It appears that the free trial has ended, and I have been charged $70 CAD for a full month of service.I must clarify that I intended to cancel the subscription before being charged, as I did not wish to continue using the service. However, when I attempted to cancel, I encountered an obstacle. The cancellation process required me to "provide a valid payment method," which led me to enter my banking information through PayPal. Good afternoon.  Years ago we had a need to add accounts for Adobe Acrobat through websales and telesales - six accounts being charged $29.99 per month and one at $14.99 per month. These acounts were for people that are long-gone and were registered with personal email addresses. I need these charges to stop. How can I remove? Adobe phone support says I must have an email address and my credit card company (AmEx) says that Adobe has to deal with it. Please help. Thank you.

HiI had recently purchased Adobe premiere pro for which I got charged the normal amount. But a few days later I got charged for something called adobe systems soft which I did not buy.I wasn't even aware about this until I checked my bank account. And I didn't even get an email saying this product had been purchased.I wanted to know why this happened and would I get my money back? ThanksEl

Lr Desktop says “creative cloud subscription expired” and it hasn’t. I'm logged into my creative cloud, ran all necessary updates and my Lightroom desktop says Creative Cloud expired. Under LR help menu sign in is grayed out so I can't sign in from LR or manage account from there. Any other way to link the account again? Used it a few days ago no issue. My auto payment is supposed to hit tomorrow but it's been prepaid monthly since 2015 without issue? Help!

When I open the billing history tab in my Adobe Account I notice that the latest operations are negative numbers. Is this because I have canceled this accidental subscription and the negative numbers represend the refund?

Anyone else having trouble canceling a membership? I keep getting an error message when trying to cancel and I can't find any kind of customer service of helpdesk to assist me. Whenever I click on an option to get help from customer service via chat or telephone, it sends me to the same page over and over again. Very frustrating.

I lived in Russia and used ADOBE until 2022. Now I have been living and working in Turkey for more than six months. I have a bank account here. But I can't renew my subscription to ADOBE products because I'm still Russian account. How can I change this?

Hello!I have a concern about the packages offered by Adobe.I intend to buy one of the two packages, but I am interested to be available and the beta feature for Photoshop the one for generative fille.My question is next, does the Photography package also include this feature or is it necessary to purchase the Photoshop package to have this feature?Because there are quite different prices and I want to know if this is a reason why there is such a difference?

I have been trying for months to cancel my plan, with no luck. Adobe keeps trying to charge my credit card and I keep cancelling the charge. I have no idea how to get these crooks to stop trying to steal from me. Does anyone have ideas?

Buenas tardes.Hace unos días, subscribí al plano de Adobe Creative Cloud para prepararme a la práctica de la universidad y quería probarlo gratis durante una semana, pero luego mi ordenador murió porque no aguantó este programa. No podía hacer nada ni anular la subscribción y ahora estoy en punto de perder casi 130 euros (porque para anularla ahora tengo que pagar 108,14 euros más), teniendo en cuenta que utilicé el programa una vez y no lo necesito más para nada.¿Me podéis devolver dinero? ¿O, por lo menos. anularme la subscripción sin ningún pagamiento? Gracias y un saludo

I do hope this is a bug. But I've had the membership with Adobe for years and I tried cancelling it earlier last month because I'm graduating and without a job. During my cancellation process, Adobe OFFERED a 2 months free break for my autopayment before charging again to avoid cancelling my membership altogether. I thought it was very nice of an offer and I clicked that option instead of cancelling.  Then paypal announces Adobe autopayment went through this month anyways. When I appealed to paypal that it must be a mistake because I just got 2 free months, whoever processed my ticket on the Adobe end flat-out cancelled my membership and informed me afterwards via email, not even waiving the May payment.  You could have just let me cancelled instead of offering me a fake plan to get one more month payment out of me. Just saying 😕😕

I've been a customer for 4 years. Every year they raise my monthly costs with €20 dollars extra. I go to the chat and explain i want to cancel and they offer me the 'special price' again. Chat helpdesk is unavailable for weeks. So now i have to cancel the subscription. Does anyone know what hours the chat is available? I tried nighttime daytime everything.
