Account, Payment, & Plan

In my Adobe Photography Plan I see listed two Photoshop apps, V26.3 & V25.12.1.  I also see listed two Bridge apps, V.15.02 & V14.1.5.  Is there a reason for have two apps of each?  If not, how do I delete the extra apps?Thank you.Baker

Hallo Community,Ich habe eine Frage. Ich habe seit 2 Jahren das Studenten-Abo der Creative Cloud - Das erste Jahr für 16€, das letzte Jahr für 30€. Nun hat sich heute mein Abo verlängert und mir wurden 60€ in Rechnung gestellt. Müsste nicht mein Abo weiterhin als Student für 30€ laufen?Kann ich mein Abo im Notfall jetzt noch kündigen. Man hat ja glaube ich 14 Tage Zeit.Ich habe auch überhaupt keine Information von Adobe (mail) bekommen, dass sich der Betrag erhöht.Letztes Jahr habe ich vorab eine Mail bekommen, dass sich mein abo in Kürze verlängert.Kann mir jemand Info dazu geben? Adobe kann ich erst wieder morgen kontaktieren.Vielen dank schon einmal und viele Grüße

Ich muss die Firmenadresse ändern, da eine Namensänderung stattgefunden hat. Wie kann ich das machen? Bin schon alle Möglichkeiten durchgegangen, habe jedoch kein Punkt "Rechnungsadresse ändern" gefunden.

After signing in to apikation, I can't get into my plan of my pre-paid installed programs.

Hello, I just noticed that my computer was not recognized as already activated on Creative Cloud, even though I've been using the applications for several months. I think this is because my computer has issues with the BIOS battery, which caused identification data to be lost and is no longer recognized by Creative Cloud. What data does Creative Cloud use to identify a device (is the key tied to the disk, motherboard, or MAC address)? I now find myself with 2 devices activated on my Creative Cloud subscription, which correspond to the same physical computer. How can I resolve this issue?  Thank you in advance.

Hello friends, I am from a South American country, after a long time I decided to try to buy Photoshop and Illustrator to use the new features, I always found their plans expensive so I found an economic plan that I thought I could afford it however I do not know if it is the bad habit of companies not specify in the ad but as all this was new to me I saw the following offersat first glance what I understood is that this is the price per month thinking that I could cancel it at any time as I have done in other applications that I have paid, but as they do not specify in the announcement of the offer I bought and without realizing I was trapped in a 12 month contract, and I honestly did not find anything that I could not afford. Honestly I did not find anything new that is why I stopped using it, if I use it sporadically but I can not cancel the plan without paying a penalty, my question is this if I register a card on which I have no funds adobe will try to charge me and when I can not

Hello,I forgot to cancel my membership last month and was charged but the chat bot already resolved this for me and got me a refund. But then I was again charged for 63$ the same day. I tried talking to the AI but it doesn't understand my question and won't let me connect to an agent because I don't have an active membership. I attached a picture of the refunds and charges 

I was just told emphatically by customer support that there's simply no possible way Adobe can send me an auto-receipt of my auto-payment. As a small business owner who uses Adobe's services for my business, this is unbelievable. Imagine if I had to remind myself to manually generate proof of payment from every expense I have at the end of each month or even just at the end of the year for tax purposes. I'd have to hire an assistant.  Is Adobe not in the business of TECHNOLOGY? Come on, it's 2020 guys. My small locally-owned trash pick-up service can manage to send me an auto-receipt after my auto-payment. Adobe, please figure this out for goodness sake.

I was notified by text that I would be billed over $400 dollars for a plan. I hit the link and went to my account. No subscriptions. Then I checked other emails: no account and ended up making new ones because it goes straight to password on 3/4 emails. I can't find any way to talk to a real person and chat is more than frustrating. HELP ME!

Det jag missade då var att jag angav fel mailadress (och inget telefonnr) och fick aldrig tillgång till det kontot. Nu blir jag debiterad på mitt kreditkort men jag kan inte avsluta betalningen eftersom jag inte kan logga in på det konto med Mail eller telefonnr. Hur gör jag för att avsluta betalningen?

Hi,I've subscribed to a trial version of After Effects last here for a small project. Knowing that it was a trial version I reminded myself, and did it at the time, cancelled the trial version well under the 7 days, because, again, it was for a small project and for those 7 days i've used 2 full days if that!. To my complete surprise and astonishment i noticed that i've been charged since July 2024 for the full amount for the After Effects. Yeah, it's been a while until now that I noticed, I'm not constantly controlling my bank account and I'm not supposed to. Moreover it seems that it automatically chose the version were you have a cancellation fee (????????) (because why not, right adobe?), because even if I have chosen something it would be the "Monthly plan with no annual commitment" wich I didn't because I cancelled the trial version. I need help on this matter! Thank you

I used my 7 day trial and now it wants me to pay. I dont want to pay but it keeps trying to charge my card. How do i stop it from trying? Please help guys!

I currently have an account on my computer paid for by my employer. I am going to remove that and open a personal account. Do I need to delete all of the apps in my Applications folder first before opening the new account?
