Team Projects

I'm losing my mind. This is my first time working with a Team Project and it's been a complete nightmare. I'm editing with Premiere, and I linked various After Effects compositions. It worked all right for a day, and then a bunch of bugs started happening. First, I couldn't open Premiere (that seems to have solved itself), but now I cannot open the AE compositions I had linked. When I try opening them from Premiere by clicking on "Edit Original," it gets stuck at "Preparing Team Project for editing" and never opens.  I don't know what to do. I've cleaned the media cache, moved the .tpr file, deleted the plug-ins on the MediaCore folder, and deleted the file on the Team Projects Local Hub folder. Nothing works. Help, please. I have a MacBook Pro, Apple M1 Max, 64 GB RAM.My Premiere and After Effects version is 25.1.    

We are working on a Team Project. And one of the editor keep having auto-save issue. Like this. And she has tried relaunching Premiere, logging in with a different account or cleaning up the Team Project Locak Hub Folder. However, none of them solved the issue. Now she couldn't make any change or save any change in this teamproject. When I tried to log in her account on my computer, I can edit and share changes but I also get auto-save issue with error code 1606090348. Don't know if we are having the same error. I saw somebody suggest convert it to Project and let the whole team jump into the new teamproject. But if this issue appears from time to time,  we could not move on to new projects over and over again. We need a solution. HELP!

When trying to share a team-project, I get a window that says "resolve conflicts" but the window itself is empty.  No matter what option I select the only "button" I can click is "Stop Resolving" which basically cancels the operation. HELP - We can't publish changes until this is fixed!

After updating to the latest Premiere Pro, all my Teams projects cant be opened. The open-dialog in premiere just suddently stops loading. What can I do? When I oopen the same projects in Beta, it works!

The company I work at has Enterprise Creative Cloud licenses. We have a video studio with 4 editors who are working on a team project. Last Friday (11/10), one of the editors made updates to the team project and synced. Upon doing so, Adobe Premiere Pro gave an Unknown error that just loops with this particular project. Error states to close Premiere Pro and reopen however as mentioned above, the error just loops. Editor has done a restart and a shutdown. Adobe Creative Cloud and all apps including Premiere Pro are up-to-date. Editor is on a 2019 Mac Tower with Apple Silicon chip and running Monterey macOS 12.6.3. We've checked for any firewalls and none are enabled. The other 3 Video Editors can access same team project without issue. We've ruled out Premiere Pro by having a different editor in the group log into Premiere Pro on same Mac Tower as user getting error and works fine. I had one of the editors to make a copy of the team project, invite the editor having issue and see what

An invitation was sent to me to work on a team project. I cannot see the invite anywhere. I don't see a notification in my adobe account or in Manage Team Projects. I have already been able to create a Team project and invite people.   Kind regards   [Moderator note: moved to appropriate forum.]  

Hello community,I wanted to find out if there are any updates on creating team projects with Audition. I know we can do Team Projects in Premiere but I'm reeeeally hoping Audition Team projects are coming soon.  Thanks,Kaely 

Hi all,We're working with the (beta) team projects in After Effects.On the most part it works well. However, when we decide to replace a file in the projects window, we find that the 'replace footage' option is greyed out. It possible to import new footage here, and from there of course we can alt-drag to replace the various instances, but it's pretty messy compared to just being able to replace.Am I missing something? Or is this just a team project bug?Ta

Hi all,It appears when I add labels (colors) to different clips on the timeline, Team Projects does not preserve them after I close out of the project. In other words, I'll go ahead and spent hours highlighting clips I find to be of use in my sequence, and then upon closing out of Premiere and re-opening the project, all of my labels/colors are gone.Clip labels themselves do not appear to trigger the "share" option because they're personal properties, according to another thread I read here. But Premiere doesn't even preserve them for my own personal use when I reopen my projects.Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a workaround? Currently on CC 2018 12.1.1.

Stuck on "Processing loaded assets" and "Loading individual asset description"Sometimes it open, If I CMD+OPTION click and clear cash and plugin. I create a new team project from that instance and the same problem happen again.  

Hello my team project has dissapeared, I had an error maessage telling me to restart premiere pro (24.6.3) was not able to publish. I have the .tpr file saved locally in my autosaved projects - how to I open it? Thanks Premiere pro (24.6.3)OS 12.7.6MAcbook Pro M1

Hi, I have sent a request to two collaborators for a team project. On their end, they didn't receive notification. They also can't create team project, having an error message as per the screenshot attached. (Regards people graph... that I don't really understand). Is there any step to solve this issue? Thanks

I've made changes to a Team Project but was not given an option to Publish. Before I closed said project, it did say that changes were saved locally. However, now I'm trying to access it again, it's gone off my list of Team Projects. I was not removed manually by the owner of the project.I'm wondering if I were to be removed and re-invited again to the project, will the changes that I have made still be "Saved Locally" and would I be able to publish them once I'm back on it?Any help would be appreciated!

For some reason today, no matter which team project I open, it says Disconnected under changes and I'm not able to Publish or Update.  When I look I try to look at team project settings  it says this in  the window: My internet connection is normal and I'm able to sign into creative cloud so I'm no sure what issue is.  Everything was working yesterday.

I work on a team where we are sharing dozens of team projects. I am frequently experiencing an issue where team projects that were previously shared with me disappear from my "Manage Team Projects" menu, so I am unable to access them. This happens for projects I have opened before, as well as projects that I haven't opened before. I often have the owner of the projects reshare them with me after they disappear, though they will sometimes disappear again within hours.  Any assistance with this would be much appreciated. Premiere 25 will not load the assets from a large team project in premiere 24.  this mkes switching to 25 undoable.  opening a project that was created in Premiere 24 hangs indefinetly.  I have tried converting it to a project fist (which works). but if I close the team project and try to open it again it fails again.

Hi.. I have a problem that seems stupid but it is big for me as a beginner.. I opened TeamProject and invited my friend , he accepted the invitation.. then i opened a new composition and it says (synced) at the top.. I worked for several hours but then I told him to complete this composition on his computer.. But nothing that I worked on for several hours appears to him on After Effects.. It seems like I am working alone and not on TeamProject.. Any suggestions to help me solve the problem?? (We are using the latest version - I am the owner and I bought a license for my friend)

Hi all, I'm in a Premiere Teams project, and typically, if someone is editing on a sequence, it switches to 'View Only'. If you want to make changes, and someone is already in the sequence, you shouldn't be allowed in to edit. I have now been having the problem, however, where the project seems to think there are unpublished changes, and keep duplicating sequences to try and save the progress. I'm wondering if this was a glitch that kept repeating because we don't publish the sequences we never asked for? Or if we're not updating or publishing enough, so the system is incorrectly assuming it needs to go into recover mode? Every user has had the same problem on their end. I'm attaching screen grabs for reference. Has anyone experienced this issue when workng in Teams? Any help is appreciated!

Hi all,is any other experiencing issues with converted Team Projects in Premiere/After Effects 25.0? We have different machines, macOS Sequoia 15.0.1 and Windows 11, media on shared network storage, and we have severe issues loading TP created before and converted to v25. Projects are crashing/freezing during the loading process, forcing the quitting. We rolled back to Premiere/After Effects v24 as we were unable to work on our projects. Even with v24 sometimes we experienced Team Projects corruptions, with fatal errors on loading and lot of time wasted by going back version by version until finding the latest working one. We thought that v25 should have been more stable and reliable with Team Projects... Any other with the same problem?

Im trying to publish my project. But it says it is currently saving it with the blue bar completely full. The only option it gives me is to "Cancel Publish". Id prefer not to lose my progress mostly because im not sure how far it might set me back 😞 please help

Hi,I converted a local project to a Teams project but am unable to invite collaborators to join. I've made sure the e-mails are associated with their own Creative Cloud account and checked that we are both using the same version of Premiere, 24.6.1 (Build 2) but the intended recipient doesn't see anything in their inbox including the spam folder. Any solutions would be helpful. Thank you.

I'm trying to publish the changes I've made to my team project, but premiere won't stop loading and I'm stuck on this screen:Is it just taking a long time because I made too many changes between publishing or some other reason? Is there a way to force-publish? Or am I just stuck here not able to share my changes at all?
