Pen Tool bug on layer w/ animation (AAE 25.0.1)

Hi, I would like to come up with weird Pen tool bug I have just encountered. 

I was trying to make a mask around a character, and the Pen tool didn't create mask point on the cursor location, instead it kept adding all mask points in the same spot (where I clicked for first time) and only way to extend the mask was to click and holt the mouse button. 

As mentioned in the post bellow, the solution was to delete scaling keyframes - when deleted, Pen tool started to act normally again - but after adding keyframes back, Pen tool acted wierdly again.

I guess it has to be a bug - I don't have any idea what would be this helpful for - and since this bug was recorded 6 years ago and it still appears, I would like to point on it, because it can be very frustrating for users that don't know the "delete keyframes solution"

Thank you for reporting this issue. We can also reproduce it and now have a ticket to investigate potential fixes. We were not aware of that previous report, so this is the first time we have heard about this buggy behavior.
