Hello everyone,I am checking in regarding current review timelines for vector and illustration submissions on Adobe Stock. My assets have been pending in the moderation queue longer than expected. Asset Type: Vector Graphics / AI Vectors Submission Date: [September 20,2026-September 25,2026] Current Status: Pending Moderation Could other contributors share their recent turnaround times for similar assets? Is the queue currently experiencing higher backlog than usual? Thanks for any insights!
Hello,My Adobe Stock contributor account was deactivated 2 months ago. I successfully filled out and submitted the official appeal form, but I never received a Case ID or any automated reply from the system.Since my account is still deactivated after two months of waiting, I kindly request any Adobe staff member or moderator to help me escalate this issue to the relevant team.Thank you for your assistance.
Does anyone know when the Free Collection Annual and Perpetual selections are usually finalized, and when the earnings from them appear on the Contributor dashboard?I'm curious about the typical timeline, as I'd like to know when contributors can expect those earnings to be reflected in their account.

Subject: Payoneer Permanently Blocked – No Available Payout Method – $1,805.88 Balance Hello Adobe Stock Contributor Support, I am an Adobe Stock contributor and I need assistance regarding my earnings payout. Could you please advise if there is any alternative solution available to receive my earnings? For example: • Transfer to another approved payment account• Direct bank transfer (wire transfer)• Manual payout assistance• Updating payout details to another eligible recipient• Any other available solution I would greatly appreciate guidance from an Adobe representa

Hi guys ! I’m new here, I’m trying to understand how Adobe judges some images. This one got rejected for quality issues and honestly I can’t find why… Image is 2268x4032 (around 9mp)PNG file. (I had other PNG accepted, so can’t be this I guess...)I did use some filters on Photoshop (brightness, contrast, curves...)Anyone can help me? Thanks a lot !
Hello,I have a few quick questions regarding the newly updated Redemption Code Program for contributors:Generative AI Content: Are AI-generated images and videos fully eligible to count toward the upload and download thresholds for the 70% and 40% discount tiers, provided they comply with standard content guidelines? Category Specifics: For the broad categories listed (such as People, Lifestyle, Business, etc.), are there any specific guidelines, sub-categories, or style preferences we should target, or is any content within those main categories acceptable? Thanks for clarifying!
How do I open an account? How do I sell my photos and videos? I want to know the proper guidelines.
Over the last few years the likes of Paypal and Payoneer or forever increasing their exchange rate / transfer fees. As Adobe is keen to help its contributors maybe it’s about time for a revision of the options available. Either by way of adding your own bank account details, Like Alamy does. The fees involved would be far more reasonable.Or, the addition of Wise (formerly TransferWise) who also have fees that are less painful.Making stock imagery can be hard enough and the fact that the current companies that Adobe offer as payment methods take nearly 5% of income, it feels like Adobe could really make a name for themselves by offering something like Wise as an option. Anyway, forever hopeful that this could someday be done as it would make a very meaningful difference. Cheers
Hi everyone,I created an AI-generated base image and did some digital overpainting/retouching on top of it, but it was rejected by Adobe Stock for "Quality Issues."Since I'm not sure which part triggered the rejection, I’ve attached the full artwork here. Please let me know if you need to see a 100% crop of any specific area.I would really appreciate your honest feedback on what the technical flaws might be so I can thoroughly fix it in one go.Thank you so much for your help!
I have recently received a large number of “Quality Issues” rejections on Adobe Stock. The rejected files include both food photography and outdoor/travel photography, while some of the same types of images are accepted by another stock platform.I understand that “Quality Issues” can cover several technical problems. Could you please help me identify the most likely issues in these examples — focus/sharpness, noise, exposure, compression, processing artifacts, or something else?I’m especially interested in learning what I should check before submitting future images rather than simply resubmitting these files.Thank you for your feedback.[Moved to Stock Contributors by a moderator]
Hi,I am trying to sign up for an Adobe Stock Contributor account, but every time I log in, I get a red error banner saying:"There was an error creating your account. Please try again." I have already tried clearing my browser cache and trying in incognito mode, but the issue persists. Could you please help resolve this or reset/sync my account setup?Thank you!
In recent years, Adobe Stock has shifted from photographers-correctors- retouchers as experts to using the work of teenagers who've held only iPhones in their lives. Explaining things like depth of field with FF, composition, light etc. to these "experts" is pointless. I've been a photographer for over 40 years, including professionally, and I sold recently a lot of my photos on Fotolia. It's a shame, but Adobe Stock's level has fallen very low.
Title: Quality Issue – Looking for Technical FeedbackHi everyone,I recently submitted this photo to Adobe Stock, but it was rejected for “Quality Issues.”I would really appreciate some constructive feedback from experienced Adobe Stock contributors on the possible technical issue with this image.Technical details:• Camera: Nikon D3100• Focal length: 48 mm• Settings: f/8, 1/250 sec, ISO 100• Resolution: 3456 × 2304 px (8 MP)• Original JPEGI checked the image at 100% and, from my perspective, I did not notice obvious pixelation or severe noise.Could you please help me identify what technical issue may have caused the rejection?Thank you for your feedback. I’m trying to understand Adobe Stock’s quality standards so I can improve my future submissions.
Hi all,I recently submitted this shot to Adobe Stock, but it was rejected for "Quality Issues". I would love some constructive feedback on the technical execution so I can improve my workflow.Technical details: Camera: Canon EOS 5D Mark III Focal length: 46 mm Settings: $f/13$, 1/50 sec, ISO 200, handheld (no flash) Format: In-camera JPEG Where did the issue(s) come from?Thank you:)
I noticed the deposited amount was low, so I checked and found that $28 had been deducted for the annual fee. There are far more than I expected—was it always like this?I expected to pay only withdrawal fees—with no annual fee or a much lower one—but it turns out the fee is quite high.
Hello,I am facing a persistent issue while connecting my Payoneer account to the Adobe Stock Contributor portal. It has been 5 days since I completed the linking process. Here are the details of my situation:I received the confirmation email from Payoneer immediately stating: "You can now receive payments from Adobe." However, my Adobe Contributor dashboard status is still stuck on "Connecting". I have tried changing browsers, clearing cache/cookies, using incognito mode, and even switching networks, but the status remains locked. My previous support ticket was automatically closed without resolving the issue. It seems to be a backend synchronization/token bug. Could a community moderator or Adobe official please look into this and escalate it to the technical team?Thank you,Meheraj

Hello. I am trying to create a new Adobe Stock Contributor account. My Adobe ID was created successfully, my email is verified, and my Belarusian mobile phone number has been added. However, when I open the Contributor Portal, I see the message: “New account creation is not available at this time.”I also cannot access Contributor Support because it redirects me back to the same page. Could you please confirm whether new Adobe Stock Contributor accounts are currently available for residents of Belarus, or whether this is a technical issue with my account? Thank you.
