Hi Rosa, I'm glad to hear that it worked. I don't have all the pieces of the puzzle but can tell you a bit of the background. The library panel is an extension that relies on a few other components. Your machine had the 2.14.207 extension which was being loaded by Photoshop. When the Creative Cloud update failed (which I don't understand the root cause), and you uninstalled and re-installed the 4.5.0.331 version, a file was removed. With that file removed, network connections that the library uses could not happen and you get the message about updating the Creative Cloud application. You system still has the components that will allow the 2.13.141 panel version to work though. So by moving the 2.14 version out of the path, Ps now loads the earlier version and things are working again. We are still investigating what happened with the update failure, so we can get your system back running the latest version of the Libraries panel. Cmd+Opt+Shift+R for macOS (or in the top menu: 3D> Render 3D Layer) You can cancel the rendering with ESC key. The thought is to check the GPU vs. CPU rendering to isolate the issue. Interaction uses GPU (video card), and Render uses CPU. Hi, It is an issue with ACR 10.2 that only happens on Win OS (it might even be more limited to more recent Win10 updates). The trigger has to do with plug-in loading and when that happens in Ps. Ps 19.1 added support for high-density monitor support and per-monitor scaling (New features summary | January 2018 and October 2017 releases of Photoshop CC ). ACR 10.2 adds support for this as well, but also needs to support other apps that don't yet include this support. The problem happens when the first loading of ACR in Ps happens when accessed via Filter> Camera Raw Filter... We didn't understand all the conditions required to trigger this issue previously, but now do have reproducible steps. We are working on providing a fix as soon as possible. The attached action works to load the plug-in as expected for the Ps 19.1 hosting application, but needs to be invoked for every launch of Ps. Hi, Contacting support directly won't help for this issue. The problem is that the older cards are failing when the panel gets resized larger. I found I could workaround the resize issue by resizing to the size I want, then quitting Photoshop. Now relaunch and the panel displays as expected at the larger size. regards, steve ... View more
