I created a support ticket (ADB-46841255-R0M3), but after waiting, the ticket was automatically closed without any review, response, or explanation.When I try to reply to the support thread, I receive an automated message stating that the inbox is unmonitored and the case is closed.Today, I contacted Adobe Support via live chat (Chat Case ID: ADB-47223330-D1L2), and the agent advised me to reach out here and via email. I have already sent a message to contributor-support@adobe.com.I am a long-term Adobe subscriber and I am fully prepared to pass identity verification, provide original source files (RAW / metadata), or complete any compliance check required.Could a moderator please help escalate this issue to the Contributor Security / Compliance team so my case can be re-examined?Thank you for your assistance, Oleksandr

Hello, my Stock contributor account was blocked on July 31, 2026 (Generative AI requirements violation). The notice lists several possible reasons but not the specific one. I submitted an appeal about a month ago and opened a Contributor Support case today: ADB-47251499-Z3V8. Has anyone had a similar experience, and how long did the review take? Thank you.

A lot of my photos were rejected because of the quality issues, but I don’t know what is wrong with them.

Hello,I am trying to complete the security setup to access my Adobe Stock Contributor account, but I cannot verify my phone number (+62 - Indonesia).Every time I enter my number, it displays the following message:"Sorry, our phone number sign-up is temporarily unavailable. Try again later." Because of this issue, I am blocked from entering the Contributor portal, and I also cannot enable alternative 2FA options as the system requires a phone number first.Could Adobe staff or moderators please look into this Indonesia SMS issue and help activate or bypass this requirement for my account?Thank you.

Does anyone know when the Free Collection Annual and Perpetual selections are usually finalized, and when the earnings from them appear on the Contributor dashboard?I'm curious about the typical timeline, as I'd like to know when contributors can expect those earnings to be reflected in their account.
