Hi everyone, I'm hoping an Adobe moderator can look into an issue where 41 of my AI-generated video clips were rejected for allegedly being "copied or unoriginal." I am the sole creator of these assets; I write custom prompts to generate the base visuals using Nanobanana 2 and Gemini Omni Flash, and then I personally edit and upscale the final videos to 1080p/4K in CapCut.I always ensure the "Generative AI" box is checked during submission, so I'm confused by this false positive and am happy to provide my prompt history or raw files to prove authorship. Hello,My Adobe Stock Contributor account has suddenly stopped uploading files for the past 2 days.Every upload gets stuck at "Uploads Remaining..." and no thumbnail appears.I can still log in normally, access my Dashboard, earnings, and Uploaded Files page.I have already tried:- Google Chrome- Mozilla Firefox- Different internet connections- JPEG files- PNG files- Clearing browser cache and cookiesThe problem is exactly the same every time.I also checked Chrome DevTools:- No JavaScript errors in the Console.- No upload request appears in the Network tab (only ping requests).The issue started suddenly. I did not change my computer, browser settings, Adobe account, or internet connection before it happened.Has anyone experienced this recently?Could an Adobe employee please check whether there is a problem with my contributor account?Thank you. I inspected the upload request using Chrome DevTools.The upload request is sent to stock-contrib-uploads-prod (Amazon AWS), but it remains pending

I know the standards are high on this platform, but sometimes the reasons given regarding quality don't seem fair to me—or maybe the problem is on my end and there's something I can learn from this. I was really excited about these beautiful photos; I'd love to hear your opinion.  Regards,

Hi all, this image was rejected for "Quality Issues," while a different elephant photo from the same trip and camera was accepted. I'd appreciate any technical feedback on what you think Adobe may have objected to. Is it noise, banding, softness, or something else? This is straight out of the camera and hasn’t been run through LR or PS so there’s no AI denoise or sharpening being done. Do you think there’s anything I can/should do to it to get it accepted? I'm deeply concerned about the rejection of similar images. I spend my entire semester break to AI generate high-quality 1800+ images to update my portfolio. But now I'm facing the so-called "similar image already uploaded" rejection. I'm looking for a good alternative to get a reasonable income for my time. I have started this month with upscaled AI images, and I use maximum keywords. I have been getting loads of rejection. Can someone help me learn to get this right or minimise the rejections?

Although all of my images are in the highest quality and taken in 4K resolution, Adobe Stock is consistently rejecting my images for quality issues.I have tried many solutions such as using online quality upgrading websites, getting rid of any noise, not editing them before uploading them, but the rejections keep appearing.Is there something I am doing wrong?Thank you

Hello! I’m a bit confused if this is the correct place to report this, but I just downloaded a vector file that was clearly generated by AI (looking at the way the shapes are formed), but it was not tagged as AI. I have the “exclude generative AI” filter on for this reason exactly, because these AI vector files are unusable. This is not the first time this has happened, and it is quite frustrating to continually use stock credits on things that are improperly labeled. Here is a list of assets that I believe are AI generated and are not tagged as such:20074380322073241970626796248 Please let me know how to report these! Well i have just gone from having 100% accepted to 100% rejected so far on my last submission, nothing different with way images were taken, also the images rejected  were accepted with three other micro stock agencies, just come to conclusion that someone just doesnt like your topic of image

Hello,I have only one Adobe Stock Contributor portfolio and I would like to continue using it.I recently moved from Ukraine to Slovakia. In order to purchase a Creative Cloud subscription with my new country settings, I created a new Adobe ID using my primary email address.Before doing so, I changed the email address on my previous Adobe ID to a temporary email address, so that I could use my primary email for the new Adobe ID.Now, when I access Adobe Stock Contributor with my new Adobe ID, the account is marked as Inactive because the system detected multiple Contributor accounts.I have already purchased a Creative Cloud Illustrator subscription on my new Adobe ID. I would like to keep my subscription on this account and continue using my existing Adobe Stock Contributor portfolio with the same Adobe ID. I am not trying to have two Contributor accounts. Recently, over the last week, I noticed a significant increase in my sales, which is great to see.However, some fellow Adobe Contributors informed me that an unexpected spike in sales can sometimes trigger a review for suspicious activity. A few of them mentioned that their contributor accounts were suspended after experiencing similar sales patterns.I want to be proactive and ensure everything is in order with my account. Hello everyone,I recently had two of my images rejected with the reason "Non-Compliant Image." I am quite confused and worried about this, so I wanted to ask the community for some insight.Here are the details of my submissions:Creation Method: These are 100% original designs created from scratch in Adobe Illustrator. They are not AI-generated. Export Format: I exported them directly from Illustrator as high-quality JPEGs. Metadata: The titles and tags are completely safe. I did not use any trademarked words, brand names, or copyrighted terms. Since "Non-Compliant" can sometimes sound severe, I am very anxious about my account status. Will my account be banned because of these two rejections?I would highly appreciate it if anyone could help me understand why 100% original illustrator made exports would trigger this specific rejection.Thank you in advance for your time and help! 

Is this really Adobe Stock's standard for treating contributors?My Adobe Stock contributor account was suspended for an alleged Generative AI violation, except I've never uploaded Generative AI content. Everything I submitted was created manually in After Effects and Illustrator, and I still have all the original project files.It's now been 7–8 months. I've submitted multiple appeals, received multiple case numbers, and all I've gotten are generic responses and another appeal form.No one has told me:Which asset violated the policy. Which specific rule was broken. Why my account was permanently suspended.I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm simply asking for a transparent explanation.Is this really the standard experience for contributors? Is it acceptable that someone who genuinely believes they submitted original work can wait 8 months without receiving a single meaningful response explaining what actually happened?Has anyone here managed to get a real response from Adobe Contrib

Hi, I'm a new contributor and all my recent submissions have been rejected. I've tried both real photography and AI-generated abstract backgrounds, but both types keep getting rejected.For photos: I submitted close-up flower shots (taken with a mobile phone) and got rejected for "quality standards" - possibly soft focus or noise issues.For AI-generated content: I submitted abstract texture backgrounds (obsidian/marble style and ice/amber style) created with AI tools, and got rejected for both "resolution too small" and later "too similar to existing content."I've made sure to:- Use original high-resolution files (not compressed via WhatsApp)- Label AI content correctly with the "Created using generative AI tools" checkbox- Try to make each submission visually distinctCould someone with more experience take a look and tell me what specific technical issues to look for?
