anyway there is a way to do it. Cut the curve part so its on its own, copy it and undo (if you like) then paste. Make sure EXACTLY what the curve is by going to Window>Document Info and check Objects when you select the cut curve it will give the measurement. Then: goto Stroke select dashed line type 23cm in the first box, click Preserve exact dash measurements, then goto Object Expand, ungroup and release compound path if you have to. you can either cut the path where the dash ends or dragg the measured "dash" to your artwork and use ase a precise measurement tool. Ah, i see. You can draw a line on the curve (C) path as you have done and then what I would do is right click on the line and select "make guides". Then press C on keyboard to select the scissors tool, hover over the intersection until the guide info says "intersect" and then click. You would have now cut the path where you wanted. /G   ... Hi Tina, it looks like the canvas is cropped. Select the crop tool and iv the pixels have not been disgarded you should see the image. drag the relevant part ot the crop tool to uncover. as you need it to be A4 you need to make sure that your image size is set to mm not pixels 210x297 in this case. I am presuming that your printer is not the issue. Hi, you cant use bridge to batch image process for PDFs as with other files (edit: and keep "original" size). You will find that if you select 1 pdf and use the function 1 at a time it will save them at a "correct" size. What you can do tho is create an action in PS to save as psd and then use the batch in bridge. Select all the PDF's open image processor and deselect everything and select run action and your action. This will save all to the different sizes. Note it will ignore PDF's with multiple pages except for the first page. /G     ... View more

Hi, you can change your brush cursor and other tool cursors in preferences ( standard, precise, normal and full size) I use normal. To change the shape of the cursor to standard mouse pointer seems rather counter intuitive i believe and its not posible as a preference in PS. The brush cursor when set to normal for instance will alow you to see size of the brush, the hard/soft area and alo opacity. A std mouse cursor cant do that. /G     ... View more
