Acrobat Reader

Does anyone have this issue?  Every time I save a PDF to my computer within 24 hrs I have an additional PDF copy with this extension pdf#eng#a and a txt file with a new folder added called Other_converted_files. I am not sure if this is a setting under Adobe or Microsoft Edge.Does anyone know how to stop this from reoccurring? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Apparently Acrobat Reader updated itself and now it is maximized by default, when I try to restore to smaller window or drag the window to my second monitor the top bar does not work and if I have an app open behind Reader that program is minimized or restored to smaller window as if the Reader buttons are not even there. How can I fix or get an older version of reader that is less terrible?

Adobe works to open secure pdfs but new reader jumps to edge and open adobes web pag but won't open the pdf. Any ideas the usal of diabling the advanced security and diabling the internet add on sisn't working

Acrobat DC crashes when I open it on my Win 11 machine. Hi to everyone, I am facing an unexpected problem while I am zooming to a page the page changes. My problem is that when I zoom to a single page which I read at a time I don't want to change to another page I want the page to lock somehow but I can't find the way to make the page lock. Best regards, Andrew.

Hi,I have a problem in using Acrobat reader DC from today.When I double click a PDF docuement, Acrobat reader opens the document and I can see the document.However, Acrobat reader closes automatically after 15 seconds.I found several articles about similiar issue for previous version.But I couldn't find a solution.I use Windows 10 Enterprise  64bit and it's version is 1083.May I get help?

I have paid version of Acrobat DC - all PDF files open briefly and then close within a few seconds. When I try to open Acrobat DC - as administrator or otherwise - it won't open at all.  I tried to repair, remove and re-install, re-start my laptop etc - but nothing works I am on windows 11. I tried to foll This problem started recently - about 2 weeks ago after updating my annual subscription. No other configuration changes have been made. Please Help. thanks

Adobe Reader DC will no longer open. I have downloaded the latest version (64 bit) from the website and did an uninstall and reinstall. I have changed to run in compatibility mode.  I have Windows 11.  How can I get this working again.

I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on my MacBook Pro and would like to print out the comments just by themselves.  This includes underlining also.  I've tried the Help menu but it wouldn't let me just print out the comments.  It wanted to print out the entire document.  Can I do this on Acrobat Reader DC or do I need another app?  ThanksAlso, since I'm a "newbie" to this forum, I'm not sure how to find out when someone has answered me.

I'm attempting to export a PDF from Microsoft Teams app into Adobe for reviewing/comments/signing. The PDF is written in a business wide standard font of Century Gothic. When it is transferred into Adobe it seems to change to a different font which renders the document useless. Any suggestions why Adobe doesn't allow the Century Gothic font to be used in the app? *Using an iPad with IOS apps to work remotely.

I had Creative Cloud and uninstalled it due to no longer having a license.I try and try to install the free Acrobat Reader from various links on Adobe's website. The MSI file tries to load IE and goes into this endless loop that is very hard to get out of. I try different links from the Adobe site only to get 404 errors from Adobe's own site.Right now I am running Reader 9 (9.3.4) and it is terrible. Doesn't have multi-tabs, looks like windows 95.I am running latest Windows 10, Chrome Version 106.0.5249.119 (Official Build) (64-bit).PLEASE HELP.I rely on PDF reading a lot.

Hallo, wen ein User auf einem Terminal Server über Adobe Acrobat Reader DC eine Email mit einer PDF verschicken und Adobe dann schließen das dann die Fehlermeldung "Adobe Acrobat 32BitMAPIBroker funktioniert nicht mehr" erscheint. Diese kann einfach geschlossen werden und und Adobe kann wieder ohne Probleme gestartet werden.Für die Nutzer ist dies aber störend. Ich habe das Forum schon durchsucht nur das mir diese Eintrage nicht geholfen haben. Die Server laufen mit Windows 2012 R2und Adobe wurde schon mehrere male Aktualisiert.Die aktuelle Version ist 2022.001.20117. Vielen dank im vorraus.

Hi, all. As the title says, I am having problems with the latest release creating a desktop shortcut. Despite me configuring the installation in the same way as always, using the latest version of the Customisation Wizard, the install still creates a desktop shortcut. Has anybody else encountered this problem with 2022.003.20258?

Hello Adobe. forum, no idea if this is the right place for this but please repost where ever its needed. cheers.You broke the desktop shortcut by adding _withoutTrackName in the shortcut table of the MSI. Now anyones customisation MSTs made with the customisation wizard will place a desktop shortcut. quick fix: delete the shortcut using an msi/mst editor like orca.   

Hello,I work for an MSP and we have a user at a client site that is having issues with Adobe. All of her PDF's are being automatically password protected. We are not sure how this is happening and she says that she is not doing it and she would have no idea what the password is. We have found a work around to getting these passwords off but it keeps happening and we are not sure why. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi,Can anyone understand how to put on Adobe Reader to print corretly multiple pages on a non duplex printer?I tried selecting 4 pages per sheet and then odd pages only, then picking up the printed pages, turning around and putting back in, then selecting the same modes, execpt this time even pages only.Problem is, by selecting 4 pages then odd only, instead of the program showing me 1,2,3,4 then 9,10,11,12 and so on, it showed me 1,3,5,7 then 9,11,13,15.Does anyone know how to set up in the printing selection so that it prints the first way mentioned in the previous paragraph instead of the second one?
