Hello Adobe Stock Team,First of all, thank you for the CSV + FTP upload feature — it works great and saves me a lot of time. However, there are still two steps I need to complete manually after uploading:Selecting whether the image was AI-generated (which I can apply to all 100 selected images in one view — so that part is quick). (3 clicks per 100 image is fine 🙂 Selecting for each image whether it is a photo or an illustration.Since I can already determine and prepare this classification for each image in advance, it would be very helpful if both of these fields could be set directly via the CSV file, just like other metadata. Are there any plans to make these two fields configurable in the CSV upload process? Thanks in advance for any insights! Best regards,Vilius
I am a contributor on the Adobe Stock website. My sister and I both contribute, but we only have one laptop. Can we have two different contributor accounts on the same laptop?
Hello Adobe Stock team,I requested my payout after change my payment method on August 09, 2025 , to my Skrill account. Today marks 5 business days since the request, but the payout status is still showing as "Pending" in my dashboard. How long might it take to receive my payment?I would really appreciate any insights or help. Thank you in advance!
I have started adding some AI-generated images to my submissions, and I find that quality issues are being raised as the reason for rejection. Some of the early ones, I can see, there were artifact issues in upscaling. Now I am more selective in the upscaler settings, but I get a broad message 'rejected with quality issues'. It would be great if the reviewer had a checkbox for lighting, artifacts, focus, etc., or better yet, added a short comment (if they are human). It would greatly improve future submissions as we experiment with AI-generated images. Thoughts?
Hello Adobe Stock Team & Fellow Contributors,I am an Adobe Stock contributor, and I create my own unique AI-generated artworks based on original concepts and prompts I develop myself. However, I have been facing repeated “Similar Content” rejections when uploading my work, even though the designs are visibly different and conceptually distinct.I would like to understand:How Adobe’s review system defines “similar” in the context of AI-generated art.How much variation is required in style, composition, or subject to avoid triggering this rejection.Whether certain prompt or style adjustments can reduce the likelihood of this error.I am committed to creating high-quality, original works that comply with Adobe Stock guidelines and would appreciate any guidance or tips from the community or moderators.Thank you in advance for your help and advice!— [Kavishka Ishan]
Hello, I see this is a hot topic with several people asking the same question. I have three images that were refused as too similar, but each are different and unique. Should I resubmit? Is this being looked into, as it is a problem!!
Is it allowed to use the word ‘AI’ in Adobe Stock titles and tags? For example, if I create generative AI icons or design AI-themed icons, can I include the word ‘AI’ in my titles and tags? [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
WHICH AI IMAGES UPSCALER IS BEST TO YOU FOR BETTER QUALITY AND LESS REJCTION ? I HOPE SENIORS WILL HELP ME IN THIS STOCK CONTRIBUTION JOURNEY , THANKS IN ADVANCE IAM LOOKING FOR BOTH PAID AND OPEN SOURCE TOOLS
If a design gets rejected for a similar issue, and I make some changes and re-upload it—and it gets approved—will that cause any problem for my account? [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
Hello everyone.I need help. I filled out the Adobe form a month ago and still haven't received a response.Recently, when I tried to access my account, a message appeared informing me that I have "multiple accounts."I didn't understand the reason for this message, as I've always used only this email address. In fact, I continue to receive updates about shipments and earnings at this address. But when I log in, the message shown in the screenshot below appears.
Me gustaria que me dijeran cual es mi error en esta foto y porque no la aceptaron
Hello everyone,I want to get a set of icons related to business and health to incorporate into some images that I want to share via Adobe Stock. However, I am concerned about intellectual property issues, as I do not want to infringe on anyone's rights and want my work to be ethical. Please tell me where I can find icons without encountering these problems. I find that many photographers incorporate icons into their images on Adobe Stock, but I don't know where they get them from because most websites that provide icons stipulate that they cannot be used in works intended for sale.Thank you in advance for your answers, opinions, and suggestions.
Hello!! I'm new to Adobe Contributors, and I am a little confused why these images were rejected for quality issues. I take most of my photos with a camera and edit them in Photoshop before uploading them. If you have any advice, please share! Thanks so much 🙂
I am a long-time contributor creating original photos and videos, shot and produced entirely by myself — no AI-generated content. Recently, my account was suddenly deactivated right after I made my first payout request. This is extremely concerning because:I had been uploading and selling content without issues for months. My portfolio contains only my own authentic work.I received no clear explanation for the ban. After the ban, I contacted Adobe Stock Support immediately, providing all necessary details. It has now been nearly a month with no reply or resolution. This raises serious questions:How can contributors trust Adobe if accounts can be banned right after payout requests? Is this a system error, or is there another reason why payouts are blocked without explanation?Contributors put time, skill, and resources into producing high-quality content. Sudden bans without transparency not only damage trust, but also leave creators unpaid for their work.I’m posting here to request urgent at
Hello Adobe Stock CommunityWhen uploading photos, I encountered a rejection due to “quality issues.”Please advise which technical aspects of quality can be fixed so that the photo will be accepted?Thank you for any advice.Have a nice day.
Actually the title says it all already. First time ever it seems like one image in my portfolio has been removed. But I am curious which one. Its hard to find out which singular image is missing from hundreds, i just know the number went down by one. 😅 is there going to come an auto mail about it or did it just vanish in the darkness of nowhere.
I submit a batch of 40 files for review daliy after one days only 20 files reviewed other left behind they did not review at all this happen to me from last 24 days.they review my photos daliy but not all .what should to do expert guide us thanks in advance
I can't submit my content in adobe stock contributor. It shows submission disabled. Now what should I do? How can I submit my content? I attach a screenshot.
Hello. We all currently suffering from a similar content issue, and it doesn't seem like it'll ever be resolved.I've searched and tried various solutions, but I'm at a loss.I've even had instances where content that was rejected with similar images was immediately approved after being reuploaded.I'm not sure anymore. And I'm getting so worked up about this that I'm becoming apathetic.Still, I think it's better because I mostly upload AI images.People who actually take great photos with their cameras, and who painstakingly select the best shots, post-process them, and then upload them, only to have their images suddenly rejected by some unclear rule. If this continues for months, not just a day or two, the feeling of emptiness is indescribable. Their pain is incomparable to mine. So, I decided to just focus on what I can do. First, I'll do my best to avoid any "quality issues." I'll also select topics that are as diverse and niche as possible, and I'll do my best to avoid being rejected a
Can you help me please, why my file getting rejected due to quality issues, and any advices on how to improve:
I am the owner of a large collection of antique and vintage visual content. This includes old engravings, postcards, die-cut bookmarks, and private photographs dating back to before 1920. Can I scan and retouch this material and then sell it on Adob Stock, provided that I can sign off on its release? Can these files be sold on a general basis, or only as editorial content? Some of the old private photographs were inherited from my family. Not all of these people's identities can be established. The rest were purchased at auctions. Since the photographs range in age from 115 to 160 or even 170 years, I am unable to sign a model release for the individuals depicted. Best regard, Lana [Moderator cured the subject for clarity. Was "wine content"]
Hello everyone,I'm new to selling on Adobe Stock and was hoping to get some guidance. I recently submitted a character set that I created myself, but it was rejected with the reason "Similar content in our collection."I've spent a lot of time searching the Adobe Stock library, and I honestly can't find any assets that seem directly similar to mine. This has left me a bit confused, as I'm not sure what the reviewer saw.I'd be very grateful if you could help me understand a few things:How exactly does the "Similar content" rejection process work? Does it flag things based on visual style, concept, composition, or something else?Is there a way for a contributor to see which specific images or sets might have triggered this rejection? I'm struggling to figure out what to change if I don't know what's considered "similar."What's the best way to approach this? Should I modify the set and resubmit, or is this a sign that the overall concept is too common?Any advice on how to navigate this as
I got this image rejected and I'm not sure why. Any thoughts?
Hi,I uploaded a color filled elements collection and it got approved.I seperated each element into 8 files with different style, from colorful to hand drawn line art.2 of them got rejected with this reason. My line art files are vector without background. Can you please share your thought, what's wrong with my files?Thank you!
