Acrobat Reader

  Guten Abend, vom Jobcenter haben wir PDF-Formulare, die wir für Fehlzeiten mit dem Adobe Reader ausfüllen wollen. Beim bearbeiten und speichern der Formulare kommt jedoch diese Fehlermeldung:  Formularinformationen können nicht gespeichert werdenHinweis: Sie können keine ausgefüllte Kopie des Formulars auf Ihrem System speichern.Wenn Sie eine Kopie für Ihre Unterlagen aufheben mochten, drucken Sie das ausgefüllte Formular aus. Wie kann dieses Problem behoben werden?Hinweis: Der Adobe Reader ist nicht lizenziert; bei anderen Formularen, die aus anderer Quelle stammen,  ist eine Bearbeitung jedoch problemlos möglich. Ich habe schon ein bisschen in anderen Foren nach dem Problem gesucht, jedoch bislang keine Lösung gefunden.Der Lösungsvorschlag, im Menü "Erweitert" anzuklicken und die Funktion "Funktionen in Adobe Reader erweitern" auszuwählen, ist nicht umsetzbar, da ich einen solchen Punkt in der aktuellen Adobe-Reader-Version nicht finde. 

I like to highlight text in a document with my mouse as I go sentence by sentence (not with the highlighter tool, just simply dragging my mouse over the words). For some reason, this is causing the words on the page to totally get screwed up. These are the different things that happen: 1) It will spread out the paragraph to random parts of the page2) It will show text from a different page over the part I have highlighted3) It will be change size or even be unreadable. Please note that it is temporary as it goes back to normal fairly quickly, but it makes it impossible for me to read while highlighting with my mouse. *I have pretty much unchecked everything in "General" that could potentially cause this. The only other area that I feel could play a role is the "Page Display" section of Preferences. That is just a guess though. Please HELP!

Hello,currently I have the following problem: A user has opened several PDF files from a network share. Now the PC is put into hibernation mode and some hours later the PC is woken up again, then the opened files from the network drive get one of the following error messages and the files have to be reopened manually :1. out of memory2. insufficient data for an image The network drive is correctly connected when logging on, so Acrobat Reader should be able to access it again. However, it still closes the files with the above errors. The problem does not occur with other PDF viewers.Is there a solution for this to make it easier to work with files on network drives?

Hii..We have suddenly started getting error - 'the exception unknown software exception (0x0000409) occurred in the application at location 0x01395d2e' across all workstations in our domain while opening Adobe reader. we have no clue what caused it. We have windows 7 installed in our environment fully updated with security and critical patches and using the latest adobe reader version 11.0.19.Any assistance to fix this issue would be highly appreciated.I found below fixes at one of the threads in the adobe forums however they are not helping.First thing I would try is update to 11.0.4.  If that doesn't solve the problem, some more things you can try...Using Windows Explorer navigate to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 11.0\Reader, then double-click on Eula.exe and accept the license agreementCan you open Adobe Reader by itself?  If so, try disabling Protected Mode [Edit | Preferences | Security (Enhanced)].If you cannot open Reader by itself, try to disable Protected Mode in the

Attached is an example from my Perl-based library (PDF::Builder) to create a number of splines using Bezier curves. It used to work fine in the free downloadable Acrobat Reader (which automatically updates), but now it blows up at the first curve. It still displays fine in other PDF Readers, such as the one in the Firefox browser. Any ideas? I use curves to create arcs and circles/ellipses in other examples, and they still work OK.

I share most of my files with our Finance team. At one point I was working with our sister company with a similar Finance email address that I'd like to remove from my contacts. Each time I Share and type "finance" the sister company email comes up twice in the list before the company email I need to use. It's time consuming to scroll down everytime. How can I remove the uneeded email from this app? 

Hello, I'm having a problem with Adobe Reader Dc. In-fact, I've built up fillable PDFs in Adobe Acrobat Pro Dc with QR Code to capture data of only one field when scanning. The problem is that when the form is filled on Adobe Reader DC, the QR Code turns completely grey.Can anyone help pls?

hi i have created a form to use with work,i need a master copy to open, fill form in and then save it as customers name, then open form and all feilds blank again ready to be used again,i cant seem to do this in my ipad that i use all that seems to happen is it overwrittes the main copy and i have to empty it all and refill it with new data.i hope some one can help im even looking at having an app created for this reason.

Hello,  I can't seem to get anyone to answer the phone at the number I found for adobe.   Acrobat (really all adobe apps) keeps tellign me there is a billing issue and they're going into limited mode. Acrobat won't let me edit pdf's, for example.  However, I've verified there is not a billing issue as you can see in the screenshot.  I also see that I've been billed in my bank's checking account phone app.   I've tried logging out and back in, which was the only solution the chatbot could think up. Also, you're billing me full price despite having the teacher discount.    When I check the verification page, it says everything related to verification has been done and I should (still) be good to go.  What gives? I've tried:Logging out and back into adobe softwarerebooting pcretrying payment (doesn't double bill me, thank God)changing payment methodcalling support (no answer) Any help, especially from someone at adobe w

HiWe're facing a strange problem with showing 3D models in Acrobat Reader:- 3D model is generated by Illustrator with ESKO 3D Studio plugin- PDF opened in Acrobat Reader looks good on most PC's (see screenshots  ... good quality)- But on one PC (Graphics workstation) the 3D model is shown in poor, pixelated quality (see screenshots ... poor quality)Things we tried allready:- Every setting in the PDF preferences as well as on the graphics card.- Changed to DVI- Internal graphics card: Intel Graphics 630- Different monitorDoes anyone have seen the same problem? For some reason, when I read certain PDF files, when I scroll down, it will take it time to "catch up", and load the page.I have a decent computer, and I don't see why it takes so long to render the pages?Is there a way to make Adobe Reader completely load the PDF file into memory so it doesn't have to constantly catch up?Here is an example of one that takes a while to load pages: http://life.iupui.edu/osi/student-orgs/_Assets/docs/Student%20Org%20Manual.pdf

Good afternoon, I have tried everything my PDF document is 150 pages. I have changed the prefernces in Reading to "Read the Entire Document." as needed for large files over 50 pages.  And still when I click Read to the End of Document under "Read Out Loud". It will only read 1 page at a time?? Hoping the document to auto scroll and read the entire 150 pages.  I have tried rebooted and restarted after setting changes.  Thank you for your help.  

The pdf form that I have downloaded needs to be larger so that the printed copy fills more of the page.  How do I do this.

When attempting to sign a document in adobe reader.I click "Fill and Sign"I click "Sign Yourself"I click my signature.I apply my signature on the PDF.It doesn't apply it.Repeat steps above again. It applies it the second time around.This only happens on documents that were signed already by someone else.

I've been able to replicate this on 2 different Chromebooks (Samsung & Lenovo). With Adobe Reader installed on the Chromebook, the fillible fields are not fillable, and the sign box is not able to be signed. It's almost as if the entire PDF is just a field-less document. In Adobe Reader on Windows, the fillible forms and the signature box are working correctly. Any suggestions?

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, PDFs were printing as of 10/27 but since 11/2/23, no pdf files will print. The following error messages are produced in this order (screenshots included): "The document could not be printed", click "okay" and get  "There were no pages selected to print" and when you try to select "update Adobe" (mentioned in a related post by Adobe rep), another error message says "Update already running."  System is fully updated running on MacOS Sonoma 14.1    ** Please advise...  

Color tins on certain files do not display correctly. They can be measred on the output preview but are not visible. It is not an issue with my monitor or Apple display settings. This is an issue in all of my CC apps.

I have recently (Oct 2023) downloaded Acrobat Pro.  Every time I open it, I get the welcome screen and while there are some solutions out there that indicate to go to 'regedit' - is there something for us less-technie people to be able to disable this?

I open an attachment emailed to me.I select a print range and then hit Print.I then get a message saying "unable to print because no pages were selected". I try printing a single page. Same message.  I tried saving to my Mac and then printing the saved file. Same problem.Printer driver is current and I have no problems printing anything else.  

When I perform a zoom function, either with the icons or keyboard, the zoom window pops up showing me the zoom amount. That is wonderful. However, the zoom window covers part of the scroll bar for a few seconds and then disappears. The issue is, I can't use the lower part of the scroll bar until the zoom window disappears. To fix this bug, either don't cover the scroll bar with the zoom window or allow me to move the zoom   window that pops up.

I am having issues getting adobe to default to topaz. I know how to manual make it work but I can't get the progam to accept the HKLM keys. I need to change the following pieces to make it work. I got most settings in place.Need to set Signatures -> Creation/Appearance -> Creation -> Default signing Method to Topaz.GemSignPlusNeed to set Signatures -> Creation/Appearance -> Creation -> Include signature's revocation statusNeed to set Signatures -> Verification -> Verification Behavior -> Always use the default method Topaz.GemSignPlusNeed to set Signatures -> Verification -> Verification Tim -> Secure time embedded in the signatureBelow is a list of the registry settings I am using and i believe also sets the above but the reader is not accepting these. Does anyone know how to set the 4 points above in the HKLM also is there a link of the adobe reader 2020 registry settings? I have been charged MYR59.39 ever month of Adobe PS creative CL. What is that? I have check my account, there's no plans subscription..how to cancel?
