Yep, you're right. Most unfortunate, however, seeing how I need a transparent background and only QuickTime supports that. I guess it's the price you pay, can't have it all.

I'm rendering a MOV file: Render Settings: Best Output Module: QuickTime, RGB+Alpha (transparent background). There is a noticeable color shift in the blue, (image attached). The blue on left is how it's rendering while it should appear as the darker blue on right.

Can I delete this folder regularly? library/caches/Adobe Installed Adobe CC around 10 months ago and this folder is taking up over 200GB of hard drive space. Is there a way to manage cloud app cache through preferences or something so this is emptied regularly?

From what I can tell there is no Fitting Option to "fit to artboard" I am placing artwork created in Adobe Illustrator (square artboards), that contains clear space margins on all sides. When I place into InDesign it crops to the artwork. Fitting options do not specify a way to place the file in a way that acknowledges the artboard size. Is there a workaround for this?

Wow. This is not good. This is a work account and I need to store photos on OUR servers, not Adobe's. Adobe is good at the show and tell of everything new with an update but I don't recall any mention of this significant change. Nor was there mention of how to retrieve your files/download to your computer's hard drive.

Pretty sure in Classic version this was as simple as right-clicking the image and choosing "show in Finder" but can't seem to figure out how to do this in Lightroom CC. If you tell me they are in the cloud you're going to have to be more precise than that.

When using the Move tool, Pen tool, etc. the Artboard tool automatically becomes selected for reasons beyond my comprehension—meaning I didn't initiate the selection of the tool. How can one disable this feature and why does it even exist other than to infuriate people?

Seeing how Photoshop is raster based artwork and I am working on a retina display I would like to design (setup my artboards) at 2x the native size the artwork will appear (the native display size) so that I can see what I'm doing. If I were to design at the native size the artwork appears at half the size on my screen, because I'm working on a retina display. Using the example that the native size of that artwork will be 300x400px and setting the workspace to 72dpi: Is it as simple as making artboards 600x800 (2x native) and then when it comes time to export artwork I do it at .5x that it will create jpgs at the native size 300x400? I heard 1px line weights and font rendering can be affected working like this and wonder if this is seamless or there are things you need to take into account working like this?

I have a fully licensed on-going subscription with Adobe Creative Cloud. Everything works fine when connected to the internet. When I don't have an internet connection and launch Photoshop (or any CC app) I'm prompted to install trial software. Basically Adobe CC will not run apps that are installed on my computer, licensed and paid for with my on-going subscription, without being connected to the internet. Is this happening to anyone else and how can I use my Adobe CC apps (that are fully paid and licensed) while not being connected to the internet?

typically im using CC apps while on WiFi and everything works fine. as soon as I try to launch an app while not connected to WiFi Adobe CC prompts me with a window to accept a trial version of software. obviously this is a pain in the ass if I can’t use the same software installed without a WiFi connection. How can I run Adobe CC apps that are licensed and installed in my computer without being connected to the internet/WiFi?

Hi Kevin, I'm still experiencing the issue sporadically. The issue is not a misunderstanding of how to loop a composition with time-remap as Rick suggests. The issue shows up sporadically and goes away without actually changing anything. I'm going to re-install the app, as not sure what else to do at this point.

When I use time re-map to loop a precomp I initially get this weird glitch where the last frame of the animation shows all layers in the precomp (only happen in one frame). When I fiddle around enough eg. adjust playback start/end point, or show/hide layer, it will eventually go away. I'm labelling this a bug because I'm not altering anything in the original precomp or loop...it literally just goes away after a certain amount of time or moving other things around. I've done with with several files and the issue and remedy is the same. Has anyone experienced this and is this a known bug?

Creative Cloud update is stuck with spinning progress wheel. I have gone through the fix proposed in this post but it does not fix this issue. Currently cannot update CC or any apps. Macbook Pro 2017 OS Sierra

Hi Rick, Thanks for your reply. When I do it your way, in the last frame all my layers of the precomp I'm attempting to loop display for one frame. I appreciate your help, but what would be most helpful is explaining what I'm doing wrong or where my error is. thanks

I'm following the basic processing to looping a precomp, and getting a black frame at the end before looping. Here is the process: - Trim comp to work area (comp I will loop) - Place in new comp - Enable Time Remapping - Go to last keyframe, step back one frame, make new keyframe - Double-click last keyframe, enter 0 for time - Add LoopOut expression to Time Remap

I manually deleted my preferences files as indicated for fixing in similar discussions, however shortly after doing so the keyboard arrows stop functioning again and i cannot key-through pages.

Thanks for sharing this Bill. However I wonder why a user wouldn't check that box, seeing how the system automatically did it for me and reads as a time-saving step. Does this issue occur for the majority of users? If the answer to the above is yes then perhaps the upgrading process needs to be re-thought. I think anyone would agree that presented with the option to carry-over all settings/preferences without having to redo/re-import them is an easy decision...assuming it works.

Found another thread to this and suggestion was to "Enable or turn on Application Frame" which didn't fix anything for me. Basically can't dock palettes that aren't docked by default within a workspace.
