Hi all,   Here are the updates we released today on the Adobe Support Community:   Reading New: A “Resources” area on community and conversation pages that highlights quick links to FAQs, tutorials, and ACP blogs and articles. You'll start seeing Resources when our community managers configure them. Why does it not remember the last folder used when choosing a file/an image instead of defaulting back to Desktop?

Why am I logged out when I refresh a forum page?

Which I have to return to on a daily basis, because Premiere is full of more bugs than almost every other app I use, put together.Is something wrong with your cookies?

Hello, all,Is anyone else having an issue with logging on to the forum?I log on, click a link, and on the resulting page instead of seeing my icon I see "Sign In".  So I click the link, log on again, see my icon, click another link and the next page doesn't have my icon, it has a "Sign In" link.  Ad nauseum.Anyone else having this issue?V/r,^ _ ^

You're supposed to be able to filter results by various topics just by clicking on a topic (NB: there's another thread reporting, and I have confirmed, that the topic filter is removed if you try to move to another page in the filtered list, which makes it next to useless), but it would be nice to also filter by things you don't want to see.   For example, my area of interest is FrameMaker, but I have no real knowledge of either structured FrameMaker or scripting in FrameMaker; however, there is no way to exclude posts for those topics and since there's also no Unstructured topic tag, I see every post in the FrameMaker community.   You can't see the topic tag unless you open the thread, and it's easy to miss that tag since it is shown after the OP and is (relatively) small. As a result, I've responded to a number of threads only to realize later than they're asking about either Scructured FrameMaker or Scripting. 

I've not landed on this forum for quite a while but it seems that after drastically overhauling its UI it operates a lot slower than it used to with the older engine. Every (you heard it right) click is followed by a considerable lag both in response and state changes in every browser I use regardless of its update status –  all the way from Safari 9 up to Safari 13 and Firefox 70. I restarted every one of them without extensions – still no difference. I liked the more simple and less resource-hungry design. This is just a forum, not some streaming site, there's about 3/4 of information which is text.Also, it seems RSS feeds are gone. I lost track of all my watched threads.

Posting images on this site need to be fixed. Image are noe even poste as shown ine the post previed the gey resize too small.

TSIA.  Is this seriously happening?  I just tried to post a question in the CF forum, and the form wouldn't submit UNLESS AND UNTIL I SELECTED A TOPIC!  Malicious compliance: ALL SELECTED.  Doing the same for this complaint post.   This is what is commonly known as REMOVED design.  I am seriously fed up with the new community portal.  I ACTUALLY PINE FOR THE DAYS OF JIVE!!!!

Why does my profile say I have 4 posts, yet I can see ONLY one? Why was I given a "New Here" badge, when I first signed in 6 years ago (or so my profile shows)? What is going on here?

Hi.I just wanted to let Adobe know that I found a link that leads to a 404 Error page on https://www.adobe.com/accessibility/products/acrobat/pdf-repair-add-form-fields.html. The link is supposed to lead to additional information about making accessible forms. 

Given that there is some confusion about where topics should go, can we have community descriptions added to the landing page? For example, many new posters are creating threads in the Community Help forum instead of the product forum because they aren't aware that Community Help means "help using the communities" not "ask the community for help with a product". A short description under the community name would be a  big, big help with this, especially for the non-product communities.    Additionally, there's no way to tell if a community is accessible to everyone or if access is restriced to MVPs, ACPs, and staff. Adding that information to the description would be useful so we don't have to try to remember which is which.   (Edited the title since I forgot to put [Feature Request] in it.)    

出来ないというより、すでに「yyy」という名前で設定済みだと思っていたのですが、https://forums.adobe.com/community/international_forums/japaneseにアクセスすると…「このフォーラムネームは使用できません。別のフォーラムネームを入力してください。」とエラーがでます。 そもそもこのフォーラムと上記URLは違うサービスですか？よくわかってないのでトンチンカンな質問かもしれませんが、よろしくおねがいします。

ever since adobe "improved" these forums, they are nearly unusable.  If I do a search, it will say something like 1020 results; but only 10 or so actually appear and there is no way to view more.   Also, any post from the past that is returned through a google search, you cant see, the link from google just brings you to the main page that lists all the forums instead of the original post you want to read.   Am I missing something, or did adobe totally break this (like they seem to do everything else)   Sorry for the snarky post...it's Monday!

On the site if one click on their avatar a menu opens and if you click on its help Item it will  open the Community Help Conversations which currently has nearly 9,000 conversations. The is not helpful because search and sorting does not work well on this site. 

When I click on a forum link on an Android device I have started getting a standard cookies warning. When I tap Accept nothing happens. I cannot accept the cookies and dismiss the warning.  

To every Adobe employee who contributed to the new CC desktop app UI and UX, I just want to say thank you. It's open, clean, organized, visually pleasing, and very much appreciated.   Moved from the Forum (Community) Help forum, which is for Help Using this forum system, to the Get started forum.

Chrome Version 77.0.3865.120 Mac High Sierra: 10.13.6

Hello,    I recently setup Adobe Spark for my K-12 school. I was initially able to access the admin console and setup all the Google SSO info. Now I can't get back into the console to assign Spark licenses to users. I keep getting the message that I do not have authoriation or I get an error. I have attached all the different message I get when trying to access the console. (Also, phone support was absolutely useless.)

I can scroll down Conversations and more are continually visible. OK.But if I enter a topic in the Search This Community field, say "tags," it reports 622 results, but only the first 10 will load. There is no way to keep scrolling down and there are no Next/Previous buttons to get to the other posts..I've checked this in both Chrome and Firefox, and Acrobat Pro, Illustrator, or Photoshop.Please Fix ASAP!

It would be nice to be able to search my own posts with a search box, for example: I answered a question for a user and can't remember what I told them and want to answer the same question for another user.   Yes, I know I could have copied the answer to a file or created a macro, but there are times when you don't ever expect to have to answer a particular question twice.  

I am trying to upload an image from my PC so to change my avatar and I am getting this message... "Sorry, unable to complete the action you requested". My file is PNG and I have try three difrent sizes till now. 312x312, 256x256 and 128x128. What am I doing wrong?Thank you for your time!!!
