Those are a third-party effects published by BorisFX. You'll want to reach out to their support about this issue.
Errors like this are usually resolved by making sure the version of each plug-in is compatible with the version of After Effects that you're running.

i use after effect 2023 and i have sapphire 2024 could that be the problem then?
