I'm not sure if this is a known issue or not, but in my attempts to google an answer I did not find anything.

I wanted to just mention it here incase someone else is having this issue.

I was sending clips from Premiere to After Effects to do some screen replacement work and using Mocha to do the tracking. It all looked great in Mocha, no problems. When I would apply to the layer (or comp) for the corner pin it would be offset.

Double checked all my sizing, everythings good. I now use Pre-comps for all the clips I want to use just to make sure the resolution is always correct and it makes scaling much simpler.

Anyways it didn't seem to matter what I did the image was always offset. Turns out Applying the corner pin from the mocha options in the effects properties was applying the keyframes with large time gaps between them. So a keyframe that should have been mapped to frame 2 was instead on frame 12.. etc.

I ended up copying and pasting the kerframes directly from the mocha effect in the timeline to my corner pin effect. That solved the issue.

This problem only seems to occurr when sending clips from Premiere to After Effects. I now just render out a clip instead of sending it.

Just an FYI
