I made a withdrawal on October 18, 2025. Today it shows Payment Done. But the dollars have not been deposited in my Skrill. Suddenly, I noticed a mistake. There is a small mistake in my Skrill email, for example, I am writing gmaol instead of gmail. That was an unintentional mistake on my part. I don't understand why the dollars weren't deposited? If so, what should I do? I would be grateful if you could please let me know.

Hi all, I'm not a regular poster here however of late I am finding more and more of my images are being rejected on Adobe Stock. It feels that the process is becoming more subjective and therefore much more difficult to know what is acceptable or not. In the past I had very, very few images rejected. In addition, the same images were accepted at other stock sites. So confused! Any constructive critisism or feedback, insight would be HUGELY appreciated. Perhaps some of you guys could have a look over my latest rejection and offer any thoughts. Thanks, Jus 🙂 

Hello, they rejected these photos of mine and left me this message: Unfortunately, during our review we found that it contains one or more technical issues, such as unintentional shaking, empty black or white frame, compression and/or audio issues, so we can't accept it into our collection.

While trying to add a mobile number to my Adobe account for verification, the system shows an error and does not allow me to proceed.  Got hit with another “intellectual property issue” rejection. Apparently, my photo contains something so top secret that even I can’t identify it. If there’s a hidden logo or trademark in there, it’s doing a better job of hiding than most fugitives. And while we’re on the topic, I’ve been getting way too many “similar content” rejections lately. So I ran a little experiment — I resubmitted a photo they’d already accepted before. Guess what? Accepted again. I deleted it afterward, but now I’m starting to think the moderation system might be using a dartboard.

Buenas tardes   En ocasiones cotilleo en internet para ver cómo están posicionadas mis fotos o dónde y qué posibilidades tengo que de que los clientes encuentren mis fotos, o cuantas hay de temas similares antes de las mías. A veces me encuentro diferentes empresas que se anuncian en internet con imágenes de mis fotos (aunque con la marca de adobe stock encima) anunciando el precio y tamaños diferentes de láminas. Citan que es de Elena G.Madrid, pero no han comprado las fotos, o sea que en realidad ellos se están beneficiando de mis imágenes y se hacen publicidad a mi costa. No me parece la mejor manera de difundir mi trabajo (les sale gratis a ellos pero están quemando las imágenes de los colaboradores) y además hace que otra gente pueda plagiar las imágenes o ideas sin pagar nada.  ¿es esto legal? ¿os consta o sabéis esto? ¿es posible evitarlo? Hi everyone, My Adobe Stock payment is scheduled to go to my Payoneer account, but there’s a verification issue on Payoneer and I won’t be able to receive it. Currently, the payment status in my Adobe Stock account is showing as “pending for payment.” Is it possible to have this payment returned to my Adobe Stock account instead? Has anyone dealt with this situation before? Any advice on how to get Adobe to cancel the payout and return the funds would be really helpful. Hi,I have a Fotolia account that I transfered over to Adobe years ago, keep getting notices about image sales from time to time and can't access my account.  My username is Devolution.  It is tied to my personal email address which I used here to log in but there is no content in my account, and I can't find a way to speak to Adobe about resolving this issue.  I have content online, you can see it and I get sales notices to my email but can't use my username to login, reset passwords, or see this account.  How do I get someone from Adobe to help me with this?Garth

Hi everyone,I recently submitted a vector illustration titled “Happy New Year Reach New Heights Business Vision Illustration” and it was rejected with the reason “Similar content in our collection.”The message says that my submission resembles content already available on Adobe Stock and that I need to provide more noticeable differentiation in composition, color, expression, or scenario.I understand the guideline about avoiding repetitive or very similar content, but I would really appreciate some specific feedback from experienced contributors on what kind of changes would make a design like this acceptable.Before I redo or delete the file, I would appreciate some guidance from those who have successfully passed similar New Year / business-themed vectors without rejection.Thank you in advance for your help and time!

Not sure of the intellectual property issue. Are swans protected by intellectual property? Honestly, I don't know. (well I heard something about them being royal or something)There are no people, no buildings, nothing except a swan swimming in a river with it's head going under water to get something to eat.A screenshot of part of the video.   CheersNate

Respected Experts, If multiple contributors use their own computers under the same Internet IP address. If each has a separate contributor account. Each of which has its own and separate information. If they manage them from separate computers. Can their contributor accounts ever be closed for having the same internet IP address? Many people say this. Please help by saying the correct one. However, I noticed today that they were rejected, and I’m not entirely sure why. All the images I submitted are AI-generated, and I made sure to label them accordingly during the upload process. Could someone please help me understand the reason for the rejection?
