I understand your frustration.  I have never run into any issues with Wacom, XP-Pen or Xencelabs products when using Adobe software. First are all your drivers for your Wacom devices up to date? Secondly does your computer have any updates? Thirdly are you using the latest versions of Adobe software? Then might to get your computer looked at. Maybe. I know you are probably frustrated... when I have something booger up (that rarely happens) I freak the F out.  Trust me. But I would never go on the attack.  Because  usually there is a solution... but I get it. Have you also joined the Wacom Facebook groups?  They can also be quite helpful.  And if you dislike paying for things then you have free options such a Gimp and Photopea. One thing I do is in the Layers Window... I create a new folder all the way at the top. I move every layer into that folder in the proper order.  I make sure everything is unlocked. I then copy the folder Crtl+C, then in Photoshop I press Crtl+V.... then place it as a Smart Object. Other people may laugh. But this keeps gradients and blurs that I created in Illustrator the way I made them.  ... View more

No offense, but why are you still using CS6?  CS6 came out in 2012. You are missing out on so many cool features... if you have the Creative Cloud subscription you get every udpate. Meaning you have so many more tools. Plus, as time goes by tools are refined. Example, Content Aware Fill was horrible when it first came out.  But now it is nearly perfect!  I know it could be personal reasons... moeny or whatever.  But still really consider getting the Creative Cloud subscription. Well. It could be in your printer settings.  When you go to print, make sure you do not choose something like FILL PAGE.  Or something of that nature. First, how are they selling images with logos on Adobe Stock.... seems like they could get in a lot of trouble. Secondly, some of these logos might not be the updated ones for the company.  As a Marketer, you need to really look to see what logo the company is currently using on their site. I would always then go online and find either vector or png files of the current logos that I need for a forget... let's say an infographic or YouTube video.  Then I would ensure that I have high-quality versions of the CURRENT LOGO.  Adobe Stock would not be the place where I would download logos.  And I think anyone selling logo files on here could get banned if Adobe really looked into it.   ... I did go to university. But most of what I learned has been on my own. Not putting down schools.  But saying there are several artists out who did not have the money for a school and they have had success because they were motivated and driven. They practived until they honed their skills. Will a school help you get better. Sure. But will it make you a good designer... NO IT WILL NOT!  You have to be the one that pushes yourself to practice every day. Trust me a I teach and I can tell you my best students go out on their own, watch extra videos and do extra tutorials and do additional workshops.  The students who do nothing more than listen in class and work in class never move to the next level of greatness. Be driven... be motivated... never give up... keep trying.... and realize that we make mistakes when learning and that is what helps us to get better.  No school can give you that... only you can do that for yourself. Not saying that there are not great teachres who motivate their students.  I would like to think I am one. But like I said my best students are over achievers who want to learn more and do more outside of class because they know they are investing in themselves.  So I always tell my students I have only so many hours a day.... skip NETFLIX... put down social media and practice for a bit instead. First, you do not need to enroll in a school there are several self taught artists who are now well known and making great money. First step... decide what you want to learn or try out. Second step... look up websites with tutorials. Third step... watch as ma ny YouTube videos as you can. Four step... try a online course that is a one time cost like skillshare or udemy.... or find mini courses via LinkedIn Learning. Fifth step... watch the streamers on Behance ask them questions while they are streaming... it is FREE and guess what I am one of the streamers 😉 Sixth step... praciticing is the only way you will get better at anything in life. So is a school or university necessary.  No.  But be motivated to find resources and doing tutorials as well as practicing is what will help you become better. They say if you practice 5 minutes to 30 m inutes a day at anything you get 1% better.  If you do this for a month that is 30% better.  In a year you will be 365% better. I know it will become rasterized... but that is why I set the document up to be the size I want in Photoshop. You are right and that is important to point out.  That you need to have the doc in Photoshop to be the size you want... exactly the right size. The great thing is you can always create documents of various sizes and that is ok. Make sure that you use Adobe Illustrator to create the logo.... NOT PHOTOSHOP. If you are using letters choose a bold font. Col Gray has some awsome videos on Logo design on YouTube.
