide real examples or guidelines, not generic advice.Thank you.

I had an image rejected with a rather stern warning of 'violation of the guidelines.  I'm flabbergasted!  Its an image of a water lily with a reflection with nothing else in the frame.  How can an inocent flower picture be a violation of the guidelines???  I have several other examples like this.   How can I be sure my submissions are not going to be randomly rejected like this????

To the Adobe Stock Contributor Moderation Team,   I am from Bangladesh and trying to set up my first contributor account. I am currently blocked due to a systemic technical failure with the mobile verification process.   Issue: I cannot add my mobile number and also dont receive the SMS/OTP code to verify my number (+880-XXXXXXXXXX) for any Adobe service (standard ID or Contributor setup).   History: I have spent days in Customer Care chat and email (Case ADB-42263060-F8B0), but the generic support teams cannot resolve the technical block.   Action Required: I urgently require a manual account review and I am ready to submit my government ID (National ID) immediately to a specialist. My contributor account was recently deactivated, and I received an email stating that it was blocked due to a violation of the Adobe Stock submission guidelines or contributor terms. However, I believe this may have been a misunderstanding. I have already submitted an appeal form to Adobe Stock about 3 weeks ago, but I haven’t received any follow-up or update regarding my case yet. I would really appreciate any help or guidance on how to check the status of my appeal, or if there’s any other way to contact the support team directly for updates.
