I am using premier pro 23.1 but it fails to auto save team projects. any solutions ?
I have all my media for a Team Project on a folder on my hard drive. My collaborator has the exact same files with the exact same names in a folder on their hard drive. Yet every time one of us publishes the project and then the other person updates, the media for the person who updates shows up as off line. What am I doing wrong?
Hello! I would like a feature request:Every time I open a Team Project, the track height is defaulted back to a minimum height, so no changes in track heights are saved. This doesn't happen in regular .prproj files. Could this be addressed in a future update? Thanks,Stavros Symeonidis
Having issues with a Team Project. I made edits and shared them with a remote editor. They can't open the project because of a synchronization error. We have had problems with locating files after I made proxies for the project, even though they are located within the same folder as the source videos on Google Drive. Lots of issues. If anyone can help resolve these issues, it would be greatly appreciated. [Moderator note: moved to Team Projects forum for best assistance.]
(Performance issues) problem here, Apple M1, especially about exporting.Since we use Team projects, it isn't easy to downgrade (to 23.0).
I'm attempting to utilize team projects as a way to streamline workflow between multiple computers/team members -- I have a lower third motion graphic I've created and each computer has this motion graphics file installed. However, when team members try accessing the project where the lower third has been utilized it shows up as missing. When I try to route to map this media it will now allow me to route to the .mogrt file location or I cannot select to map the .mogrt. How do I go about mapping these files? For reference, when saving these .mogrt files I have gone through the user/adobe/common/motion graphics path to save these files locally to each computer. Thanks in advance!
Hey,I'm working on a team project. After I saved and shared my project I closed it. After reopening, my timeline is missing and there is an offline file. My first thought was that this file was my timeline... But it is way to short. If I look at my auto-saves in the cloud I can see that those files should be timelines(if the icons are acurate) but if I want to open them, the media is offline. Interestingly enougth another timeline, that is just a nested sequence, works fine. I'm on a Windows 10 machine and I'm using PP 23 Build 63Help is much apreciated.Thorben
Hi folks, We are in the latter stages of an observational feature doc edit using a large Premiere Pro Team Project which is getting very, very sluggish- very long project load times, lots of beach-balling, a very unresponsive interface and lots of freezes and project crashes. We're looking for a way to make the project more responsive. Similar to what we do in AVID we've noticed that if we delete old unused sequences it speeds up the project and improves performance, so we think making a slimmed-down version of the project will help us a lot.We obviously need to keep all of our media but we've identified lots long sequences that we no longer need in the project. To create a slimmed down version of the project I' proposing to do the following: 1. Get everyone's changes synced and stop editing.2. Convert the Team Project to a regular PP project3. Delete the sequences, titles and any media we no longer need4. Convert this slimmed-down version to a Team Project5. Invite all of th
I am using Premiere Pro 2023 on Windows, and it is all updated. Whenever I join a team project, I can't share or get the latest changes. Also, every now and then, a error pops up. It seems like Premiere is mainly having problems with any type of saving in a team project. Also, everything in a individual project works. [Moderator note: moved to best forum.]
Am I missing something re scratch disks? Advice seems to be to keep this local. Yet, if any of our team or collaborators use this option, then use a MOGRT, it creates the aegraphic file on their local computer and we can't access it. We looked into the solution of all linking the scratch disks to a shared drive, but one team member works with multiple clients who will be using Team Projects in the future so this doesn't work. Can we have different scratch disks for different Team Projects or is there a smart way to deal with this problem?
We are using Team Projects with Premiere 2023. We've noticed that sharing and getting changes is very responsive early in the morning(before 10am) and after 6pm. However, as the day goes on it gets slower and slower to the point where between 5pm and 6pm it's nearly impossible. Sometimes we get synchronization errors, sometimes it just hangs up, sometimes it crashes after hanging up etc. Then, after 6pm it clears up and we are able to share and receive changes easily. Any one have any guidance on resolving this? Thanks
My sequence file was deleted for a team project I'm working on. There is a backup of the sequence file saved to the creative cloud which I can see in the "Previous Versions" section. It just won't import or open. When I click it it gives me a loading bar and says "Importing" then nothing (attached screenshot). Same thing happens if I try to drag it into the timeline. I've been working on this project for a couple months now and really don't want to start over. Please help! Hey folks, My team collaborates via Team Project in AE, and over time it grew quite huge. Been trying to break it down into few smaller Team Projcts by:1. Creating new Team Project2. Importing part of main Team Project into new Team Project via Media Browser3. Assets and comps appear in new Team Project, but Share Changes icon is disabled. That's the issue, I've been trying few things:- if I close project at this point, everything imported doesn't get saved, no modal asking to Sync- if I try to edit imported files, Sync ignorrs it- if I create new comp or folder in master directory, then Share Changes icon is active, but only for new created stuff, it continues to ignore import- if I create new comp or folder in imported folder, it's not recognised- recreating same flow with brand new Team Project just to insure it's not project releted Obviously it's a bug, would appreciate help with it!Also would love to hear some suggestions on how do you collaborate within your
I created a Teams project in Premiere v15.4.22. A colleague created a mogrt for me that was created for a newer version. I opened Premier v22.2.0 and opened the Teams Project. It asked if I wanted to update and I chose to open it in the newer version. When the project opened, all my work was gone. There was no media in the project. When I tried to open an auto-saved version, the most recent version was from over 2 weeks ago, which was the last time the project was shared. Any idea why it did this or how I can recover my work?
Hi, I'm using Premiere Pro CC 2017.1.2. I'm trying to open a buns of team projects I own and it gets stuck. It doesn't get past this point, it tries to open for a minute, and then it gives up. Any idea what's going on?
Adobe sucks, we can't post on team projects thanks to your new update. My client cannot access their content and I cannot share it with him because the share button does not appear. I feel like I'm paying you for nothing. We are unable to deliver on most of your promises. Please do your job properly! Monopolization does not mean that your company will survive forever. █ Edit > Team Project > Get Last Changes [Not appearing] █ Edit > Team Project > Share my Changes [Not Appearing] :((:(:(:(:(:((:((:(:(::(:( 😠 [Moderator note: moved to appropriate forum.]
I started developing "Tree Shade" extension about ten years ago, and it was mainly for synchronizing project files and managing the work team, and it did not spread as required despite it's free of charge and open source, but during the last year I developed the extension to generate InDesign documents and Photoshop files based on special templates through Internet interface based on Node.js server. Source files include about thirty thousand lines distributed between Adobe Bridge and Adobe InDesign, as well as the Internet interface. I intend to appear in a live stream on Youtube to explain the extension in all aspects of investingusing, using and programming. For now I will try from Sunday to Thursday at 4:30pm Riyadh time. I address everyone who wants to participate in the development, testing, or using and investment to join me.I also hope to help me to upload the project to github.com so the developing team could collaborate in professional way as an open source soft
Hi, I´m having some issues working with Premiere team projects and Creative Cloud. Hi - Recently noticed this (see screenshot below) in my media browser. These are old and I don't recall ever making them 'Team' projects. I've tried to delete them but there is no option to do so; Edit -> Team Project options are greyed out. They are non-existent and can't be located. Any advice on how to elimiate them from my meda browser tree? Thanks in advance!
I had a team project that I'd been working on all day yesterday, sharing changes every few hours. Around 4pm, I made a new sequence by duplicating another and renaming it to V2. I made a bunch of edits in that version and at 6PM, I shared my changes and went home. Now I'm opening the project again, and the last few hours of what I did are gone. Instead of the new sequence, there's now a sequence with the unlinked media icon (a question mark), and it's still called "...copy 01". When I try to open that, I get the Media Management panel. All my media is still in the same place it was yesterday. The corrupted sequence is also in 29,97 fps, while I duplicated it from a 25fps sequences. When I go to autosaves, the last one is from 6PM, and it already has the "...copy 01"-sequence instead of the V2 (only without the unlinked media icon, but when I double click on it, I only get 4 seconds of the "Missing Media" screen). The one before that is from 4PM, and doesn't have any of m
As stated on the subject. We have been working on a project for over a couple of months, we have three people working on this. There were no problems for the first month but now I can't get latest changes and share the changes without closing the project. When I'm closing project I can share changes, but without closing I can't. [Moderator note: moved to best forum.]
Hi guys,I use pr2019 and has been invited to team project and i accepted in adobe desktop. How can i use this accepted invite in pr2019 ? do i need to open google drive stream? Please help. thanks.J !
Hi folks, We've been using team project in Premiere for about 3months now. We have a very large project which takes a long time to open (5mins usually) and then an even longer time to load all media files (20-30mins - we have apx 40k assests in our project and the project is essentially unusable while the media loads. Also we have found that allowing the media to load before making any changes in the project prevents any auto save issue which seem to be overly common in PP Team projects). I have Premiere set to launch when my Mac starts up and I have my Mac scheduled to start up 15mins before I arrive into the office each day. For regular (non-Team) projects I have the Premiere Home Screen set to open the most recent project but this doesn't work for Team Project as Premiere says it can't find the location of the team project on the computer. Is there a way that the most recently opened Team Project can open automatically when Premiere Pro is launched?...this would save m
I want to use the Premiere Pro Team Projects feature to collabarate with editors, but I do have a question about rendering. Does each person have to render locally on their own computer? Or if the project is rendered by one person on the project, is it automatically rendered for everyone else?
Hi all. Hoping I can find some help here as 2+ hours of 2 remote access sessions with Adobe Support has yielded nothing. Maybe someone on here as a number I can call? I am a part of an Enterprise Account through a business. It seems as if Adobe created access to a "business account" and a "personal account" through connected emails. I have multiple team projects that I need access to, through my work email, and I have now completely lost access to them. I can not be invited to them either, as I "already have access." I cannot access the team projects through either the email + "business account" or the email + "personal account." Has anyone run into this issue? What do I do? This is insane. Thanks for your help.
