Dear Adobe Stock Contributor Community, I hope this message finds you well. I am seeking clarification on a specific matter and would appreciate your assistance. Until now, I have been using Midjourney to create AI-generated images for submission to my Adobe Stock Contributor account. Last month, I purchased a ChatGPT Plus subscription and created vector graphics. When I inquired with ChatGPT about uploading these vectors to Adobe Stock and Freepik, I received confirmation that I could do so. However, I was also advised to verify whether there are any policies in place regarding this matter. Therefore, I would like to seek guidance from the senior members of this community: Can I upload the vectors I created using ChatGPT to Adobe Stock? Thank you for your help! Kindly implement to set the limit of maximum earning per day based on the contributor average earning per day additional may add some extra earning  per day which is suggest not suspicious from adobe site if adobe set the limit of maximum earnings per day once the contributor reach that limit automatically turn off download from that contributor then turn on next day the download if they do so then genuine and sincere contributor does not affect and wait for long time for reactivation for the blocked account due to suspicious sales because higher sales does not control by contributor hand if high slaes happen from someone end instead of being contributor affected adobe can implement the maximum limit of earnings per day to contributor then it reached lmit then it is good for contributor and community will grow .

Hi,My son and I are both contributors on Adobe. We have separate accounts, separate devices, separate payment gateways. I work with PNG images, and my son works with both PNG and JPG images. Around 80% of our work is based on different thinking and ideas. The only thing we share is the same Wi-Fi network. Is there any chance of this having a negative impact on our accounts, or are we safe? Please if possible tell me details.Thanks in advace 

I've been receiving 'Similar content already exists in our collection' rejections for many of my submitted assets, even though my work is visually distinct from what's available when I search Adobe Stock. Has anyone else faced this issue? Do you have insight into how the system defines 'similar content'—is it purely visual, based on keywords, or something else? I have 300+ collections in my account. All the vector designs I have been uploading for the past few days are showing similar issues but I saw with Google Lens that there is no such design. Now what is the solution?

Hello,I recently submitted several astrophotography images to Adobe Stock, but all of them were rejected. The files I uploaded include: These images were created from multiple exposures and processed using astrophotography techniques (composite stacking, noise reduction, calibration, etc.). However, all of the source images were captured by myself, and I hold the full copyright to the final works.I carefully ensured that the submissions meet the technical requirements (resolution, noise level, sharpness, framing, and composition). However, I did not receive a detailed explanation of why they were rejected.Could you please provide more specific feedback regarding the rejection reasons? Hey there I just checked that include in submission is disabled  i check carefully but it was not letting me mark it tick so i was unable to send that for  review  and this image is currently in new tab and all the details are filled and nothing is left still i am getting this issue so id anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it then please let me know   

Hello everyone! Some time ago I started uploading AI-generated videos to a stock site. I currently have over 1,000 clips uploaded. At first, about 30% of my submissions were rejected, but in recent weeks that number has increased a lot. I’ve seen top-selling videos with obvious artifacts, for example, a hand passing through a person’s body, and they still got accepted, lol. Honestly, it’s confusing; I don’t understand how moderation works. Hello, I have lot of images pending for review for more than months, i have Two images pending for over 11 months, will they be ever accepted or rejected, or what should i do, ist very limiting, because i can send just 100 images for approval and then wait and i can send less and less images. So my question is what should i do, how could i fix it ?Thank youTom

I was doing searches within my own portfolio to make sure I wasn't submitting a duplicate asset and, despite using keywords I often use (woman, fashion), I kept being told nothing could be found and to "try your search outside of portfolios."   So I got more specific and entered the exact title of one of my assets (second one from the left at the bottom with the pink and blue makeup). It showed up, but I also got the notice that nothing could be found and to "try searching outside of portfolios," as per the example below.    I've been seeing posts of people with drastic drops in sales, and from others having issues finding their own images in the database. Is something broken?  

There are multiple accounts that are deactivated, are there a lot? Because not everybody will place threads on the forum Are there people who's accounts were reactivated. How did you do it? Are tips you can people. Copy past text from guidelines, you can find them on adobe. Not useful Like to hear personal advices from who people who solved the problem For the deactivated people. I put a fake DOB when I created Adobe account. Now I want to join Adobe contributor and I've uploaded my passport so I want to fix the issue but I can't find where to change it.

 Hello friends, I hope you're doing well. Today I received an email from Adobe stating that my account, which contains 7,000 photos—resulting from two years of hard work, time, and energy that I invested in my youth to make stock photography my profession—has been blocked. There was no explanation, just a link. I replied to them asking for an explanation, but they only referred me to a link to their policies without providing a clear response. I replied again, asking them to allow me to continue my work, promising to be more careful and to review the guidelines thoroughly to ensure I haven’t violated any rules. I’m still waiting for a response...I don't know what to do, as I’m deeply shocked and saddened. Has anyone had a similar experience who could help me? Is there any hope, or can they really close my account with 7,000 photos—on which I was building my livelihood—without any prior warning or notice? 🙂

Hi everyone, I've recently tried to start contributing to Adobe Stock. I signed up, and when I attempted to upload my first image, my account displayed this message: "Inactive account Our Account and Submission policy does not allow multiple Contributor accounts."   It's possible that years ago, I might have inadvertently created multiple Adobe accounts on my device, perhaps for different Adobe services or just forgotten about old attempts. However, I can confirm that I haven't actively used any of these as a contributor, nor have I uploaded content to them. My current attempt is my first genuine effort to become an Adobe Stock contributor.   Has anyone else encountered this situation where old, unused accounts caused their new contributor account to be flagged? How long did it take to resolve, and what was the process like for you? Any advice on navigating this would be greatly appreciated! Hello.My Adobe Stock Contributor account was recently blocked, and I’m trying to understand what I can do in this situation. I have already submitted an appeal through the official form, but I’m not sure how long it usually takes to receive a response or if there is anything else I can do to speed up the process.I’ve been working as a contributor for several years and have built up a portfolio of over 1,000 photographs and around 65,000 AI-generated photos and videos. It represents a lot of time and effort, so it’s very difficult to suddenly lose access to my account without any prior warning.I also have one assumption that might explain the issue: my husband is also an Adobe Stock contributor, but with a separate account and completely different content. Since we both worked from home, we were using the same IP address, and our accounts were blocked at the same time. I don’t know if this could be the reason, but I wanted to mention it just in case.I would greatly appreciate any clarif

I applied for payout on August 14 but i still haven't recieved the money yet, its showing me pending status. what could be the reason? when will i receive the payment?

Unfortunately, this image doesn't meet our quality standards so we can’t accept it into our collection.Common issues that can impact the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise. Why rejected?

Why are photos like those not accepted?

I am new here and my first contribution got rejected because of quality issues. I would like to learn from my mistakes but the message doesn't specify what I did wrong. Can you give me some feedback.

Recently I saw many people posting about their account suspension and deactivation. So I thought to ask Community Experts about every reason of account suspensions that they knew about as they respond to every post so they may have more knowledge about this topic then new contributors like me. Other people can also tell if they know something but Experts should correct if someone is wrong. This will help other newbie contributors also.Some points Which I know are that 1) If someone got many sales at once like rcently a contributor got around 200 images sold in only 2 days. So his account got blocked! 2) I am not confirmed of this but I think if someone uses the same payment method on another contributor account even though the first account got suspended or blocked, then this account will also be blocked. (Experts may correct me if I am wrong).*Please respond in bullet points. It's easy to read. Thank You

Why are the photos rejected? I want to know what I need to do to get this photo accepted? What is the intellectual property violation here?Can't you use the image of a globe? But everything is blurry there! What is the authorship?
