Today the access to the forums with Google Chrome is not possible. Response from the system:http://www.adobe.com/special/message.htmlNo problems with Firefox.
In the past couple of days I have to log in every time I visit the forum with a fresh browser window, even though I click the [ ] Remember Me checkbox during login. Is this something I've neglected to flush/clear, or am I not alone? This is a definite change between pre- and post-update, and I haven't done anything else to my system, which is otherwise functioning perfectly. Why is it so much to ask that things just work the way they're supposed to? Through these little things those of us who help Adobe's customers are made to feel more and more unwanted.-Noel
I followed http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/402/kb402704.html and arrived at Adobe's 404 page. On the default 404 handler page the link http://www.adobe.com/aboutadobe/contact.html is provided with the text:Broken link?Send us an e-mail.Which to me should lead directly to a form to fill out and provide details of the broken link, but instaead one arrives at the default Contact Us page, http://www.adobe.com/aboutadobe/contact.html , where one must strategically select the correct option which is very obscure and for most users not easily found. At this point most will simply move on with their day and not report the broken link due to the amount of effort expected on their part to do so. I suggest the workflow for this be corrected or considerably easier for the end user.Lastly, I desire to know where http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/402/kb402704 has gone to if someone could kindly tell me.
I've been trying for hours to sign-into AdobeTV, and cannot. I've reset my account twice, then initiated a chat with support who also reset my password. I can get to other areas on Adobe & sign-in to those areas, but when tring to sign-in on AdobeTV, I cannot. Because I assume it's a site bug, I tried to submit a but report and GOT AN ERROR THERE TOO. (I recorded a screencast: http://youtu.be/rf7as_BPRuw )It's becoming laughable SO FRUSTRATING, as I navigate around to all the adobe sites— just trying to get help signing-in.
Hey guys, Sometimes when I try log into the forums it says something along the lines of "Your acount has been banned. If you believe this to be a mistake please contact and administrator". Then, after I wait a few minutes and try again it works and I can log in... any admins out there know what is going on?
I used one several years ago to register Photoshop and forgot I had it. I opened a new account as a student but would like to now combine both accounts under my personal, non-student account so that all of my products are under one umbrella, so to speak. The Adobe ID page states that if you need to combine two Adobe IDs, that you must open a support ticket. The link on that page points to the product support page, where there is no information or link that I could find for a non-product issue. The support portion of Adobe sent me in circles for the better part of an hour, as every link led to product support. Can someone instruct me on how to open a non-product-related support ticket to get my Adobe IDs combined?ANY and ALL help is appreciated!

For some hours earlier tonight, I received a 404 Not Found error when trying to access these forums. Was this a scheduled maintenance, or what?
Hi everybody, when accessing an order in "My recent orders" (in "My Adobe") and after hitting the "Print receipt" link, I alway run into a bunch of network errors which cause the page to not display correctly. Obviously all the style sheets and some javascript can't be loaded. The console says this:"NetworkError: 403 Forbidden - http://wwwimages.stage.adobe.com/www.stage.adobe.com/lib/com.adobe/_all.js""NetworkError: 403 Forbidden - http://wwwimages.stage.adobe.com/www.stage.adobe.com/lib/com.adobe/template/screen.css""NetworkError: 403 Forbidden - http://wwwimages.stage.adobe.com/www.stage.adobe.com/lib/com.adobe/template/fullscreen.css""NetworkError: 403 Forbidden - http://wwwimages.stage.adobe.com/www.stage.adobe.com/lib/com.adobe/template/print.css"Is this only happening to me or has anybody else experienced it too? What can be done here? Is this forum even the right place to ask this question? And if not, how can I get in contact with an Adobe webmaster? Thanks for your help and bes
I was working through the first couple of tutorials by Paul Trani (Fitness Training). It is a series of 10 and now I can't find some of the beginning ones that I was using. Help!
Greetings,Several days ago I was logged out of this forum. I tried logging back in, but I always get error #413 saying "Header Length too Large". I have found out that I only get this error on the 64-bit version of IE. I am able to log in using any 32-bit browser, including 32-bit IE.What has happened recently that logged me out, and prevents me from logging back in?Thanks,Shane.
I have my usual haunts bookmarked to the discussion page. Today I was showing someone how to get there, and I could not. I could be blind, but can not see the option to get to discussion page on either Bridge or Camera Raw. Below are screen shots. One shows normal view the other the altenate screen for Bridge. Never got the view with camera raw on how to get to discussion page. Win 7 system, firefox browser.
I have never used email as it is not a good fit for me, and has limitations. But to answer questions properly it would be helpful to know what they see. Here is what I am assuming they see or don't see. If incorrect set me straight please, but be gentle.1. They do not see any edits made to messages.2. They do not see header for Announcements of current issues.3. They do not see Link to mark answers "answered" or "helpful".4. If you refer them to items in the header like "Adobe Icon", "Adobe Community" link, FAQ, or Popular Discussions they do not see it.5. And finally, what do they get when they click "create by email" rather than "start a discussion"?This was all brought into light yesterday when I suggested OP read Announcement #2 on ACR 7.3 just above the Discussion questions in Photoshop Forum. He responded back that he could not find Announcement or ACR 7.3 as he lost the link to the Photoshop Discussion Page so please send it.
When I try to login to the forum using Firefox (v. 18.0) I get stuck in an eternal redirection loop, making it impossible for me to login using Firefox. I can log in to other parts fo the Adobe site (e.g. the bug tracker) and it works fine using IE, so it seems to be a conflict between the forum and Firefox specifically. The following is the page I'm trying to login using:https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/entitlement/index.cfm?e=ca&returnurl=http://forums.adobe.com/adobe_login&loc=enWhen I click the "Sign in" button I get stuck on an empty page that contains just the following:<html> <head> <title>Redirecting...</title> <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; url=http://forums.adobe.com/adobe_login" /> </head> <body> &n
As I understand it, when I click 'Follow this forum', the forum in question is supposed to appear under History->Places. However, if I login in forums.adobe.com on a different machine, the newly followed follow doesn't appear. I'm expecting this feature to be associated to my account, not my machine.Where/who do I report this issue to?
I am making a series of animations that will eventually appear on Youtube. the point of this series being to get practice in animation and to add something to the portfolio. Is anyone interested, or does anyone know where i can ask who might be interested?I ask only because i am not well enough into the bussiness to know anyone to network with.
Adobe already knows my email address. Why would I get a email from Adobe requesting me to verify my email address. Asking me to copy a very long link to paste in my browser. I can not copy/paste the link her either.this is how it starts https://adobeid-na1.services.adobe.com/renga-idprovider/pages/evp?state=d511i and goes on foreverIs this from Adobe or a scam?Barbie
We have around 200 schools all looking to start using Bluefire's ereader iOS app which utilises Adobe's DRM. The app requires activation with an Adobe ID. Unfortunately the vendor of the app has neglected to implement web proxy support. I have written to them and been told they know they need to do it but haven't bothered to set themselves a schedule. Seems utterly lazy as I suspect it isn't rocket science. I even sent them the link to the documentation on Apple's Developer web site. While we await this implementation I wanted to help the schools get on with their business by temporarily allowing direct access to the web services needed to get their ebooks. I've pinpointed the IP addresses of the actual ebook servers but the last roadblock is the initial Adobe ID activation of the app. I've tried to search for a page from Adobe showing the range of addresses they use but couldn't find one. Does anyone know what the best practice is here? Is there a specific range we can open up to allo
I have a question getting the proper version of Flash Player for my computer. So I went to the Flash Player forum and typed my question into the question box. But all I received was a notice saying that no similar questions were found (or something to that effect). In other words, it did not let me ask my question to the Adobe FP community--it just did a run of the keywords in previous posts.I need to ask my question to the Adobe community and have just spent half hour going around in circles. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks.
I know that the Adobe Forum team has worked hard over the last year, to improve the forums' Search Function. The standardization across the various forums, the utility of Search, HAS been improved - thank you for that work. However, once, after one ran a Search, and received a results page, it was possible to go thread-by-thread in those results, to pick the one, ones, that worked for an OP's situation, and by just using the browser's Back button, the searcher was taken back to the Search results page, for more research. Now, the Back button takes me (Chrome on Windows PC) to the general Discussions page, and not the Search results page. This means that the Search criteria have to be re-added. At first, it would seem that Copy/Paste for the Search criteria would be the best workflow, and just re-do that Search, over and over, reading one thread per Search. However, I use Search most often to help posters get answers, and I use the URL to the existing threads to do that. Here is an examp
Why can't I choose English for the Swiss Adobe website? It is very annoying if you're a foreigner and you're trying to purchase/find out any local information on adobe.com.Also, why isn't there a section for one to report bugs/features for the actual website? Somehow I found the link http://forums.adobe.com/community/web_feedback on the Swiss version, but it says that "The item does not exist. It may have been deleted."Andrada

On my iPhone, this jumped up in place of the normal site this morning:Unfortunately, I cannot seem log in, nor can I find a place where I can just get back the regular standard site.Honestly, I'd just prefer to be able to set an option to allow me to use the standard, normal interface, as zooming works just fine.Oh, and the following isn't happy news for me either, as I prefer to keep Private Browsing turned on on my iPhone.-Noel
