At midnight on 14 February I got a pop up message asking me to buy CS6 or continue my 30 day trial, which will end tonight. I'm fully expecting my CS6 software to stop working at midnight tonight. Adobe chat line officials were of no help.

On my Mac book pro the premiere pro shortcut has recently disappeared after an update, its not in my dock, app launcher or on my desktop, but my other apps like after effects and photoshop are still there. The only way to access premiere pro now is going through creative cloud which is annoying.Is there a way to get the application shortcut back in my dock or on my desktop? I’ve tried dragging the app from creative cloud but that will not work

Cant download previous versions of Adobe apps. I lost everything. Windows 10 computer.I had Photoshop 2024 Now there is no previous version option in my CC only says system incompatible the 3 dots at the bottom only say manage plugins.Same problem with Premiere. Had Premiere Pro 22.6.2Also AcrobatI have a student account. HELP!!!I just want to start from scratch! 

Hi I’m trying to download an older version of Photoshop but I’m running into an issue.At my company, we use some mockup files that rely on the 3D feature that existed in Photoshop before the 2022 versions. We were able to use those files without problems before. However, we recently purchased a new computer and installed Photoshop again.When I checked the Adobe Creative Cloud app to install a previous version, it only shows versions going back to 2026, and I can’t find any versions earlier than that. Because of this, I’m unable to install a version that still supports the 3D features we need.Has anyone run into this issue before? Is there a way to access or download older versions like Photoshop 2021 or earlier through Creative Cloud, or any workaround for this?Thanks in advance!

I’ve been learning and using substance painter for portfolio work for the last 3 years now. I’ve now gotten to the point where I can potentially sell my assets (mesh+textures) to clients. Currently I have a student license which does not allow me to sell my assets commercially. I must upgrade to a commercial license to do so. Now my question is - Will re-exporting my textures from my existing projects (that were made with a student license) in substance painter with my new commercial license allow me to sell those textures commercially or do I need to alter them to make them legal?

Today I updated Creative Cloud Desktop and Photoshop from version 26 to 27. I've always had Photoshop 2021 installed on my computer over the years, as I need it for certain types of older files.I've never had any problems having both versions on my computer. I just kept one of them up to date. But today, after the updates I made, I don't know why, but my version of Photoshop 2021 has been deleted... This is the first time this has happened to me during an update.Is there a way for me to recover this specific version? Creative Cloud Desktop won't let me download versions older than 26.Thanks for the help.

One of our tools requires this version of Adobe Illustrator and we can no longer install it via Creative Cloud which now only goes back to version 22.1. Will you please provide us with the direct download of Illustrator 2015.3 (version 20.1.0)? Thank you!

Seriennummer ist in meinem Adobe-Konto hinterlegt, und es handelt sich um eine regulär erworbene Lizenz. Hello, Prior to early July, I was using adobe with my free account on desktop. In earlg July, I signed up for a paid plan with a new business account. Everything seemed pretty straightforward in terms of set up, but I have been having issues with my Acrobat ever since. I think the issue originated when I logged in with my business account on desktop. From what I've read, it seems like i probably had the version of Acrobat that fully converts to Pro once a paid plan is used to sign in. The issue here though is that I still need to access my free account, and I no longer can. Whenever it is signed in, i am asked to sign up for a free trial. Even without any account signed in at all, the applicaiton closes out and can not be used in the basic way to open, read, and if needed, fill PDFs. This has become super frustrating because even after following tons of different guidance in previous posts here with uninstalling, downloading different versions, etc., Acrobat just do

Fiz a compra do conjunto de programas Adobe Creative Pro, e simplesmente não consigo instala-los! Na loja de programas simplesmente aparece a mensagem de erro "Sistema incompativel" por falta de suporte AVX2 no meu processador, e não tenho acesso a download de versões anteriores compativeis!!!!!!Preciso utilizar os programas com as novidades, mas simplesmente não tenho acesso a nenhuma versão!Alguem pode me ajudar????? já tentei contato com os agentes de atendimento, mas recebo apenas encaminhamento para a pagina da comunidade e meu problema não é resolvido!!!Preciso de versões "atualizadas", porém, que funcionem no meu processador! I need to download Adobe Photoshop 25.x (2024) on Mac Studio since it's the last provided version that "talks" with Print Studio Pro [Ver.2.2.8] . The oldest Photoshop available is x26 on the Creative-site. How do I work around this?

I purchased the Adobe Creative Pro suite of programs, and I simply can't install them! The software store displays the error message "System incompatible" due to lack of AVX2 support on my processor, and I don't have access to download compatible previous versions!I need to use the programs with the new features, but I simply don't have access to any version!Can someone help me pleaseeee?????I've already tried contacting customer service, but I only receive referrals to the community page and my problem isn't solved!I need "updated" versions that work on my processor! In this case, an Intel Pentium G4560 3.5GHz, which has SSE 4.1/2 - Windows 10 Pro - 64-bit.This happens with several programs! Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, among others... HELP!   

I have a brief question about the License Transfer process for legacy products. When I was in school I purchased CS4 Production premium that I happily used until I got a new computer and the activation servers were shut down. After scouring eBay for awhile I found a legitimate CS5 Design Standard upgrade (whose servers still worked). At the time I did not know anything about filling out a license transfer application, I was used to manually deactivating the license in the program before installing it in a new machine.However, looking at my Adobe account now, I do have CS5 design Standard and Acrobat 9 associated with my Adobe account and the software is running fine on my machine. Perhaps the original owner never linked the key with an adobe account? In any case does that mean that my license is all set to go?
