Substance 3D Assets and Community Assets

I tried contacting support, but after the first person not understanding I meant assets (after 10+ mentions of it), the second person being the wrong department, and the third also not being the right department - all of whom transferred me to a deadend chat that said no one was online- I'm here on the forum.Basically - my plan says I have access to the adobe substance 3D assets... but I don't - it is saying I need to upgrade. This feels like wither a bug or false advertising

I recently created my account and subscribed to the Substance 3D Texturing plan (still in the 30 day trial). My plan indicates I should be able to download 30 materials each month but when I try to do so through the Creative Cloud Desktop it says "Subscribe to a 3D plan: To download assets, first subscribe to a 3D offer." with a link to pick the very plan I'm already subscribed to (and if I click through like I'm trying to subscribe to it again, the purchase page says I already own it and doesn't allow the purchase). If I try to download the assets through the webstore, the top bar says I have 0 available credits on my plan and has a "Subscribe" button which again links me back to subscribe to the plan I already have and won't let me subscribe to it again. I'm at a loss and the Adobe help page has almost no information on this and the virtual assistant can't figure out what I'm talking about. I'm currently paying for the individual access plan for Substance 3d but cannot download any of the assets from Adobe. Plan says I should get 50 downloads per month. Please help!

I subscribed to a plan that includes substance 3d assets but on the 3d asets page it says there are 0 downloads available. I clicked on the link to subscribe to a plan that has downloads for 3d assets but it says I already have one. So why then does it say I have no downloads available?

Dear all! I am currently enrolled in the individual Substance 3D Texturing plan(19.99/mo)  with a .edu mail address. I subscribed yesterday.That said I will be able to download 30 assets per month.   I know there will be two options once we log in, one is my personal account, and the other is Company or school account and I am 100% sure that I purchased this plan with my personal account option and logged in the library with the exact same one.  But weird things happened, I got no points for downloading so far. and every time I tried to download the materials I wanted, it would lead me to the subscribe page, but to tell me I was already in this plan...  I've also tried Creative Cloud and had the same results... I am kind of confused and wondering if there's anything to do with my Adobe ID region. ( I am currently living in NYC so is my billing address, but my Creative Cloud is all in Chinese which is quite strange...) Doe

Can I change a 2D background to a 3D background and how?

Whenever I come across models of cars in other 3D asset libraries, any of the vehicles that were modeled after existing vehicles can only be used for editorial use. Can Adobe grant full rights for the use of any 3D asset? Or does the company that originally designed the vehicle have a right to how their intellectual property is used and portrayed? In other words, what makes a car model good for any use, and what limits it to editorial use only?

I use the adobe assets all the time and mostly they import into maya as normal but sometimes when I import an asset into Maya, the group is there but the actual geometry is missing or sometimes parts of the geometry is missing.  Is this a problem with namespaces or the geometry themselves?

I had about 250+ points before the recent change (wow no warning, really?) I'm working on a project and have a deadline very soon, so I figured I'd "subscribe" so I could at least complete the project before it's due but now I can't download any new assets even with a subscription. This is increadibly frustraiting and I can't see any real professional using substance in the future at this point. Thanks for any help in advance.

I had 20 credits remaining from a previous subscription which I had every intention of using eventually, but now Adobe has suddenly changed things and given full access with subscriptions - that's great - but why do I lose the credits I already paid for? Are you going to refund me? It seems I have to shell out more money to resubscribe now and pay again for what I already paid for.

Hello,I found very disapointing that web player does not work well, my client cannot go see their projects that I created (From Adobe Dimension). Anybody knows if this will be fix shortly? Thanks!

Hey Guys, I subscribed to Collection WITHOUT the trial. I cant Access any Assets and immediately Need Access. All I See is a subscribe Button. 

Hello,Just subscribed today and spent some time adding materials to my "collection" 17th Jan 2025.  Went through and selected all the alternative materials to chose from.  What a great system......except  where is ths collection.  I cant find it anywhere.  Can someone point me in the right direcion please. Screenshot attached.

I am having the Adobe Substance 3D texturing subscription since more than a year and now i am trying to create some 3d scenes however i could not download 3d models from the Assets. My first try was cliking on doanlod in the Creative Cloud Desktop, no matter how many times i click on doanlod. nothing happens. Then i opened the Assets website and there, whenever i try to doanload assets i get the option "Upgrade" instead of Download??.. when i select "Upgrade" out of curiosity.. it asks me to buy the same subsription which I already have ?! ... further , i do notice it would allow me to doanload a very small amount of 3d assets only which are tagged as "FREE" .. but then again , how am i supposed to use my 30 downloads per month if i can only access 221 items ? Why i cannot download any asset i desire ? 

I can't figure out how to bring files that use the Stage format into Substance Stager. I can import the backgrounds and lights individually but I was under the assumption that the Stage format is the entire scene.

I cant download assets even with a subscription. I just see "subscribe" instead of download. I dont know whats the reason, help me please

I have subscriptions to the full Adobe CC suite of apps and the full Substance suite. I have the Ps 2025 beta and 3D Substance beta newly installed on a Win 11 laptop (Acer Predator). I'm trying to download Substance 3D Assets (3D models) that I can experiment with in both those programs (Ps beta & 3D Viewer beta). I'm having no luck. How do I download free/included with my Substance subscription 3D models/assets to my computer to be able to work with them? I click on Download (in Substance Assets online) and nothing happens. All I see besides that button that does nothing is a box at upper right that says "Subscribe". But I'm already a subscriber and my avatar is also visible up there showing I'm logged in. I'm feeling puzzled and frustrated... Thanks for any help. I just bought this computer so I could explore features of these two betas - Ps and Substance 3D Viewer and keep them segregated from my production apps.
