Stock Contributors

It has been 5 days, and none of my files have been approved on Adobe Stock.At the same time, I am not getting any submission limit to upload new files.However, every day one previously submitted file is being rejected one by one.So currently: No approvals No new submission limit Daily rejections are happening I would like to know why this is happening.Is my account under review, temporary restriction, or is there any other issue?If anyone has experienced a similar situation or has any insights, please share.Thank you.

My sales are down from last week, what can i do, is there anybody here for tell me information about that. from this, sales were normal, but from last week, sales are very very down, i dont know whats ahppening, anybody can help me and give some information please.?

I noticed my contributor account has been blocked, and I’m not sure why. I always try to follow the rules and upload only my own work. If there’s been any misunderstanding, I’d be happy to provide more details or proof. Please review my account and let me know if there’s any way to fix this. I received an email notification to update my tax form as usual when it expires, but I already submitted it in advance a couple of months earlier. Should I resubmit it? Or will the status change automatically when the previous form expires?

I ve been invited to nominate some assets. I choose the annual and perpetual to all my nominated assets its been a month now of waiting but today the button is missing. Did all of my nominated assets are not accepted or its just a bug?

I have my own photos, videos, and AI images. What do you think is the best strategy to increase sales? After long time i decided to upload a batch of 5 pictures. Sadly enough all got rejected.I wont claim i am the best photographer out there.But i guess i had good ideas on what to upload and how to keyword my images.With a small port of around 250 pics i managed to earn around 120 $ per year and have some fun. Around 90 of my uploaded images had at least one download. Nowadays photos that would have been accepted one year ago (and generated sales) are rejected.I guess my style of photogprahy is probably not any more of interest to Adobe Stock and i ll have to find a new hobby! 

If I have a photo of something in the sand would "beach" and "desert" be appropriate keywords or could it be considered keyword spamming? Both places do have sand, it would be good from a search point of view because a potential buyer could search for "beach" or "desert" and find my image(s).   thanks.   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hello, my name is Ajay. I already have account with name "Sohn Gottes". unfortunately I lost access to my registered email(earlier at time of creating account i used another email address) that I have used for above because due to cyber attack I lost all password. the same record had my password of my contributor account back in may 2021. However the linked mobile number is still active and I am using that. I  still do have access to the email that I used to create my adobe contributor account. I still get email from adobe on that account.  Please help me recover my contributor account. I also had contributor accounts on other website like shutterstock. I contacted them and the acccount was recovered after I submitted documents asked by them.

Hello Adobe Stock Community,I’m having an issue with my Adobe Stock Contributor dashboard.The “Upload” button is visible but not clickable, and I can’t upload any files.I already have a verified contributor account and a validated W-8BEN tax form.Adobe Support confirmed this is a technical issue and I’ve already opened a case (#00452467),but I still can’t upload.Could anyone from the Adobe team or other contributors suggest a fix or confirm if this is a known issue?Thank you for your time.

Sziasztok! Május óta töltök fel képeket az Adobe-ra is, mindig fogadtak el belőle, legalább a felét, igaz, még csak telefonnnal tudok fotózni. Utóbbi két hétben egyetlen képemet sem fogadták el. 20 db-ból egyet sem, pedig azért én is fejlődök, javulok. Másik két oldal elfogadta. i am facing issue in transsfering my pament through payoneer , infact i m already connected done my last payment in june . but now when i m trying to click on payout they ask me to connect on apyonner after that onlt his connect image is showing . plz tell me wat is the issue is happening  here ,  find attached the screen shot . and yes my payoneer account show it is connected  and i recieved  an email fro payoneer that i am connected with adobe  then y adobe stock still showing connecting ...... 

Hi. I have a lot of line art drawings that I want to trace and submit as a vector file. Can I use https://vectorizer.ai/ for this instead of Illustrator's own vector trace tool? Do I have to check AI-generated box if I do this?

Hi everyone!I have a question for the community: I am a vector illustrator and I am working on a 4-page brochure in EPS format, which includes both illustrations and text.However, I have a doubt: Adobe recommends converting all text to outlines, but I have noticed that some official Adobe templates contain editable text, which I find very useful for the buyer.My questions are:- Is it possible to upload a vector file with editable text?- If so, should I use copyright-free fonts (for example, from Google Fonts)?- If I use a font, do I need to include it with the EPS file? As far as I know, during the upload process it is only possible to submit EPS or AI files.- Is there a link for contributors on Adobe where I can get clarification about this?Thanks a lot for any clarification!

y this is not processing further . i have already connected to payoneer , i m trying to fix this since yesterday . send emails on support center but they didnt resolve my issue , seems like  troubleshoot problem , who ill refersh this?

I’m facing a payout issue and would really appreciate your help. Here’s exactly what happened step by step:On August 13, I successfully connected my Payoneer account to my Adobe Stock contributor account.I then made a payout request. Normally, when using Skrill in the past, my payments would arrive within 7 days.With Payoneer, I expected a similar timeline, but even after 11 days, I did not see any upcoming payment notification inside my Payoneer account. The payout still shows as pending in my Adobe Stock dashboard.Thinking something was wrong, I disconnected my Payoneer account from Adobe Stock.Now, when I try to reconnect the same Payoneer account, I get the error message:“Payout Information not accepted – Please use a Payoneer account that is valid and unique to your contributor profile.”My Payoneer account is fully active and verified with no restrictions. I tried to put up with photos from Europe on to Adobe stock and they got rejected for "quality issues" with no specific issues called out so they said to try here to see if the community can figure it out what I am missing.

The other day, my image was rejected due to quality issues. It would have been fine, but it took them almost six months to make that decision. Are there quality issues? Perhaps. No image is perfect, so you can always find something to nitpick. The only strange thing is that it took so long.
