Error in After Effetcs

Hello! I am having issue with my After Effects. This prompts up whenever another user send me his/her After Effects file. I have tried deleting my caches, reinstall After Effect and restarting my Mac. But this still happens. Does anyone have the similar issue?

Thank you for reporting this issue, and our apologies for the frustration. Does this issue occur with projects you've created, or does it only occur when opening projects created by others?

Hi @JohnColombo ,

This happens with the projects i've created as well as the projects that were created by others.

This issue only happen when i am working on this particular project. I am able to open for my other projects.
