The start of the last frame in a 10-second movie is 0:00:09:23. After the frame plays, the movie will have played for 10 seconds. The CTI (Current time indicator, is always at the start of the frame, not the end. There is nothing wrong. If you changed the comp length so that the last frame started at 0:00:10:00, then the comp would be ten seconds and one frame long.
Did you follow that? Everything is normal. If you use the Comd/Ctrl key + right arrow, you will move to the end of the last frame of the comp, the CTI will be at the end of the comp instead of the start of the last frame, and the time code counter will show 0:00:10:00 because the comp has finished playing and it lasts exactly 10 seconds.

A pdf document's "initial view" settings seem to override Acrobat's "Default Layout and Zoom" settings. If the pdf document's "initial view" layout and zoom settings are set to "default", then Acobat uses the layout and zoom setting in preferences.

If I could appropriately describe how much your comment bothers me without breaching community guidelines - I would. Not only is your answer completely useless - your attitude is absoluely awful and very unprofessional.

I've found a rough way of guessing the DPI of a PDF image is to make a manual scan of an image at what may be the DPI, and then view this PDF, and magnify the image until the pixellation is clearly visible - (say 800% for a 300 DPI scan). Then magnify the image you want to find the DPI of until you see a similar level of pixellation. The ratio of magnification will be roughly the ration of DPI's. e.g. if 1600% give similar pixellation, then likely DPI is 300 x 1600/800 = 600 DPI.

After moving Adobe Premiere to Windows 11 and larger monitor, I had to go into New Project, reselect 16:9 and 1920x1080 and also check off "Force selected project preset to this project" and the black border disappeared. However, I had to do this for every new Project (until I figure it out).

(editted mulitple times to pass expletive posting test - thanks for wasting more of my productive time Adobe) Here we are in March 2023 and still no solution. Changing preferences - Documents - "Restore last view settings when reopening documents" does not prevent Acrobat opening in full screen mode. Likewise, File - Properties - Initial View - "Resize window to inital page" is a per document setting and not an applicaiton wide setting. Even if I set Acrobat to open new docs within the same running instance of Acrobat (click Window to view all the documents), it still forces full screen as soon as I open a new document. This question was asked 10 years ago and it beggars belief that Adobe doesn't give a piece of faeces or is incapable of appreciating that Acrobat users don't use the product by choice but rather due to necessity & prefer to get paid work done rather than endure the constant productivity losses and interuption to workflow due to Adobe's faecal smeared, poorly designed and always buggy products. Finally, if anyone who administers these community threads is reading, the following post marked as the "correct answer" isn't a frucking answer. Its 100% correct but it still isn't an answer: "Correct answer by CVHManchester Participant , Jun 07, 2016 Thank you. This worked after ca 1/2 hour wasted searching round Adobe's preferences and online "help". I am configuring a new Win10 computer. Once again Adobe and Microsoft seem to be competing to be the *ock (WORD CAUGHT BY ADOBE FILTER - "rhymes with 'dock' starts with 'C') of the dung heap. With the userc, like me, being well down the pecking order." On reflection, I think CVHManchester actually did provide the answer. I think the answer is to change default app for PDF to something that works - e.g. Foxit Reader. Problem is I've done that in Windows - default App by filetype - and yet Acrobat still opens Excel hyperlinks in a full fracking screen. PS Adobe, Community developers - how about giving us more than 4 frucking lines of text to compose a reply in? Zooming in and out just changes the size of the page and this ridiculously small text box. PPS - as always with Adobe, the correct question is "are they fools or knaves"?

This is still an issue in AFX 2023 - how the heck can Adobe still be using the standard Windows menu bar (which cannot be changed natively in the OS for some bizzare reason) when it's been changed in their other apps like Photoshop? Some folk need to avoid static bright elements on their screens!

@katie.landers thank you so much for this! @Emma247663742737 with just a little tweak of what Katie provided, I got it to work: s = "$" + Math.round(effect("Point Control")("Point")[0]).toLocaleString(); s.replace(/\B(?=(\d{3})+(?!\d))/g, ","); this.sourceText = s; Note the difference is I'm adding in the "$" at the start because I was displaying in USD. The "toLocaleString();" bit at the end adds the commas. The "this.sourceText = s;" bit is what actually displays the text in the empty text object - which is where I included the code.

Do you know if there is a way to make Acrobat Pro DC do that same thing? I tried renaming the acad.exe and it throws an error. My pro XI is having issues in my organization now. Not sure if a MS Update wrecked it. But I'd like to get DC to do this conversation without using AutoCAD. It's much faster.

Again, I sympathize entirely with you, but posting about it here doesn't do squat. No one from Adobe who has any say whatever will see your post here.
Post on their UserVoice and probably in the Creative Cloud forum, which both get supervision from Adobe staffers who would be high enough to matter.

So no filing any forms at the District Court using PDF's? But later on try flattening files with appealing letters with a single action to a Supreme Justice clerk, like in Colorado...but no more files flattening to be issued on anyone new at the district? Right?
