Can you open up any other test editor like text edit or notes etc and try copying and pasting from these. If it doesn't work you might need to look into uninstalling using the Adobe Cleaner Tool and reinstalling

Did you use this? Do this: Goto Window --> Audio Clip Mixer. You will see a small arrow in the top left. Most people don't ever see this function. Click it to drop down. You will se what you are looking for Lots of great audio effects and Delay and Echo is right there. Trust this helps. Let me know. Mo

Don't use CMD C and CMD V (Mac) or CTRL C and CTRL V (Win) when you are copying from Word. Rather elect all text and then right click and copy. In AE start a new text layer, create a text box and paste there. Sometimes the keyboard shortcuts don't bring in the text. Ive seen this personally a few times. Trust this works. Let me know. Mo

As you can see the original file you sent me will play on other media players but not in Premiere. Its a Quicktime Animation aka RLE format. Premiere seems to have an issue with this. Look what happens once I converted to Prores444 Now it works perfectly. Here are the file sizes after conversion So its the codec on your original files that are causing issue. A simple re-encode using Quicktime Plyer and you are all good to go with no loss of quality. I trust this will solve your problem. Mol

You have just 8 or 10 frames. Can you go to composition settings and change the duration to say 30seconds and then hit return on the keyboard and see if it still does this?

Firstly how many video and audio tracks do you have? If you have 2 video tracks with linked audio and you move the video track to another layer the audio track will remain on track 1 If you want to move V1 and A1 to V2 and A2 you need to create a A2 track first and then move it

Excellent. I dint look at your brush size etc so suggested a zero. With default brush size (a smaller size) zero allows continuous lines without breaking I agree with Ann Bens​ it's so much easier in AE and so much faster and fluid as well Mo

Did you have any other versions of Mocha before this? A lot of the time this causes conflicts. If you had CC2018 and have moved on to CC2019 there might be a conflict with the preferences. My advice would be to either trash the preferences and see if it solves the issue. If not uninstall CC2019 using the Adobe Cleaner Tool AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe Then re-install CC2019 and see what happens Let me know Mo

This I the track target. As you can see V1 (Video 1) is not highlighted in blue but A1 (Audio 1) is highlighted. Any footage brought in will only bring the audio onto the timeline on A1 as its the targeted track. Now that the V1 track is highlighted both video and audio will be brought onto the timeline.
