Pretty simple problem that i dont have an answer for and could use some help. ive graded my timeline in davinci and have exported such as an xml timeline, now when trying to import it gets stuck at 0% forever . any ideas what could be going on?
Problem (which is with the progress bar, and not the actual .xml file) is already fixed in PPro betas, and will be fixed in PPro's next official release.
Also applies to psd.
Known issue, fixed in 25.1
The problem (which is with the import progress dialog) is already fixed, in current PPro beta builds.
ok, can confirm the beta indeed fixed this issue.
Hi @the nerdburger - I believe your issue is a known issue.
Issue: Windows customers may see an “Import Files” dialog box that never completes in the following conditions:
Workaround: When importing these file types, first close the above-listed panels. The panels can be turned on again after the import has been completed.
@Bruce Bullis sorry for the delay, I was rolled back to 25.0beta for a bit due to this issue making it impossible for me to work on the 25.1 beta -- I can confirm for you that in the current beta build (47) importing pluraleyes xml's seems to be working once again as per usual without needing to close any extension panels. Not sure what was going on there but glad to see it was resolved! thank you for identifying a potential work around in the meantime
We believe we've fixed this already; could you try the current PPro beta, and see whether you agree?
We've recently fixed a problem that seems related to what you've described; do you see the same problem, in the current PPro beta build?
Hi,
Please provide the developers with more information. See, How do I write a bug report?
Thanks,
Kevin
Yes; already fixed in PPro beta builds, and will be fixed in the next official PPro release (no dates available).
