Hi everyone, I have two related questions about Adobe Stock contributor accounts and would really appreciate insight from experienced contributors. 1) A friend of mine recently created a new Adobe Stock contributor account. He only uploads AI-generated images. For every single image, he checks the "Created using Generative AI" box, adds a proper title, relevant keywords, and selects the correct category before submitting. Assuming he continues working exactly this way — only AI-generated content, always correctly disclosed and labeled — is there any risk that his account could still get suspended? 2) My own Adobe Stock account was suspended some time ago. If I log into my friend's account from the same phone that was previously used to access my suspended account, and upload AI-generated images there (properly disclosed, same process as above), could this cause my friend's account to get suspended or flagged — even though the images and disclosure process themselves are correct? Any gu
I have uploaded many JPEG images to Adobe Stock, but once again, several of them have been rejected for “Quality Issues.”Unfortunately, I do not understand what exactly is considered to be insufficient quality in these images. The same thing happened with my previous upload. I have carefully checked the files myself, but I cannot identify any obvious technical or quality problems that would explain the rejections. In addition, I selected the submitted images carefully. They do not contain any visible logos, trademarks, or other clearly identifiable protected content. I also paid particular attention to the landmarks and locations shown in the images and, to the best of my knowledge, avoided subjects that may be subject to specific intellectual property restrictions.I am aware that certain buildings and landmarks, for example in Dubai or in some European countries, may be subject to specific legal restrictions. This is precisely why I take these aspects into consideration when selecting
All the photos I uploaded were flagged as AI-generated, even though I used my phone's default camera and didn't edit them.
New contributor here- so some constructive criticism would be appreciated. This image wasn't accepted by Adobe.

Has anyone else noticed a drop in Adobe Stock downloads over the past week? For me, sales were fairly consistent before, with downloads coming throughout the day. But during the last 7 days, my downloads have noticeably decreased. For the past 3 days especially. and most of them seem to appear later in the evening.I’m wondering if this is happening to other contributors as well, or if there has been any recent change in Stock search visibility, demand, or reporting.Would appreciate hearing about your experience over the last week. Thanks!
Hello Adobe Stock Contributor Support,I am trying to complete my Adobe Stock Contributor account setup, but I cannot verify my phone number. My country is Bangladesh and I selected Bangladesh (+880) as the country code. However, when I enter my valid mobile phone number, I receive this error:“An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later.”I also tried using Firefox, but the same error appears.I need to complete the phone verification before I can continue with my Adobe Stock Contributor account.Could you please check my account and help me resolve this phone verification issue?Thank you.

Hey everyone,I want to make sure I’m following the rules correctly for my programmatic motion graphics.I use Remotion to render videos procedurally from React code. The catch is: I use an AI (like ChatGPT/Claude) to write 100% of the code for me based on my prompts.Even though the AI writes the entire script, the actual video rendering and pixel generation are still done purely by the Remotion engine. I am not using any generative video models (like Sora, Runway, or Firefly). The AI only outputs text/code, and Remotion turns that code into a video. In this specific case, where the underlying code is fully AI-generated but the visual render is procedural, do I need to check the "Created using generative AI tools" box?Appreciate any insights!
I submit photos at Adobe and ShutterStock, the photos are aproval at Shutter but at Adobe they are refused, regarding some quality problems...Can i ask for a second review ?What i should do ?
Hi All, What do you think of this photo? Not uploaded, yet. Just curious,if you think there is any room for it. Unusual angle may make it interesting for inclusion (?)Thanks a lot for commenting!A “newbie”.(thumbnail attached; original is 24MPx)
Hello, I submitted a vector file, but it was rejected.I received this message.I revised the file and submitted it again. However, it was rejected once more.Could you please tell me what needs to be fixed?I am attaching the file to this post.※I am writing in English as I translate, so I apologize if the sentences sound awkward.----------------------------------Your file has one or more of these issues:Your vector file contains a raster/bitmap image, and vector files must not contain raster elements.Your JPEG preview file has been compressed too much, so textural problems have occurred in the file.Your JPEG preview resolution must not be less than 5,000 X 3,000 (15 million pixels)You didn't use anti-aliasing when exporting your vector file to JPEG, so there are problems with lines on the JPEG file."----------------------------------
Hi Adobe Community,My Adobe Stock Contributor account was deactivated in July 2026. I submitted an appeal to Adobe Contributor Support, and my case number is 00527869.It has now been over 10 weeks, but I have not received any response or update regarding my appeal. I have already sent follow-ups through the same case email thread.I would like to know if anyone has experienced a similar situation and how long their Contributor Relations review took.I would also appreciate any guidance from Adobe staff or experienced contributors about what I should do while waiting for a response.Thank you.
In recent years, Adobe Stock has shifted from photographers-correctors- retouchers as experts to using the work of teenagers who've held only iPhones in their lives. Explaining things like depth of field with FF, composition, light etc. to these "experts" is pointless. I've been a photographer for over 40 years, including professionally, and I sold recently a lot of my photos on Fotolia. It's a shame, but Adobe Stock's level has fallen very low.
Hi everyone,I created an AI-generated base image and did some digital overpainting/retouching on top of it, but it was rejected by Adobe Stock for "Quality Issues."Since I'm not sure which part triggered the rejection, I’ve attached the full artwork here. Please let me know if you need to see a 100% crop of any specific area.I would really appreciate your honest feedback on what the technical flaws might be so I can thoroughly fix it in one go.Thank you so much for your help!
For example, this looks suspiciously AI: # 2177391334. The contributor has many similar ones. Thanks in advance.

Hola. Gracias.
Am I allowed to have two contributor accounts? I would use the first account to upload vectors and the second one to upload videos. Its totally different type of assets
A post just for info for other contributors.I’ve just received my 3rd account suspension from Adobe in 5 months for ‘suspicious activities’ relating to download spikes. Each time my account is down for 4-6 weeks while I wait to hear from support and each time it is only live 2-3 weeks before something triggers another suspension. I’ve lost out on 10 weeks of income so far this year. This last two weeks is the only time I’ve ever noticed an actual increase in downloads. Since I’m now paranoid about being suspended, I immediately raised a ticket asking for a review of my account as I was worried about fraud. Adobe closed the ticket and sent me an automated message to say they can’t investigate until an account is flagged and suspended. 5 days later here I am.As usual I’ve raised another ticket and filled out the appeals form but I’m very much wondering if it’s now worth it to keep going round and round without anything getting permanently fixed. I’ve repeatedly asked for a closer look at
