You can also check your memory usage by going to Performance Monitor by searching it in the start menu (Windows). This message mean that you have not enough RAM memory, once you close other applications that use your memory, it will work again. It may be because your image is so large. --- You can also go to Edit>Purge>All in photoshop to free your memory.

The easiest way I do is to make a manual bleed to our document so if it is 10X20 cm I make it 10.6x20.6 in Photoshop then Place it in Adobe Illustrator In a 10x20 cm artboard with bleed and save it as PDF with Crop Marks .

The problem is because of the Align to pixel grid technique so as Monika Gause said there will be difference when you crop in pixels and check in Inches. In Print, no problem in 0.01 mm or 0.003 in

If you need to remove the white color paths (Shapes): - When you are creating the Image Trace you can find an option in the Advanced section of the Image Trace Panel [Ignore White] it will remove all white colors. - If you already made Image Trace you can use the Magic Wand tool and click any of the white color shapes then Press Delete.

Make sure that: - All of your objects are Unlocked by pressing Ctrl+Alt+2 or Object>Unlock All - Double click your object more times with Selection Tool (Dark Arrow) till you get it selected. (it may be in a group or compound paths) Note: Ctrl+Y will change your preview to outlines. As long as objects paths appears, you can select, copy and cut it. then you can press Ctrl+Y to back to normal mode.

You should use the Save for Web Command; File> Export> Save for web (Legacy) Facebook optimize the quality of images if its size is more than 100 kb so you should optimize your image manually by saving for web before you upload it to make it under 100 kb. Reduce the quality till your image be less than 100 kb.

In your video you are comparing between Illustrator view and Windows Picture view and it is normal because Windows Picture doesn't use the same color profile ( it doesn't use a color profile ) so it is the normal to be difference.

Yes, You need to make a custom Bleed by using the Offset Path Command. You can also convert your path to Guide from View>Guide>Make Guide. Don't forget to make your artboard size is equal to the size of document + Bleed size ( The entire size ).

To rotate any artwork around circle you can use the Rotate Tool: - Just select your object/s with the Selection Tool (Black Arrow) - Select the Rotate Tool or press (R). - Alt+Click in the point that you want to make it a center for you circle ( any click in your artboard ). - In the window that appear enter your angle ( angle will limit you shape repeating numbers, so if you write 90 your shapes will be 360/90= 4 and if you write 30 you shape numbers will be 360/30=12 ). ------ Or you can use the Scatter Brush, but i think Rotate Tool is suitable for your case.

You can make it with crop and actions. Make an action ( and make a Patch command if you know it. It can apply action to more files with one command ) with a crop command. Select the crop tool and in its option bar above enter your width, height and resolution. Then you can apply this action to your images quickly.
