You could try re-arranging the Effects in your Effect Control window. Dragging the name of an effect above or below the other effect. The gentlemen are right about only certain effects changing white.

You can access the legacy title engine by going to file/new/Legacy Title. Go to roll/crawl options and change to roll. Start off screen/end off screen of you like.

Check the playback resolution by the wrench (settings) in the source and program monitors and see if they're set to full.

Just a quick double check to make sure that you have plenty of disk space on the drive that you're exporting to and an empty recycle bin.

As far as text goes. If you wan't orbiting text you can use the CC Sphere Effect. Type in your text and treat your text. Click the 3d switch on your text (cube. in the timeline) Apply the CC Sphere Effect to your text. In Effect Controls you can adjust the radius of the text to get the size of the orbit you want. In Effect Controls twirl open rotation Y and keyframe the rotation. It will now be orbiting in front of your image. Then duplicate your orbiting text (cmd/D or Ctrl/D) and place the duplicate under your image. On the top layer of text in Effect Controls change the render settings to outside. On the lower layer of text in Effect Controls change the render settings to inside.

Not in PPro. After Effects does it the way that you described. Possible work around. You can copy the clip with the keyframes. (Edit/copy) Make a longer version of the clip in your timeline, (Edit/paste attributes) on to the longer clip. and check scale attribute times in the paste attributes panel. replace the shorter clip with the longer one. Not as convenient as the "stretch/compress option" but no math.

Can you try playing the video in player outside of Premiere and see that it plays ok? Also check to see if your video drivers are up to date

I'd try clearing the cache. At the top of the Premiere interface. Premiere Pro (mac) Edit (windows) Preferences/Media Cache then click on clean unused. If that doesn't work. You could also reset your preferences by: holding down Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac OS) while the application is starting. Also make sure that someone hasn't spilled coffee in the keyboard.

Moving the anchor point doesn't move the video. You can hit the curved re-set arrow on the anchor point option in the effects control panel and reset it. Then I'd click on the word motion in the Effects Control Panel and then use the selection tool to move the video. (Stay away from the anchor point unless you have a specific reason to use it.) Hopefully this will move the video the way that you'd like.

I'd try this: Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) while the application is starting. A dialog box launches asking you if you want to delete your preferences file. ... To also restore default keyboard shortcuts, Alt-click (Windows) or Option-click (Mac OS) the OK button. Hope that it helps

If on Windows: I would try installing the Quicktime Codecs only. Codecs only because of security problems. Heres the link. https://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ Then follow these instructions: Click on the Next button on the first page on the installation wizard. Accept the License Agreement. Select Custom install Only enable QuickTime Essentials. Disable everything else. If you use Sony Vegas, then you also need to install the QuickTime Player. Now you will be on the Destination Folder page. Uncheck the boxes for Install Desktop shortcuts and Automatically update QuickTime and other Apple software Click on the Install button. The installation will now begin. Click on the Finish button. Then restart your apps and try playing again.

You can drag your graphic in to the timeline in a higher video track than your program. You can place it as many times or wherever you like. You could also apply a slide or push transition to your graphic for a quick and easy way to do it. For more in depth motion you could look in to animating with keyframes at this link. Apply motion adjustments to clips in Premiere Pro

I would try cleaning your media cache. Go to Premiere Pro (Mac) or Edit (Windows) /Preferences/Media Cache then click Unused. Save and close Premiere then re-start Premiere. Hopefully this will help. If not you could also try re-setting preferences by trying these options. Press Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac OS) while launching Premiere Pro. You can release the Alt key or Option key when the splash screen appears. To reset preferences and plug-in cache at the same time, hold down Shift-Alt (Windows) or Shift-Option (Mac OS) while the application is starting. Release the Shift-Alt keys or Shift-Option key when the splash screen appears.

Maybe try changing workspaces and re-setting the workspace. In english the path would be to go to Window/Workspace/Standard (my suggestion) then go back to window/workspace/reset to saved layout. If this works you could then switch back to your current workspace and see if you have better results.

I've had performance issues with that effect. By any chance do you use After Effects? When I need to do this I go in to After Effects then put a mask line (with the pen tool) over the drawing and use the "stroke" effect. You can tell the effect to reveal original and keyframe the start value. You also make the brush size larger than the lines of your drawing.

You may want to try emptying your disk cache and doing a clean database and cache. On Mac you to got to the top bar After Effects/Media & Disk Cache. Windows would be Edit/Media & Disk Cache. Then click empty disk cache and clean database and cache. Then close and re-start After Effects. I hope that this helps.

More detail would be helpful as to what you're doing. Are you scaling an Illustrator or vector file? If so have you checked the continuously rasterize option (gap under the switch that looks similar to an asterisk) in the timeline?

The newest versions of Premiere re-vamped how you create titles. In the newest version you can simply go to the tool bar and select the text tool. Then you can put the cursor on the program monitor and click and type your text. You can also go to Window/Essential graphics to edit the title properties. The older version had a drop down that said title/new title. If you're in the newest version and you'd like to use the old title engine you can go to File/New/Legacy Title.

The Program Monitor window sets itself to the size of the sequence that you're working with. Perhaps your video was shot with this aspect ratio or you have your sequence in a different sequence than your video size? I would highlight the video that your working with then go to the information panel and check its x y frame size, then highlight the sequence in the project panel (bars icon) and see if it is the same frame size. If the frame size on your video and sequence are the same then your video was not shot wide screen.

You may want to try going in to the "Paint" work space and using the paint brush tool. In the paint work space there are several brushes with soft boundaries and you adjust the settings from there.
